This auto repair centre is staffed by extremely knowledgeable and skilled professionals.I was recently amazed, they probed the whole wiring harness of a late Cadillac escalade, timely diagnosed and fixed electric short circuit. Prevented major fire of this vehicle, which was like a time bomb.

Excellent work! Ese took care of my brake pads in a quickly. No attempts at upselling me on repairs/ replacement of my rotors like the franchise guys at Mavis or Pep Boys.Will definitely use again.

Esi at Island Car Care is fantastic. This mechanic is a great find. Honest, timely and friendly. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. He noticed I needed a motor mount. I didn't realize the knocking sound was from that! Oh my. He completed all in same day and his prices were really competitive. I highly recommend the services at Island Car Car.Service: Oil change

I've been coming to Island car care for a few years now and have also bought a car from them. I do a ton of driving so I keep my car heavily maintained, this place has always made my experience with them smooth and easy. They do their best in making sure they're fair with prices and that you leave feeling satisfied.

Excellent mechanics. Gave me a fair price regardless of that fact that I'm a women, for recharging my ac and putting in new brakes. Very friendly and loves children. I will recommend them 100%. Also they did my oil change and works very quick. Thanks guys

The only fully equipped Auto repair in Long islanand that fixes Crown Victoria & Lincoln Town car 100% satisfaction.They fix all foreign cars too.Great place to maintain your car. I highly recommend.I run taxi business, This place gives me assurances and peace of mind,Any breakdown, even change of motor, they will do straight away,, . I am a permanent customer, and I have payment plan with them, so that without having money to pay them , I still get back to work, and pay them later, Today I hit a big pile of snow, my cooling system broke down, They did instant replacement, on payment plant,I am so happy, that I did not lose a day of work, and I keep maintaining my own stream of customers.

Very nice, they give you honest, good prices and know so much about the vehicle, they don t pressure or push services on you. But they do a check up and let you know if anything should be serviced soon. Fantastic reliable service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These mechanics were fantastic, they did a wonderful job Servicing my BMW. I needed a wheel bearing replaced, BMW wanted $700, Island Car Care did the job for less than half and they used an OEM part. I have not had any issues with my car since visiting these mechanics, and all my friends that I referred had a great experience as well.

I drove my car up from SC to tend to critical family member. Then experienced Transmission shifting problems which was so upsetting. I was Recomended to see Esi@at Island Car Care Center in Islip , Long Island New York. I drove in and Esi and he was so extremely kind and understanding of my plight and started checking my car out on the computer and test driving it to diagnose the problem and solution. He was Extremely kind ,knowledgeable ,professional , and worked on my car right away solving the problem..!!! Incredible service at a fair price. They replaced my brakes and rotors one of the days at a lower price than competitors after checking online and they usually replace my oil for a decent price every several months. I have gone to him for a while and he only repairs the things that need repairing so he doesnt charge you for unnecessary repairs that some auto repair shops throw in to try and rip people off which is why so many people have become wary of repair shops. The low prices and my car barely having any issues since i have been with him is the reason why he won me as a customer.I had an issue with my catalytic converter pipe where i hit a bump and it broke off which had to be soldered on and since he doesn't solder he recommended a great place that does it for cheap.I always do my research on what could be wrong with my car before coming to a repair shop to make sure i am getting a good deal. Theyre honest, low priced and experts. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Guy passed me in a schoolzone right in front of his shop in the middle of a school day. Completely reckless behavior from a business owner in the community. I called him out about it and he said there were no it s there and that it was ok. Wouldn t go here just based on that interaction.

One star was too generous for these thieves. Paid for $300 for "brand new brakes" only to have them worn to the metal a few months later. I had to ask me for a receipt because Sam would not give me one. He says, "what you don't trust me?". The nerve of these monkeys. I don't even want to go back to there to fix the issue they caused out of fear that they'll maliciously cause more damage to my car. Avoid this place. You will lose money!!

The guys who run this are super helpful and honest. Never feel like I'm being ripped off here like I have at Mazda or other big shops.

This shop was the only ones that would help me when I got stuck late on a Saturday. I am from out of town and they treated me very fair and did not take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend this shop! Good people.

Great service, Ish, the technician knows what he s doing, not guessing like other Mechanics. I ve been a customer for over 10 years and never had any issues with their work.
