Amazing customer service and work. My family has had nothing but great experiences here for the last 15+ years. My most recent experience prompted me to write this review. They replaced the backup camera in my car for 1/4 the price that the dealership wanted to charge. Literally 1/4 the price! Took them a few hours. Car was in and out. Cannot thank them enough. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend this business.

I have always had an excellent experience here. Kenny is great! Extremely honest, helpful, fair and accommodating. The mechanics are excellent and work very hard! Me and my family have been bringing our cars here for multiple decades and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I would highly recommend you come see Kenny with any of your car or truck needs.

Kenny has been repairing my family's cars since i was driving little-tykes. Now that I have been driving for almost ten years I understand why. Anyone with access to using Guercio's shop will never be disappointed. Kenny is a master mechanic, employs 100% honest staff, and his pricing is seriously unbeatable. The shop is always busy but they work extremely quick for those on a tight schedule. The work is done right the first time and for a fraction of the cost (I just had a tire put on, the cost totaled less than it would cost to just buy the tire at most major retailers). If you live in car-pushing distance count yourself blessed.

This place is phenomenal. I've been getting my cars serviced here for 12 yrs now. The latest great experience.... I had a problem with the coupling on my steering wheel. Kenny diagnosed it then told me to take it to the dealer as it was still under warranty, " Who does that", any other place would have said nothing and charged me for the work. Now you know why I bring all my cars to Guercio. Check it out and you will be a fan. You wont get ripped off.

Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and affordable! They'll treat you and your car like family. Even when I lived out of state for a few years I'd call and Mr. Guercio would consult with them over the phone. It's truly the best place for your repairs! Their service is dependable, the guys are all approachable, and they explain what's going on so you understand. They value their work and it shows. Me and my car always leave with a smile!

The mechanics are all skilled, friendly and eager to assist. Sean has been dianosing my vehicles for years. He has kept my trucks running top notch. The owner, Kenneth, is an upstanding guy. Always honest and trustworthy. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy mechanics.

Recommended to me by a friend. Very nice place, pretty reasonable and very honest with their customers, giving estimates and saying what they can do at the time. Can even negotiate prices and will tell you about other problems with your car you may not even realize. Probably the best mechanic I've been to.

They did a wonderful job on my brake lines repair and change the brake shoes for the front and back I highly recommended anyone to go to their auto repair shop and have Thier car fix .. there price are reasonable thank you so much for fixing my car I will be back in the near future for any more work done .. you guys are the best p.s. Ken Guercio has been taking care of all our family's cars for years. Even after my sons moved away they still call Ken for car advice. Ken is also that rare honest business owner who takes care of the customer first. He diagnosed a bad wheel hub and told me to check the warranty and I did and had it fixed for free at the dealership. Guercio is the BEST!

Kenny is one the most knowledgeable auto technicians on Long Island. Guercio s mechanics are long term employees; which in itself says a lot about an auto repair shop. He believes in serving/satisfying his clients as he wants the repeat business makes senseBottom line: if you want a good shop and peace of mind for all your automotive servicing/repairs -- then go to Guercio s.

I know Kenny for a number of years, he is my go to shop. He is very fare and honest. I had a Ram truck with a four wheel drive issue, he found the issue a could have easily charged me for the repair. He advised me to take it back to dodge for warranty work.At the end the repair was covered and it would have been a $3000. Dollar repair. Thank you Kenmy

Guercio's the best around. They may look a bit antiquated, but trust me they will never do your wrong. Oil changes are simple, and they give you the white glove treatment. They are up front and honest about what you need, and there is no extra bullshit given. They are simply the best.

I had a loud metallic clanking noise coming from under the front end of my Truck. I thought it sounds like major front end work when I left it at Guercio's repair shop in Islip. Kenny, the owner called me a few hours later and said my truck was ready to be picked up. I asked what the damage was. "No charge" he said with a smile. "There was a rock lodged between the control arms that was making the awful noise when turning." "We removed it and checked everything else is fine. "No charge"If you are looking for the kind of honesty that is so rare these days, Guercio's repair shop on Main Street in Islip is your man.Sincerely Michael Raimo and family
