Dennis helped me with my state insurance, and receptionist Martha; both very polite and professional. Smiling shows God s love. Great place to get any car service.Highly recommend, last time recently they took care of my car insurance photo inspection in 5 minutes. Very impressive and quite friendly.

Went for inspection and they failed me, but they told me to come again after everything is fixed, when I went again they failed me again for wipers that they didn't mention before, they're very unprofessional and just want money

I went for repair they charge me for blue coolant since I have a turbo car guess what no extra coolant was fill in the radiator.

I had gone here to get new tires and when I called they said that they didn't have the tires that I needed but to wait an hour for them to get the tires. I kept asking them when and at this point it had been about 4 hours and when I told them to forget it, they said that the tires just got in. So I went there and the staff were not friendly at all and when you pay with card the price is almost double compared to cash. And when I drove home the alignment was so bad that my rotors were getting messed up and when I told them they said it would be $50 to realign my wheels. So I went to Mavis and was charged $10 to fix it. I will never go back to this terrible place!

Don t go inside the office while they are doing their job . Went there for new lights, they only changed one and charged me $40. When I noticed it and ask the guy why one light does not work, he said I probably bought it damaged. I left upset, took my car to another place and guess what, they only changed one. I might be talking about the same guy everyone else is complaining in the rest of the reviews

this is my go to mechanic repair shop, reson for the 2 stars is because staff and most of mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable..However there is one person there who believes he is the owner or family related to the owner that tries to scams you for repairs no needed. I'm a mechanic my self but the lack of an auto lift has me going to places like this for repairs. If you go make sure you ask all your questions and check if repairs is needed, as "breaking light that is perfectly working needs replacement"

Very bad experience for me personally. I guess they do okay for some, but I found them to be unfriendly and not very helpful. I couldn't even get a simple repair done because they didn't seem to want to do it, and I was being extremely polite. Maybe because I don't speak Spanish? I don't know..Anyway I'll never no back and I'll never recommend this place, especially if you know somewhere reputable and professional. I had to tap at least one star to post but If I could've given Minus 5 stars I would've.

Rude and very unprofessional. I have used this shop a few times to get a few simple things done - there isn't too many shops near my home and so I am force to use them. Auto inspection, wheel alignment and photo inspection for the insurance. Nobody seems to want to help you when you arrive like your a bother to them. My recent interaction with them was to get a photo inspection done. They told me there system was down and to come back by mid day. When I came back, the person was gone for the day and the only person willing to talk to me seem like he didn't speak English and wanted me to leave.After searching for a new place, I found another shop a little farther away but the people there where great to me and wanted my business.I guess Luis has a lot of clientele and they don't need anymore new customers.

Don't go to this place -- ran by rude/unprofessional time wasters. Made us sit outside in the rain and then after he told us a price to fix something, then explained we needed to pay an additional $50 if we wanted the quote in writing.There are a ton of other shops right around them -- why bother with these guys?

Where do I start. They do good work, but things can get really expensive real quick.I wish they rewarded their loyal customers more often; which hasn't been the case for someone like me who only goes to that shop to get their car fix since 2009 or 2010

I went to get my oil change in my car. I like to do business with the owner but when I went the last time he wasnt there. The workers aren't to clear when they speak. They made me feel like I was being robbed. Only smirks amongst themselves. I wont go here anymore.

Great experience pulled up on a Sunday waited five minutes they plugged my tire and I was gone with an I would say 10 minutes. What a great auto body shop and quick great service highly recommended

Don t ever go here!!!! They prices are super high. They re customer service sucks!!!! You want to make sure when you bring your car to a shop that they will treat your car like they re own!!! You guessed it they messed up my car, broke pieces off and all. Go anyplace else but here. Don t say I didn t warn you!!! If you have a hoopty that you don t care about go ahead but if you have a car that you care about just drive right pass. The shop is full of lies!!!

Unprofessional. I went to their shop to get an estimate to repair my car & I got an estimate. When I decided to call them to schedule an appointment, they said no appointment. So I went back there at 8am. I waited an hour and 30 minutes for the guy in charge to arrive just for him to say $40 for an estimate when they already gave me one for free. Wasted my time going down to them when I could have went somewhere else.
