I ve been washing my car there for 8 years, but I think I m done because I ve been experiencing some issues with the new staff. Lately when i take the car for a wash, it comes out duty not properly cleaned, and one of the employees gave me an attitude last time i told them that the car wasn t clean.My last experience with them was this afternoon and again I experienced the same issue so I m never going back there again.

Great place to get your car cleaned very efficiently. The line is very long on the weekends, but that's a testament to efficient and thorough cleaning of your vehicle. Great place to get your state inspection done. The wsit is not long. The staff is great and very friendly.

People were nice and all but after spending 47 dollars to get my car washed I still had dirty spots in the common areas. Very disappointed

Please view pics!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner admitted to me that there is no difference between basic and gold (which is what I paid for) so PLEASE save your money and better yet don t even go there. My car was left very dirty. Had to tell the guys where to clean. The pics I m uploading are after I told them where to clean and they STILL missed areas. My car is never in disorder just had dust and some spills from my niece. When I complained owner told me it s not a detailed cleaning (which I know) and if I had gotten basic it would be the same cleaning. I said I got the gold which was $50, he then said basically that means nothing it is just to spray tires. I said that s not honest and he said I can always go somewhere else. He lied about a bunch of other things and in reality he s just dishonest and very catty when you try to explain. Did not present himself as a professional businessman whatsoever.

The antenna of the roof of my car broke off during the service of washing the car or inspection. They answer o ur antenna must of been loose. And hung up the phone. My car is 2020 deff no issues there. No help and rude

Went here after work nice staff, good quality soap, just got the exterior with the hot wax needed it especially with all the salt on the roads, they do a great job my bmw 5 series came out amazing and i saved $3 off the normal price today I learned because I came on a Monday special,

Do not go here for any mechanical work or inspection . They are a rip off. I went for a car wash and an inspection. The car is practically brand new. They failed the inspection because of tinted windows. Then charged me full price for the inspection. They never should have done the inspection. They know tinted windows will make it fail. I didn t . They should have told me and not proceeded. So I had to pay for a failed inspection because they had no consideration or moral compass. They just got paid for doing nothing. I ll never return here. You shouldn t either . So disappointed.

Great place quick and easy to get what you need done . Lube shop is fast and clear with what they do and explains things perfectly so I understood what was going on with my car I went to the wash after and came out perfect exactly what I paid for a clean and shiny car .

Terrible service NEVER GOING BACK, not even for free, jonathan the manager is not professional at all, all they do is dirty your car, horrible service , horrible customer service. They just take your money to dirty your car with cheap soap, they didn t even vacuum my car, the rugs were put upside down. Nasty people, horrible job . Paid for silver and they didn t even vacuum my car. DONT GO THO THIS PLACE! They water they use is dirty water and your car is going to be as dirty. The manager Jonathan doest care , he s just as nasty as the rest of the people working there. When I complained about they car been dirty, the answer was that they are way toooo busy, jonathan said they all they do is wash quickly and thats it, so my question is why offer silver and all the yge other services ? washnrollcarwash your customer service is TERRIBLE!! Your managers are rude and indifferent. One of your managers literally told me he deals with complaining customers all day and he doesn t know what to tell me??!??? Like what?? What business professional says that??? Your cashier is having WHOLE conversations with other people while in mid conversation with customers. I thought it was me until I checked your Google reviews and it s NOT just me. I tried to ignore how rude your staff is cuz they ALWAYS are. But today was ridiculous. For a manager to talk about other customers instead of trying to help my issue is crazy. Apparently all your upper management HATE their jobs and should get news ones cuz the attitudes with the exception of the car washers are DISGUSTING. You would think the guys actually doing the manual labor would have the attitudes. Nah it s the bosses. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Please never go to this place to pass inspection. They will try to look for any minimum excuse to fail your car and try to repair it and steal your money. Even if the excuse they choose has nothing to do with mechanical issue. Please stay away from there and make sure to read all the negative reviews they have already.

Terrible customer service from the manager. I've been washing my car at this location for years and it's been OK for me.Yesterday, I went for an inside and outside wash and cleaning service. Interior cleaning is ok but not satisfactory. The mats was slippery because the product that they have put on it.Today I realized that I was missing a decorative stuffed animal that I had always had next to the panoramic window. It is a simple toy that my daughter had given me and had sentimental value, nothing material. however I went to ask if it had been moved for cleaning. It was not on the floor, it was not garbage, it was a decorative object that you place in front of it.I finally found the rude response from the manager after going through three people where one sent me to the other including the cashier. Very BAD ATTITUDE of the manager with his response: "we just clean, we do not answer for personal items". It's not a big problem, it would have been enough to say Sorry, we'll be careful next time, I don't want the stuffed toy back, but I kept hoping they would.The point is not the loss of this object, it was the rudeness of the manager. I will not return to a place like this.

Yesterday, my stepdaughter forgot a pair of AirPods at the sofa in the waiting area, little after she left she noticed she did forget them, she came back to this place and couldn't find them on the sofa, so she decided to track the location electronically which showed that these were still there, the proximity changed to closer as she came closer to the mechanics area. She asked and no one cared. Today my wife came back with her to speak with the manager (named Anthony) who conducted himself with a very poor demeanor and bad attitude, being totally uncooperative. The locator system shows that the AirPods are still there, which might suggest that an employee stole it with obvious complicity with the manager if not him.Response to the Owner's response: My wife was only allowed to see the camera recording until my stepdaughter got up from the seat, right at that moment they stopped the video and refused to show who STOLE the AirPods (If you call that to accommodate). Whoever covers for a THIEF is also a THIEF, point blank.Talking about responsibility: The tracking system can't lie (please see the screenshot attached)Service: Oil change

My absolute favorite car wash for over 9 years. The team takes special care of my Mercedes Benz from beginning to end. I also appreciate that every month I receive text messages to my phone, with coupons that I can use for up to $4.00 off on a car wash; as well as they offer a free (exterior wash) for your car if it rains within the next 2 days after getting your car wash. Hands down the best car wash in my neighborhood.

Tried three times to get a vehicle inspection. Each time, there was a wait between 45-90 minutes. Manager seemed to want to make it right, but his poor communication had me returning only to waste my time. The car wash was decent and quicker than most, which is why I gave this place 3 stars instead of two. Go for the wash, but if you're expecting to get an inspection on your lunchbreak or on your way to/from work, don't waste your time.

Excellent car wash! Read the comments both good and bad before I went. Decided to try them out. For $24 I got the Better car wash, they cleaned my mats and the carpet in the back beautifully. The car came out looking good, they did a very thorough cleaning of the inside. I drive a lot and with the windows open so it gets VERY dirty in my car. It looks GREAT! Downloaded the app and now they have a repeat customer :-) the men and women we very nice, smiled and said hello upon seeing me and that s a great first step in customer service.

Like many others, I ve been to quite a few car washes over the years. This is the only one that pays attention to detail. Two example would be wiping down the interior and spending that extra time even when they re busy. Second, the drive the car upward in order to get the tire shine all the way around the tire. This will be the only car wash I go to from now on. Luck for me it s local.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I was happy coming here. Ive gone in the mornings for the early bird special. It s not cheap but it s near my house and I appreciated the detail they put into cleaning the inside of my car. They cleaned places I didn t really care about which impressed me. Unfortunately the last time I visited I had just recieved gift card (for another store) and when I went to go use it after my visit it wasn t there anymore. I called and they told me they have a sign that clearly says theft is not their responsibility so if you want a car so clean that your personal items are missing then go for it.

This place is great! The staff was very friendly and took their time making sure my truck looked sparkling clean. Even in places you don't normally look! I met Anthony too who was really nice and spent some time making me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone I know even if it means going a little out of the way. 5 Stars Plus!
