I feel like it's the seinfeld episode every time I walk in there. "No soup for you!" The lady at the counter is the rudest woman I've ever encountered. John isnt much better to be honest. If you hate what you do so much and don't like dealing with the public, maybe you should reconsider your career. I dont expect to be treated the way I do when I go in there considering the amount of money I've spent there over the years. Businesses sometimes forget that we have a choice in who we give our hard earned money to. You cant even ask a question in there without getting a nasty response. Oh and twice I've had to go back there on 2 separate occasions cause my car was still pulling to the left or right after they were done. I doubt I'll ever go back. Beware.Service: Wheel alignment

This is an excellent shop for car repairs. If you have a lowered (customized) suspension and need an alignment, this is the place to go. My car never felt better after getting an alignment here.

I would give a zero star if there would be a one. I did my research for truck alignment and this shop pops up and John the owner he did my alignment but guess what. Driver side is lower about 2 than passenger side and I called him for the situation but he told me there has nothing to do with him. Either one side higher then the other or misaligned. I told him I would like my truck to be leveled no matter what. I came back he did adjustment on the truck again it is still about 3/8 higher than the other size but mainly the camber is off. I can see from my eyes not even a alignment machine. I called the owner John tried to avoid to talk to me over the phone and he passed the message to the front lady who s also has a very nasty attitude said there is nothing they can do about it. So again, anyone would have their truck properly aligned do not go to this shop. It s wasting your money and your time . Nothing they can do about it ..

I have 08 Escalade that I had upgraded with a completely new suspension. Because of this I required a wheel alignment. I searched my neighborhood area and saw this shop among others.Their website mentioned their shop history as well as the story of the founder of the shop. With their documented history, and community heritage I decided to choose this shop. I specifically asked for an alignment report with before and after spec results. I was assured that I would get this report.When I went to pick up my vehicle and paid for it, I was told that it was so out of spec that they didn t note the before camber, toe, or caster values. I was told that the new suspension installer had just thrown the new parts in (Which is absolutely irrelevant for the service of getting a wheel alignment). But they also didn t note the after values which made absolutely no sense to me. How could they set or even verify the toe, caster and camber specs without knowing what the before/after values were? So they did not give me a wheel alignment report, that they assured me I would get. In addition, after driving for a short distance I realized that the steering wheel was just slightly off. I instantly realized I had made a mistake taking it to this shop, and that the servicer of my vehicle was either inexperienced, lazy, dishonest, or a combination of the three. As a result I would not recommend this shop for any wheel alignment work at the very least.Service likes this makes me question their quality of work for other services. As a very nearby resident of this shop I wanted to like and support it. The history of it is a great story as well but sadly I will not be future customer. I put a star simply because they were able to get me into the shop on very short notice, so they earn a star for that, but nothing more. I ended up taking my car to the dealer for a proper wheel alignment. I hope your experience will be better than mine here.

Always get my car serviced here. Always happy with the fair price and the quality work done. Thank you Jason for fixing my stereo which isn t their specialty but they took a look and it was a simple fix. I really appreciate you all going above and beyond!

Had a nail in my tire. The boys took the car in right away and took care of it. No charge. There is a reason they have been around so long. 5 stars and not just because of not being charged. Other places would have said hey listen we are too busy and would t want to be bothered. So refreshing this day and age.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my 1995 Corvette here for a wheel alignment after I freshened up its suspension. Dropped it off in the AM, picked it up later in the day and drives straight as an arrow. I would definitely recommend this shop.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I have a lifted 2014 diesel truck which was stolen from a dealership and upon recovering it, had major suspension problems. After fixing everything, I was directed to use Guelfis as they specialize in alignments and have the capacity to work on trucks most normal shops can t do properly. John Guelfi was extremely knowledgeable and performed the alignment perfectly. I did have to drop off the truck in the morning and pick it up that evening, but it was well worth it to have a trustworthy shop perform the work. Total cost was about $140. I m very satisfied and would recommend their work.

Old school, actually took an interest in my stepvan, did a great job at a fair price, and went over any future needs my truck will need. And finished the job within the time frame. Will definitely go back for future repairs.

I have a lifted Toyota FJ Cruiser with a custom coilovers setup. Shops around town were scared and hesitant to touch it with their lack of knowledge. Not here!!! There were no issues getting the truck to spec and driving straight.

This place is terrible, im so serious. I brought my car a couple months before and they charged me 150 cause it was on coilovers. Now today i needed another one they wanted 170. The lady with glasses in the front with her nasty attitude and lack of knowledge for cars kept contradicting herself. I went to tri state on 111 and my car is fixed and aligned for 170. THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY PPL TO ALIGN LOWERED VEHICLES, THEY WILL LIE TO MAKE A SALE. #SHADYBUSINESS

I've been using Guelfi's for years with absolutely no issues at all for all of my customers vehicles and my own. In my opinion this is the best place for alignments on long Island for cars and trucks.

I had a bad alihnment issue and was referred to Guelfu Wheel Alignment. They saved me from a lot of headache. They were nice, professional, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Heard they were the place to go to for wheel alignments on lifted trucks....Stopped in and made an appointment with the woman behind the counter who was very pleasant, dropped it off the morning we agreed on and there was another guy who helped me who was really nice and actually laughed with me about the fact that i lufted the truck over a year ago and hadnt had it aligned yet so i was killing my tires.....I left and got a call a couple hours later that my truck was all ready and i could come get it.....To say the alignment is now PERFECT would be putting it lightly....Truck drives great and the price was very reasonable for what they did....I will reccomend them to all my truck friends for sure....Thanks Guelfis....

Rude customer service never called me back to advise they couldnt do anything to fix my car wasted a whole day when i could of been elsewhere getting it fixed on top of that broke my wheel lock and did not take responsibility

Their ability to do the work is not the issue. Their service is horrible & if there is ever an issue they will not accept responsibility. Very rude staff & extremely unprofessional. Better off going to Mavis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
