Highly recommending Cole Muffler/Mavis Tire! I went for a basic state inspection and ended up getting brand new, great quality tires for a competitive price too, plus a free alignment check (didn t end up needing one). Great customer service by all team members, especially the manager, John.

The staff was very accommodating. I was late to my appointment, but they still found time to squeeze me in and attend to my car s needs promptly, and communication was also excellent. They informed me of everything they were going to do and made sure I understood before they did it.

John, the new manager, patched a flat tire for me on a busy Saturday and got me back on the road faster than he estimated. Everyone at the shop was professional and friendly. Thank you for the great customer service! I will definitely be back.

Zach is wonderful at making sure the vehicle is taken care of and cares about the safety of his customers. He always provides exceptional service and explanations of what is being done as well as what needs to be done while making sure his customer is getting the best price. You will not be pressured into buying unnecessary services. Highly recommend.

We happened to be two hours from home with a flat tire. We called Cole Muffler in Ithaca and the gentleman advised us not to drive home on the donut, but to stop in and he would make sure they repaired our tire before they closed at 6pm. We arrived, they got the car right in, plugged the hole in the tire and we were on our way. Efficient, pleasant and an overall great experience!

I called in asking if they had any availability after seeing that my tire was low. They were quick with letting me in as soon as I called. I have been coming here since I start drive up for college and they are truly the most reliable people to trust your car on!!

Found out this morning that I had a hole in my tire and needed to get it replaced. Called in to see if they were open, came immediately after and was able to get my tire patched up in less than 30 mins. Highly Recommend!

I found out I had a fast-leaking tire when I left work today. They were the only shop I contacted around town willing to let me squeeze in today. They also looked at my tire way earlier than the 1-hour wait time they initially told me. The staff were excellent, and they took care of my tire promptly. I would recommend them!

Went in with a large bolt in my tire that was quickly repaired and back on the road. Everyone was polite, professional, and personable. Would go back as needed for other car repairs. I did notice that the mechanic even torqued my tire after remounting the repaired tire. Other shops I have been to did not do this simple manufacture suggested safety step. This gave me additional piece of mind. Thank you!

They are very helpful at the Cole Muffler shop in Ithaca and do a great job. I have been going there for many years. They quickly fixed a problem for me today so that I can drive to work out of town tomorrow. I highly recommend this shop,

A must-visit auto service I have ever experienced in Ithaca!My battery is low and couldn't start without a jump-start many times. They offered reasonable prices and replaced it so efficiently! They even fixed the signal light issue! Their services are so effective and professional; I can't forget how kind and calm these guys are.I should really learn from them as a student. Even the customers there in their shop are nice people

I stopped at a gas station to put air in my tires, and one of the valves stuck so that the tire was going flat fast. Immediately drove to Cole Muffler (late on a Saturday morning), walked in and explained the situation. They pulled the car into a bay, fixed the issue, topped off all the tires with air, and brought it out in 30 minutes. And the amazing part?? They didn't charge me a penny! Going here for all of my tire needs in the future. Thanks so much for the help today. It's SO appreciated!

My husband and I took our vehicle for an oil change about 6 weeks ago. We noticed oil spots on our driveway so we took it back for review. The unfriendly staff assured us that the only issue was that some oil had been spilled in the process and was dripping but would clear up.I made an appointment somewhere else and just had to pay for another oil change because there WAS a leak due to a faulty plug .I made the appointment at Cole because they had an earlier opening than anyone else. Next time I ll wait to make an appointment somewhere else so it will be done right.

This place is awesome! Quick service, great pricing, and the manager Zach did an awesome job breaking down everything so I could understand. He did a great job managing his team and his store! 10/10 def recommend.

Took the vehicle in for rear brakes because they were able to get me right in and I've had prior good experiences with Cole Muffler years ago before they merged with Mavis Tire but they quoted me almost $200 more than another place I'd spoken to AND they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires when I knew I'd just passed a vehicle inspection a month before.I ended up taking it to the other place and instead of forking over almost $2,000 I paid just $845.I'll never return just like I've never returned to Midas when they tried to sell me a car battery years ago that I knew I didn't need.

Mavis tire has always done me right and have been transparent and quick about their service from oil changes to some bigger fixes. Can t recommend enough!
