There is absolutely no reason to look any further! None! This whole entire team is so wonderful, welcoming! They genuinely made me feel right at home, and not only all of that, but I also feel like I literally have a brand new car! I got my car in the shop right by the holidays and the job that they did is impeccable and remarkable!!! Thank you thank you guys.

Just moved here, my poor car and I were victims of gang vandalism and I was numb. Until Bouchers did a stunning repair, reasonably priced and the team was just fantastic. Thank you again.

I was recently involved in a car accident and ended up bringing my car here because the other driver s insurance recommended them and I m so happy that I did. They were professional, friendly, and when my car was done it looked brand new again. Thank you for making this such a pleasant and smooth experience. If you need your car repaired use this auto shop, they are SUPER PROFESSIONAL. They answer emails/ phone calls quickly. I recently hit a deer with my car and they made my car look brand new, I am beyond grateful and will be using them again. I promise you guys won t be disappointed !

Bill is such a nice genuine guy who really is looking to help his customers. I received top notch service from the moment I came in for my estimate until my car was finished. I can t recommend this auto body shop enough. Such a pleased customer and if I ever have to have work done on my car in the future I will definitely come back without hesitation.

A few years ago I would ve given this company 5 stars because of their professionalism, promptness & quality. This time around though, I was very dissatisfied & disappointed. I dropped of my car for repairs on 2/15/20 due to a no fault accident. Every week for 3 weeks I was the one calling for an update because no one was calling me to keep me in the loop. Finally on Monday 3/9/20 I call & The owner tells me oh, it s ready, I called you on Friday (3/6) & left you messages on both #s . No he didn t. I only have 1 # & no voicemail was left. I was already annoyed with the lack of communication & updates but at this point I was just happy to be getting my car back so I didn t make a fuss. Just 2 days later I saw the left side fender where the repairs were done was out of place & the paint was sort of stripping. I called the shop & the owner picked up. The idea of having to figure out when I can get there stressed me out & so my tone wasn t happy but I was still respectful when expressing my concerns & feeling upset. The owner had no compassion at all & was very rude & disrespectful. He accused me of blaming him & kept cutting me off every time I tried explaining anything. I expressed that I was unhappy with the entire process to begin with and was venting but he didn t like it & was trying to brush me off. The most important parts of customer service is to listen, offer a solution & just be respectful through it all. He lacked in all areas & did everything you shouldn't do with an upset customer. I will never go back & will never recommend this place to anyone again.

They were so nice and helpful. They were extremely honest. I went to this autobody shop due to an accident and they fixed the issue and didn't want any compensation for their time or work. They were also super friendly and time conscience. Bill, the owner, went out of his way to help me and went above and beyond.

I had a brand new Toyota RAV4, and I was in an accident when a deer hit me. I took my vehicle to this shop, and body damage added to a five-figure A job. After a couple of months, I a stance noise on the side I was hit. I took my car to the Toyota dealer and they told me that my strut was bend and the bolts were not Toyota parts. This shop not only did not put original parts but was so aggressive when I called them , they denied everything. Manager was so nasty and refuse to even look at the vehicle, so I called my insurance and made a complaint.Service: Body & Trim

Bill and staff did an amazing job on my Acura TL. He had the most fair price out of the 4 other estimates I had. Not to mention the great customer expierence I had! He had someone drop and pick me up from my house because I didnt have a ride. Highly Reccomend!

They are currently fixing my car after a car accident i was involved. Everyone has been extremely nice. I was told my dlcsr would take about 10 days to fix. Its taking longer which i dont have a probelm with it just would've been nice if i was told that. I told my car would be done at the end ot the week. I called friday to find out its going to take longer. Again not a problem it just would have been nice if they notified. I will post when my car is finshed and let you know how it looks. I hope its perfect. The car is brand new, i only have 1,200 miles. I want it restored to the why ot looked befor the accident. The rest of this review will be update once i get the car back. I have faith it will look great if not i have no problem writing a detailed review.
