My mustang got rear ended, having never had this happen before I really had no idea where to go. I went to final phase from a recommendation, and they were awesome! The car looks better than it did before the accident! They really took their time walking through the process with me, they kept to the dates they promised me, and they helped me understand the whole process. They were on my side the whole way and my car looks incredible. So professional.

I stumbled upon Final Phase Collision thanks to word of mouth and it was like striking gold in the auto repair world!Final Phase not only fixed what needed fixing but gave my four-wheeled baby a spa day washed on the outside, mats cleaned, the whole shebang including getting all of the cheerios vacuumed out where the carseat was (IYKYK). I practically got back a Jeep that looked and smelled brand new!A massive shoutout for the brand new spare tire, the rim repair, and Chris working his magic to make sure that I got a proper replacement for my steel bumper as quickly as possible it feels like my Jeep got an upgrade!Dealing with them was like having a superhero squad for my car they tackled insurance reps on my behalf, took care of the car rental process, and the friendliness level was off the charts. Forget the dealerships; Final Phase Collision is where it's at. I'm planning to return (hopefully not soon!), and I'll be spreading the word to family and friends. Supporting local business has never been more satisfying!Thanks for making a process that could have been a lot more complicated and headache-inducing very easy going!

I damaged a door on my truck and I was referred to this shop by a friend. Nice shop. Chris and the ladies upfront were very nice and friendly.When I went to pay, one of the ladies had asked if the front bumper was ever painted because she noticed the color was slightly off (dealer did that) when she was doing a final inspection. I went to leave and Chris did one last walk around with me. That right there goes to show that they all double, triple check their work to make sure it s done right. That s the kind of shop you want. I am very pleased with them.The truck looks great. You can t even tell there was damage and the paint is perfectly blended with the rest of the truck. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team at Final Phase made getting my vehicle fixed extremely easy. They handled everything from beginning to end. Our car came out amazing and looked brand new again. It was the attention to the littlest details though which impressed me the most. 10/10 recommend.

Such an amazing experience! Was worth my commute and time. Chris , Ray And Tony are very professional, and go to the extent for any customer. Unfortunately I had an accident two days before going on vacation. They were able to secure a rental for me a day before, and allowing me to relax stress free. The clerical/ front staff clerks , were helpful , friendly and they help navigate w insurance. I m so grateful they left my truck brand new , and able to have it done for me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop for extreme customer service. Thank you guys !

Final Phase did an awesome job repairing my car after it was hit. My car not only looks brand new on the outside, but came back in pristine condition on the inside as well. Alyssa and Talia at the front desk made the whole process seamless from setting me up with my rental for the time being and dealing with the dreaded phone calls to the insurance company. I highly recommend final phase to anyone in need of a repair to their vehicle.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on fixing my car after a bad accident. He did everything he could to make my experience a pleasant one. I appreciate the team and everyone who worked on getting my car back to its beauty. If you are looking for a professional and personal team they are definitely the ones to go to. Excellent work, very clean. My mother in-law Hilda, took her car to this shop and the vehicle looks like nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommended. The crew at final phase are amazing people, I unfortunately had my car hit in a parking lot and the person had drove off. However Chris and Talia helped make the process easy and stress free and brought my car back to showroom new. They talked to the insurance on my behalf and had everything done with great quality and in a timely fashion and brought my car back to showroom new. They even helped me out with the rental company as well. I would personally recommend them for any auto body work in the future.Services: Scratch removal, Painting, Body & Trim

Final Phase did a great job with my car. Once the parts arrived, the team there was highly efficient in fixing what needed to be fixed, and they even cleaned and detailed my car. The owner, secretaries and workers were friendly and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend Final Phase.

Chris and Talia are awesome! Had an unfortunate accident getting hit by a nyc bus and chris and talia took care of me quick and easily. Set me up with my rental, communicated with me at all times and got me back into my vehicle asap. Great customer service, even better people! Recommend

I just picked my car up after dropping it off from an accident. They fixed it so quickly without any problems or headache. The girls in the office are super friendly and so easy to work with. And on top of all that when I got in the car, it was completely spotless and cleaner than when I dropped it off, highly recommend will continue to use themAnd continue to recommend

Chris and Thalia and their team were amazing, great customer service , Went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had my car accident and left my vehicle in amazing conditions after the collision , always updating me on the status of the vehicle and accommodated me with reserving a rental and dropping it off to me and took care of the whole Process with the insurance and claims , this place will forever have my business they are the best !

When my car was involved in a hit and run, I knew immediately I was calling Final Phase Auto Collision. They made the entire process easy from start to finish. They took care of dealing with the insurance, getting me a rental and communicated everything I needed to know. I m so happy with the final result, my car looks better than when I first got it!! I can't say enough about how great Chris and his staff were to deal with- from setting up the rental, dealing with the insurance company, and ultimately fixing the car. My Nissan Sentra was in an accident and needed the passenger door replaced- I just got it back today and it looks better than it did before! I couldn't be more thankful. In addition, he was able to save me a great deal of money. I would recommend Final Phase to anyone.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Chris and his team was accommodating throughout the whole process. From filing the claim, to dropping the car off at my house when the work was completed. The car looks brand new, like it just came from the showroom. Highly recommend taking your car here.

Worry, free experience.! Insurance and rental was completely handled for me. They replaced my hood and painted the front of my car, and the paint came out flawless. The car looks like new again. Just got my truck back from Final Phase and I couldn t be happier with the service I received.Freindly staff and the owner,Chris was a nice guy honest and accommodating. Hooked me up with a rental car service that came and picked me up and I was able to leave my it there for pickup after I got my vehicle back! Truck was cleaned in and out. Showroom quality service couldn t be happier I highly recommend Final Phase Auto Colision!

Chris, Talia and Alyssa were fantastic! Alyssa was a great help in getting my rental set up and dealing with my insurance company. They were all professional yet personable at the same time. My truck came out more beautiful than it was before I dropped it off. Thank you for a job well done and for a great experience after an unfortunate accident. What a great experience! Was referred to Chris from my daughter. Brought my car in because someone keyed the entire drivers side. Chris handled everything including having the insurance adjusted coming to his shop. Chris and the girls in the office kept me updated the entire time. When I went to pick my car up I could not believe what a great job they did. Can not even believe it s the same car. If needed I would definitely use his shop again and will refer all my friends and family.

Best body shop I have ever used! Very professional, and turn around time was very quick. Provided updates and called when the car was ready. Process could not be easier. They can also facilitate with getting you into a rental if you need. 100% would recommend to anyone

I dropped my vehicle off because of a scratch caused by a careless Valet Parking attendant. Thankfully they made the process easy from start to finish; by working seamlessly with my insurance company and getting the repairs completed. Looking at the finished job you would never know the car needed repair in the first place. The Paint job is flawless and they went above and beyond to cover up any other blemishes in the surrounding area. Now the formerly damaged side of the vehicle looks more clear, shiny and new than when I bought the car.

Wow! I honestly don t say enough about Final Phase. I ve been in a few accidents and nothing can even compare to my experience with Final Phase. From start to finish the whole process was so smooth. Chris, the owner was so quick to respond and make a plan to get my car right in. Once I got there Alyssa at the front was so sweet and handled everything for me which made it so easy. Anytime I had questions while my car was being fixed they were so responsive and detailed. Their customer service is top tier. They were quick with getting my car fixed especially since it was around the holidays. My car looked better than it did when I got it. They were so professional and easy to work with. I would recommend to everyone 100/10

Was hit in a parking lot and damaged my front bumper. Never had this happen before so didn't know what to do. I went to a few body shops for estimates and the last one I went to was Final Phase. The owner Chris came out introduced himself to me and was very caring and professional. I got a quote which was cheaper then every other place. The whole staff treated me with respect and was caring, which helped because this was the first time I had gotten hit and didn't know what to do. They walked me through the whole process and I coulded be happier. I will definitely come back here if I ever need to A++

Brought my truck here after a rear-end accident. Talia and Chris were very helpful and understanding when my insurance company was giving me a hard time with processing the claim. They also did an amazing job with restoring the car back, as if it was brand new, and we received a full detail.Would highly recommend coming here.
