Came here to get my phone fixed. They fixed it before promise date. Better than new. Great customer service and follow through! So glad we have a shop like this in our community

Only give them 1 star because i can t put less. I left my phone 2 MONTHS ago i ve called several times for update never get a call back now i call and my calls aren't ever answered! It doesn't take 2 months to tell someone what s wrong with their device. Poor communication will never use there services again. I need my phone back !

Ventured towards establishment tonight in pursuance of return I purchased approximately a little over a year ago. The Gentleman heard my espoused discourse concerning the Google Chrome application incapatibility with my televisi�n. He tested the device for any flawed functionality issues so I reasoned again about a possible resolution of refund half price return fee administered towards myself due to being in New condition. Afterwards he spoke with I would assume Manager of establishment in mediation offering of my request. I was delighted towards hearing that such measures of customer service was implemented as a proposed return policy if remote for Google application can be recovered. Hopefully they'll honor there commitment no matter the recovery status of remote.
