One of my colleagues recommended Chucks Auto Repair to me. Just got my brake pads and rotors changed, oil changed, rear brakes adjusted and one tire valve repaired. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are very affordable even in this terrible economy. Can confidently say they ve acquired a lifelong customer.

I know Chuck and Chris for many years.I can honestly say that they are the guys to go to when you need your car fixed.I've seen Chuck fix cars that have been back to the dealers multiple times and the owners get the usual dealer BS excuses.It's a small shop and they get backed up so leave some time to get the kind of high end service they provide.

I ve been coming hear since they ve opened. Not only is Chuck and his team personable, they re very knowledgeable and patient. There have been several times they told me that I did not need work done when other places tried to pull the wool over my eyes and take my money. Chucks Auto Repair is very credible, reliable, and they do great work! I highly recommend them!

Best mechanic ever. Chuck is kind, a great mechanic, and the most honest. Been a customer for 20+ years and will never go anywhere else. His daughter at the desk is sweet and friendly and always fits me in. I refer them to everyone I know.

No better mechanic! Honest, truthful and spot-on every time. I have been a customer for many years and wouldn t think of going anywhere else. The entire staff is wonderful and Chuck is always so kind to me and patient with my endless and most times ridiculous concerns!! So accommodating to every customer!!

Chuck and his team are the best auto shop on long island. this is an HONEST shop. They will not rip you off and have amazingly fair pricing. I drive a higher end vehicle and I will only let this place do anything to it due to there extremely high level of knowledge of all vehicles and there exceptional workmanship. If you don't bring your car here you are making a giant mistake!!!Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Chuck and his team have always took very good care of my car and my mother's cars. We have been going to him for auto service for years.He's a fantastic honest man to do business with and will always look for whats best for you and your car and he'll do it at a very fair price.If you live in the Islip / Bayshore area and you need a mechanic, Chuck is your go to guy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Finally!! An honest mechanic!! Very capable staff. Chucks a nice guy too. I recommend bringing your car there for repair, inspections, oil change, whatever you need. Yur car will be in good hands. You'll see.

Chuck is THE BEST. I moved a while ago out of New York and I have been wishing I could have brought him with me! There is no mechanic as honest and efficient as him! I'm envious of everyone that can go to him at this point :( He goes above and beyond and will never rip anyone off.

COVID hotspot, went to pick up my car February 22nd, was greeted at the door by like 5 people not wearing a mask and one week later I started showing symptoms. I got tested and I tested positive for covid. I hadn t gone anywhere else so I m pretty sure I got it from them. I will never go back here, just lost a customer of 15 years.On top of that, they installed faulty brakes on my car which is the reason I was there to get my faulty brakes fixed, so they can't even be trusted as a mechanic. I could have gotten hurt because they don't know how to install brakes.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
