Thumbs up to High End Collision and their Team. I recently had someone hit my parked Jeep Grand Cherokee and there was damage to my left driver side back bumper. I went to High End Collision on Monday 3/18/24 to get a quote and spoke to Debbie and Sean. Within 15 minutes of me leaving, I had an email with the estimated quote. I was told possibly 10 days to fix. I dropped my jeep off that Wednesday 3/20/24. And they even hooked me up with a rent a car. Everything was easy and convenient .It was done and ready for pick up on Friday 3/29/24. I decided to use them based on their professionalism, honesty and that fact that they truly care for their customers. Debbie and Sean throughout the process worked with me effortlessly and gave me updates on my car. They had it detailed and even fixed some spots I had that had tree sap on it. I highly recommended them. It was an easy process overall. They truly care for their customers!

We had our Lincoln MKX repaired at High End Collision one week ago, and the car came out Perfect. Not only did they do an excellent job, they went over and above. When we picked up the car, we saw they had buffed out the whole car and even cleaned all the chrome wheels as if they were new. We also noticed they even cleaned the inside. From the time we spoke with them about the repair to the time we picked up the car, they were 100% professional. They handled all the paperwork for us which made everything so easy. I highly recommend High End Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired or even just painted. You definitely won t be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While none of us enjoy being involved in car accidents, it's comforting to know that when you bring your damaged vehicle to High End Collision, they'll take care of you as well as your vehicle. You're given the peace of mind that all is being handled with insurance company and your vehicle repair is perfect hands. My car looks and feels better than before I had the accident!! Dealing with Sean was easy and very much appreciated.- A happy and grateful customer!

They made the Inconvenience of a car accident , not caused by myself an easy process. Sean and crew made my car as good as new! Such a talented and wonderful crew! Such a great experience having my car worked on not once but twice already this year! The communication with Sean and his office staff throughout the entire process was amazing! Gave me updates throughout the entire process. My car looks brand new as if I was never hit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can t say enough about this place. This is my second time using them for body & trim work. I ve attached a before and after. They re very quick, professional and want to get things done the RIGHT way. I ve had great experiences both times with them they ve helped get my rims painted(twice now) and added a body kit to my car. It s a pleasure working with Sean, he doesn t cut any corners, takes care of your needs in a timely fashion as well and makes sure you re a happy customer when you leave. I am very happy customer of High end collision When the collision repair completed I was in awe and very impressed at the new appearance of my vehicle. The detailing job was awesome. I am definitely bringing my vehicle back there when it s time to have it detailed again. The tow truck driver Sean was an angel sent from above. After the initial accident you have your worries and concerns about rental car etc. Sean made me feel like a friend he had known for years.he had two vehicles available for rental at the collision shop and he gave me one of my choice.That s was a big relief having The transportation available to you right after an accident.I would sincerely recommend anyone in need of body work or even a detail job to go to high end collision also I d like to say everything that was left in my vehicle after the accident was still there when I picked it up. Nothing was missing. Sean and the rest of the crew were very friendly and professional. At a stressful time dealing with an accident they did all they could do and more to make sure the customer was happy and satisfied.I am very happy . Although I had a very bad experience with the towing agency , I am very glad they towed me to this place . High end collision has by far been my best experience with an automotive shop . Sean was great . He was communicative with me every step of the way , answered all my questions , and was very professional. Their work was fantastic . My car looked like new ! Any questions I had afterward were answered quickly . I would definitely recommend this place. I wish they did maintenance because they would have my business for life !!

High End Collision is a very ethical reliable shop. They have done work for me for years and it has always been a great experience. Recently they helped me getting my car to life after an accident, it looks like nothing had happened. I went to them the beginning of this month for them to fix the driver side back due to a scrap from another car. I was worried for many reason. They were all very professional and reassured me that my car will be well. They didn t disappoint me at all! They fixed it and the front as well and returned it to me as new! I highly recommend High End Collision. They are GREAT. I bought a new Dodge Charger and wanted color calipers to enhance the way the car looks. I took it to High End Collision and they painted the calipers with high temperature paint and did a GREAT job. The calipers really stand out and make heads turn. They do great body work as well. I manage a fleet of 70 vehicles and they do all our body work and make our cars look brand new. I highly recommend High End Collision!!!

Female Friendly!High End Collision is reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. From the first communication, I felt at ease as Sean guided me on the best way to purchase headlights without spending a fortune. The installation was flawless. I was in my first ever car accident on December 15, 2023 and from the minute Sean from High End Collision called me, I knew immediately I was in good hands.Sean and Debbie went above and beyond to help me thru this confusing and difficult process, and words cannot express my gratitude for how patient and kind they both were to me. Simply the best experience. High End is so helpful, compassionate to a stressful situation and truly expert repair persons.They're communication is top notch as well. I cant say much about the pricing because most damage was covered by insurance. However, I can say they went above and beyond to handle everything. Especially, when my rental company tried to charge me for damage that was already on the vehicle and when High End found out, they repaired the rental for me for far less then the rental company tried to essentially steal from me! Like heroically less, probably below their own costs. They helped me just because they thought it was unfair as well. High End is the best. I send everyone I know here. Everyone I send is wow'd by them as well. P.S. The detail on my car when they got it back to me was so spectacular it made the car look better then when it was brand new. I have hired people for hundreds of dollars to detail my car that doesn't come close to High Ends detail guy.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

There is a reason why they have a 4.9 star review on Google. On November 11th they came to tow my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta after I was in an accident. I knew my car was totaled after the accident, but also knew based on reputation that my jetta was in good hands with high end.Accidents are stressful on their own, but when the person who hit you takes off it s a little worse.Sean and the team at High End made retrieving my things from my car the least stressful part of the whole ordeal. My car was even placed in a safe spot (I m sure it had to do with yard space but I d like to think they knew how much I loved the car) The kindness and compassion I have received from them definitely sets them apart from other companies.They also gave sound advice on what happens next (they have experience) and talked about having the car inspected by the adjuster there. Which made me more comfortable. Sean even called to follow up after the thanksgiving holiday since the inspection happened just before the holiday.Thank you for being so kind patient and understanding. Listening to my frustration and being sad. And most importantly reminding me that yes I loved the car and the memories but I walked away and the car did its job.Thank you so much for being there for me, and taking good care of my totaled Jetta.

Being the original owner of a 1993 Ford F150 i didnt just want anyone working on the vehicle. Brian and Sean were amazing from start to finish. Took care of all the little imperfections then provided a complete paint job. Truck came out perfect and I couldnt be more pleased. High End is a great staple in the East Islip community.

Fast courteous excellent serviceI bought a Chrysler 300 there a year ago it was detailed to perfection by Nick he did such a wonderful job a year later the car still looks amazing ! So much so that I sent my son there to get his Jeep detailed once again Nick did not disappoint he dropped it off last night and picked it up at noon today it looks brand new and even the interior doesn't have a spec of dust and it smells terrific thank you Nick we will be back with our other vehicles for sure They also do wonderful body workIf you ever need a place to go I highly recommend them
