William has been a godsend to me. Everything something goes wrong with my car he immediately fixes it so quickly and perfectly. I have nothing but excellent things to say about them. If you want to fix your car and get a great price and perfect work GO TO W &M!!!

Don't charge money and pretend to fix people's mufflers.I had to return to have something adjusted/patched (might as well have been duct taped). Then someone else helped me as a favor.Now it seems I need a whole new exhaust system, when this shop could have just done everything the right way to begin with.

I had my Subaru WRX motor installed at this business, the process was swift and easy. Very professional establishment, nice and easy going, and the mechanics are very talented as I also had electrical issues with the car. I got a good price on the installation, and it was done in less than 2 days. Called to make an appointment for service. They called me back to come in earlier which I did and then as I arrived, all the employees are leaving the location. They said they had an emergency, so all 5 employees had the same emergency I guess. They didn't call me back to cancel and now I'm left scrambling to find a mechanic. Very unprofessional. Will not use their service in the future.

All locals go here. The best mechanics around! I always question, when I frequent a place, that would be given a "one star" review. It is probably a competitor as I checked into - their one and only review. I know the owners as I have had many repairs done. They are always polite and respected. If you aren't happy talk to them. They will make sure you are satisfied.

They took advantage of my minor son. Charged him $165 for putting freion and made him think it was fixed. They didn't explain to him what they did and that it was only temporary. A week later the air stopped working. I took it up there with my husband and they then stated it needed a repair that cost $600. Smh they should have made him aware of the actual problem and gave him the choice to fix it completely or quick fix.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you for resolving the issue with the manifold stay. The vibration in my gas pedal went away 100% after installation. It's great to see the difference that made. I appreciate the urgency that you took to fix this.

I was recommended to go to this auto shop to get a valve replaced that was making the car stutter and shut down. First person I met was the friendly owner and he knew right away what the problem was and explained what was causing it. He placed an order for the replacement part and when he saw it was going to take a while, he got in his own car and got the replacement part himself. The car runs like normal now. I'll be coming here from now on. Honest business with reasonable prices.

I called to get an idea of what repair shop would cost to replace brake pads and rotors.I had spoke to the dealership a week before calling W&M.W&M is charging MORE than the dealership is to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. Not to mention that the quality of the parts is not the same.Always get multiple estimates to avoid being scammed!

"Great service with a smile... "Thank you for servicing my Chrysler 300.Some people hate going to a mechanic shop, but I tell you one thing. The service here is amazing!!!To bad I can only give you 5 stars, you guys deserve 10!!! By the way the girl at the front desk makes you feel like family.

It is so difficult to find an honest mechanic that knows what they are doing and willing to back up their work. I am completely satisfied with V&M. I travel a good distance and it's worth the trip. THE BEST !!!

Very disappointed!! The owner of this place is a big crook! Charge me over $3000 for a repair that doesn t exist.Disrespectful and nasty, untrustworthy crew.I will not recommend this place to nobody.
