Purchased my car from Ryan Parker. Got a brand new 2023 Q5 with his help. Very pleased with the overall service and the price. I drove over four hours to get the car and couldn t be happier. I sold my car to Audi Ithaca and they gave me a good, fair price from the beginning such that I didn't feel the need to negotiate. I really liked that, very refreshing, and pleasent people to do business with also. Bella handled my transaction and it went really smooth. Highly recommend!

I leased my Q7 from Audi Ithaca and was wanting to purchase ( love the car ) Garrett reached out and was helping with this process. Send all the information, he ran my credit, gave us numbers and we gave the go ahead. He then went silent. When we reached out to him he advised us to go elsewhere closer to where we live. This set us back a month had to have credit ran twice. Asked for supervisors name he said he would have him call us and we never received a call. Very unprofessional would never work with this dealership or any Maguire dealership again..

This was my first time purchasing a car virtually. Michael and all of the staff at the dealership helped make it a wonderful experience. They provided everything I needed to feel comfortable purchasing the car without ever seeing it in person. All of the paperwork was mailed out quickly and the car was shipped to me with no problem. The car arrived just as described and I am loving it! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I had been to several dealerships and the general approach I had received with other places was take what you get and trade it in when the crisis is over. When speaking with Garrett (great young fella to work with) he was patient with all my questions (more so than he probably needed to be , or I would have been), I am sure when I requested to test drive the Kia he was sure I was not going to like it (I was negative about the size) but his encouragement to drive it and see was perfect! I drove it and was surprised with the space inside and how well it handled. A 3 mile drive was all I needed to go back and say this is it!! After looking for 3 months, the positive, professional approach was all it took for me to finally buy a car!! From driving to financing it was a smooth, quick, pleasant process. THANK YOU!

100/100 excellent experience! I was from out of town visiting family (expecting to leave the next day) when an unexpected and potentially very serious car issue came up. As busy as they always are McGuires was able to fit me in, identify my issue/ remedy it and I picked my car up by end of business that same day. Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. I always have a great experience with them (ps bought my car from them 4 years ago). Thank you!

Clayton H Templar JrCan't connect the phone to our brand new Audi The staff is not knowledgeable. They keep promising to fix and nothing gets done. Very frustrating experience. Still not fixed for over a month

Good, reliable work... but expensive and no complimentary car wash this time. It was explained afterwards that this isn't done when the temperature is close to freezing - makes sense but I had to ask.The staff were friendly and helpful, however they are allowed to wear thin gaiter style face coverings. To my knowledge, these don't provide ample protection and aren't allowed in many businesses.

I had the absolute best experience here leasing my Audi. Without even having an appointment .I walked in and sales associate, Phil Humphries, worked with me for hours. I literally drove out of the lot that SAME day with my absolute Dream Car feeling like I got an amazing deal because they were so generous when buying my other car out. (And this is when we currently have a Nationwide Car shortage). I cannot recommend this dealership or Phil enough. They are the definition of 5 Star Service!!

This was the 2nd time I've had service competed at this location on my Volvo. The service team was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Eric, the Service Manager was excellent. I was running late for my appt due to traffic/construction and didn't have any issues regarding the completion of the recall. I am definitely going to continue to take my Volvo to this location in the future.

I bought my 2022 Kia K5 at Maguire Kia (our 5th car purchased at a Maguire dealership). Sale went okay with the exception that they bought me out of my 2020 Honda Civic Lease. They were to have the payment sent to Honda and when my payment came due and Honda still did not show receipt of payoff, I reached out to my salesman who found out that the payment never went. His response to me was that they would fedex the payment immediately and that I should not worry as there is a grace period for the payment. This was unacceptable to me as my credit rating is in the upper 800's and it is what it is because I care about making my payments and making them on time. When I picked up my car there was a dent that needed to be fixed. This just required the "dent guy" to come and pull it out. After agreeing on a date and time that worked for both myself and the dealership, I showed up for my 10:00 am appointment. At a little after noon I was advised that he would not get there until 1:30. They indicated that they would give me a car to get lunch and come back. This was unacceptable for me as I drove an hour to the dealership, taking a vacation day from work and I had already lost half the day from doing things that I needed to get done. They gave me a car to go home and said they would get the car to me in 24 hours. At a little after 8 pm that evening, I received a call from the salesman asking me if he could come pick up the loaner and drop off my car. I was hesitate as I get up very early in the morning and he would not get to my house until 9:30 pm but agreed so that I did not have to deal with it yet another day. The salesman showed up like 9:45 pm with my car which did not even give me the opportunity to see the car to verify that it was fixed satisfactorily (which luckily it was). I go to Maguire for my vehicles for their competitive pricing, ease of making the deal and never having a problem that could not be resolved with ease. I was very happy to have been able to get into my dream car but was very disappointed with the payoff of my lease and the service required to get the dent fixed.

My experience, I went for an NYS inspection, they came back with rear driver spring broken, recommended I replace my rear pads and rotors, and while I replacing the springs, replace the suspension, estimated total over $3,000, and also forgot the fog light. I said let me think about and left. I replaced the rear spring for $80 myself with loan tool from Advance Auto Parts (did not even have to remove anything except the shock bolt and the tire), also replaced the fog light. Rear pads and rotors looked worse than they are as pandemic the car is sitting a lot, did not require replacement. Went to another dealer they reinspect for $10, done. Suspension, and brakes are not yet ready for replacement, in fact they handle and ride great and work as intended. $105 versus over $3,000. Rates may be standard industry but facts are I didn't need all these items replaced, and if I was less experienced I can see others getting this work completed. I previously worked in purchasing for automotive manufacturing, but they didn't know that. For the average person you should ask yourself should you trust this dealer? This is just facts. You can judge for yourself, but I will not be back.

I had body work done on my car. The work was perfect, on time, finished for pick up on time. I ordered a rental car for the time required to the repairs. The rental brought me to use, and picked up when my repairs were completed.The office people were very nice and helpful when I asked questions.

The reason for the appointment was incorrectly communicated to the service representative, so it had to be explained again upon arrival. The service reps were pleasant and professional. The explanation for the thumbing noise that varied with the vehicle speed from the driver's side rear wheel was diagnosed as uneven tire wear from the brand new snow tires that had approximately 60 miles on them. Not very helpful and a waste of 2 hours. The only redemption is that they charged us nothing for not addressing the problem which seems like a fair price.

I had a great experience with Maguire. Both Kyle and Bradley were extremely helpful in testing cars, recommending options and making the purchase a seamless option. Phil Maguire is always very responsive and helpful as well and step in with answers when we have other questions. Very happy and why I but all our cars at Maguire.

Class act place. Extremely patient staff. My saleswoman, Jackie O'Connor was beyond phenomenal. On the day I went to pick up my car, I changed my mind on the car I wanted, her response was, "no problem, you get what you want". i drove off with my new ride a short time later. She followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy. Can't thank her enough for all the little things she did, and always with a smile. She was upfront from beginning to end. Definitely going back next time I need a car.

This is my second time buying a car from Phil Humphries and would come to him to buy my third! Adam the manager is also fantastic, he makes sure the financing part of the car goes smoothly. Phil is diligent in helping you find your dream vehicle. If buying a car from Maguire Audi or VW, ask for Phil!

Eric Curren is phenomenal. He is always prepared and ready with anything I or my wife need. I cant say enough good things about his customer service, attention to detail and overall attitude. I am not sure when Eric started working but I noticed AN IMMEDIATE difference with how seamless and smooth my appointments and maintenance issues have been. I trust 100% everything that Eric recommends that I get done on my car. Again-I just cant say enough good things about him.

Eric Curren who work in the service department at Ithaca Audi has been nothing but wonderful to me. I haven't had any issues with Ithaca Audi. I feel that when I call to make an appointment for my Audi they get me in as soon as they can. They offer me a loaner car so that I'm still able to get to work and take care of my daily business. I feel they do a great job at making me feel valued and appreciated. I'm always greeted with a happy smile and I love that they know me by name. They're friendly and very professional. Nice people too. I'm very pleased. =.)
