OUTSTANDING work done by this shop!! I discovered a water leak in my 2013 Ford Explorer lift gate. I called the shop and they scheduled me for a repair within days. When I received the vehicle they went through the repairs with me and showed me the work. The water leak is no more and I could not be more thrilled with the service and repairs done by South Shore Collision. They are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. I will be recommending this shop to others and return for any other body work needed.

I was truly impressed with the service O received at South Shore Collision. All of the employees were great to work with and made the process very easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and left my car as good as new. I took my car in just before the holidays and was still able to get my car within the timeframe stated. They also kept me posted on progress every step of the way. I would highly recommend South Shore Collision to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable autobody shop.

Easy process from beginning to end for my repair. They kept me updated through text as to where my car was in the process. They also work in connection with Enterprise which picked me up and dropped me off at the shop. Would definitely recommend this shop .

This is not my first experience with Southshore Collision. From the smallest dent to the largest rebuild Southshore is the only place I trust with my car. I regularly bring my car to them before the end of my lease and they return it in showroom condition. I highly recommend them.

Today has been very stressful after getting in a car accident on my way to work. Both Deborah and Anthony made me feel like I was in great hands at South Shore Collision. They were extremely helpful, kind and clearly explained next steps to me. Thankful to have found this shop- I would definitely recommend South Shore Collision for the great customer service and for their compassion as well as automobile knowledge.

The car I own was parked on the street when a Prius pulled up and their battery exploded. The flames were crazy high and my back bumper and tail light among other things melted. The car is 6 months old. These professionals repaired everything to perfection within 2 weeks. They are amazing. Everyone inside and outside the office was wonderful to work with. My wife was rear-ended, and we took her car to South Shore Collision. They were true gentlemen throughout the whole ordeal. Never did I feel like I was getting taken for a ride or advantage of. They were honest about the timeline (some of the parts took a little time to get), they sent out messages as the car went through different levels of completion, and they did an outstanding job. I am a car guy, and I couldn't find a single problem with the work they did. Thank you for your expertise, good tact, and customer relations. I hope we are never in an accident again, but if we are, I know where I am going. Would highly recommend.

Extremely happy with their service! Paul, Jared, and Debbie were such a huge help with making sure my vehicle was properly taken care of! I received daily updates on my vehicle status and everyone was so accommodating in getting me in my vehicle very quickly! Highly recommend! They will not disappoint! I never used them before. I just showed up with a long scratch on my new car. I was totally bummed out. I met with Jared, he gave me a fair estimate. I dropped off my car and picked it up the same day. The car is back to new, no evidence of a scratch. They charged me exactly what they quoted. Also, they went out of their way to help me with transportation which was really nice. Finally, every person i had spoken with and dealt with there were super nice and helpful. After having an accident it is good to meet people who want to help you. I want to thank Jared, Debbie and the other workers for doing a good job. They made me feel like I am in good hands. Everyone was very nice and was very pleasant to deal with them. I was kept informed of the progress of my car repair and they met the delivery date.I would definitely recommend them.

After my accident I stopped by on a Friday to assess the damage. They ordered my new bumper and had my car fixed by the following Thursday. They made it easy and dealt directly with my insurance! All of the mechanics were very nice and informative and everyone i spoke to on the phone in the office was very pleasant! Would definitely recommend!

Really great place. I m 8 months pregnant and noticed last night my headlight was out. I was uncomfortable being without my car due to how far along I am with my pregnancy. I called this morning and they told me to come in today anytime after 1pm. Showed up at 1:30 and Jared took less than 10 minutes to replace the bulb at no charge. I m new to Oceanside and will 100% recommend this place to anyone. I m all about supporting local and really appreciate them not leaving me in a bind!

Recently dropped my car off here after getting hit on my bumper. The virtual estimate system is really cool and convenient for people who cannot make it during business hours for an in-person estimate. They got back to me quickly and explained the process. I got my car back within 3 days and it looks great, they did an awesome job and didn't pay any more than what was originally estimated, which I appreciated. The staff is very nice and courteous as well. Hopefully, I won't need any more body work in the future, but if I do I trust them to do the best job for a good price. Thanks!

I would like to share my recent experience with South Shore Collison, Island Park, NY for their excellent service on repairing my vehicle. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with the most cordial and kind attention. The entire staff was friendly, very professional and I was treated with the upmost respect. Jared explained the process of repairing my vehicle. I could not be more impressed with the repair work that was completed. The whole experience was a smooth transition; from dropping off my car, having South Shore arrange for my rental to having it ready a few days before the estimated completion date. I would commend this business on OUTSTANDING customer service and quality workmanship! Your business etiquette is superb, and your customer loyalty reflects it! So happy with the experience here. Had an accident and needed to change the car hood and had to do it without using my insurance. I went around and checked many places, estimate was around the same as couple other places but Tom here at south shore was very nice and understanding (so is everyone here). They got the job done very nice on time. And best thing about that place is that on 12/25 they say MERRY CHRISTMAS .Services: Painting, Body & Trim
