I git my tire change a couple of weeks ago and the mechanic who I've never seen before uses the impact on my tire AFTER raising the vehicle, no breaking the nuts. Tire spins as hit hits it with the impact. Cross threads a nut and the proceeds to use an angle grinder to cut the nut and stud and then says it was already cross threaded. I don't like confrontation so I didn't cause a fuss. The two guys that work there (light skin dude and a black dude) are the only ones that didn't join in to cover the obvious mistake, they are also the ones who never made that mistake. I also was given a used tire with a nail head in it. I wanted a new tire but never had the chance to let the guy know, after he sliced my stud and proceeded the discard it, he just disappeared. This usually a decent shop but having just lost my job I had to plug the tire after taking the wheel off and replacing the stud. The owner seems nice and reasonable so could you please make sure newer guy know the procedure to removing a tire and not to run the impact so high it messes up hardware.

Stopped there to see if they had the tire we need for our vehicle, some napoleon sized man walked up to our car automatically starts speaking to us rudely about waiting on line like everybody else, when there are no clearly marked signs to say there was a line. Definitely won't be coming back nor would i recommend it to others.

Tuesday was the first time I went there and met manager, Terry & Dave. Knowing how the Auto business looks at women (but I have some mechanical knowledge), I was highly impressed how honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly they were. I was looking for an honest shop, and I found it. I definitely recommend them.

I went there on a recommendation. I was highly disappointed that I had to take my car to another place so they can tell me that the wheel alignment that was done at Tri State was way off that s why the car was making noise at 60 mph. This is what happens when you allow employees to get high during work. I would not recommend this place sorry. Owner tried to put blame on the car hit a pothole when it left the shop. Shame on you ! car went back to my home less then a mile from their shop.

Long story short..I pulled in needing a alignment & camber adjustment & the car feeling like it was falling apart. Gio threw it on the lift for the alignment and in the process found a major bolt loose. This shop was super busy, but Gio managed and delegated like a boss lol got me out in no time and the car feels like night & day. S/O GIO & the tire brothers, keep up the good work fellas!

They will ruin your rims and say my guys know what they are doing and do nothing about it. They take advantage of women on there prices . Messed my wife's rim up with there machine and pretty much bullied her into leaving .

Would definitely recommend this place. Called a bunch of places and staff was rude. Here they were friendly, efficient with reasonable prices. I was in and out in 10 minutes and didn t get ripped off. The man who changed my tire was named Juchy and he was awesome. Thanks!

Top notch experience the best value in the tire business.Geno is absolutely amazing at what he does I have never seen such professionalism and customer service along with technical proficiency in the automotive repair business.I have had 40 cars in my life and this was my best tire experience ever.

Honest and trustworthy staff, first and foremost! I went there witb the intent to purchase new tires, however, after they inspected the tires, they said they were very good and didnt need replacing, saving me 800 dollars. They did plug my rear tire for 10 dollars, in very little time. Highly recommend
