I ve been a Puma s customer for over 20 years now. I ve had many nice vehicles over the time, and they treat your vehicle like their own. I would go there to get my car detailed, and I don t know how they would get such an amazing shine! always very nice respectful people as well and would recommend them to anybody. Thank you Puma s!!

Did an amazing job fixing my Audi A3 after it got hit. The owner is amazing Matt and his staff who made the process hassle free. They have rental cars which made this process a breeze. Couldn t be happier thank you!

So I broke my car mirror, I'm good at that stuff and my friend suggested coming to Puma's autobody. I called them and they were very patient with me making a few phone calls to see if they had the car mirror ready. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly.The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury.If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!

The level of professionalism in this shop is the best I ve ever experienced. Everything was made very simple. everything from renting a car to handling the insurance case, not to mention the quality of the work. I have used them many times, and I will use only this shop in the future

This shop deserves 10 stars.Staff is friendly, the inside of the shop is beautiful, their craftsmanship is another level amazing and they are always willing to work with you.This is an amazing business I will forever recommend because they will never let you down.Great job guys keep it going.

I was recommend this place by a friend and I have to agree it was wonderful experience being helped out by this company.What I thought would be a ordeal dealing with the autobody shop and the insurance company was completely a painless process with Puma.

This is the perhaps only the 3rd review I have written in 20 plus years. I used Puma years ago and was pleased. In the past 4 months I had the occasion to need them 3 times for minor damage. They were exemplary and very reasonable the first time. I soon returned a second and third time with minor NYC city parking inflicted damage. Matt, one of the owners, repaired them at no charge. Sure they were minor but no charge is unheard today when a dealer charges $400 (TRUE!) just to program an additional remote. In sum, the service is great, the work is first rate and their honesty is beyond compare.Service: Body & Trim

Just had some auto body repairs done for the first time (I was dreading the process) at Puma's. Replaced quarter panel, and a dent repaired. I have to say this was one of the best service experiences I ever had. Stopped in one morning and received a written quote on the spot. Arranged to drop the car off a few days later to leave while I was on vacation . They called to update me on the repairs and again to confirm it was going to be ready for me when I returned from vacation. The car looked like new, inside and out when I came to pick it up. I hit a deer on the Taconic a few years back and Puma Auto Body did a bang up job with the repair. Christine hooked me up with a rental car and Matt pushed my insurance company to get the job done right and return my car to showroom condition. So when I recently had a self-inflicted scratch on my truck, I knew where to go for a meticulous and professional repair at a fair price. Hell, the courtesy detailing they perform before pick up is worth over a $100 bucks. Look no further. Puma Auto is the place to go.

This body shop is the best !! I brought my car here after an accident and the work that was done on my car was phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you'll be taken care of. Customer service is 10/10. Cannot say enough good things about Nina. Exceptional quality of craftmanship! Puma has been fixing my cars for many years. The work is always done well. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and talented in their field. After repairing my dream car wrecked in a collision (3rd in a 4 car accident} Anthony put this amazing coating on it which makes my car shine like glass. It seems to repel dirt so my black car looks cleaner so much longer. The rain washes dirt away so I'm not living at the carwash with my black car anymore. I would highly recommend Puma's.

The moment I walked in the door, Christine greeted me and made me feel like an old friend. My car had been involved in a collision, and Puma had come recommended to me, and I now understand why. Within minutes, Christine had the adjuster on the phone, and the insurance company already made a reservation for a rental car, which was there for me before I even finished the paperwork.The entire process was fast, efficient and professional.Even with parts hard to get, my car was finished within 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up, Matt went over the whole car with me, showing me what they had done, and I couldn't be happier.My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it!I highly recommend Puma Auto Body.Thanks guys, for an awesome experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this place. Christine Nick was awesome coordinating with insurance companies and communicating to me. I had absolutely no issues. Pumas Jr. Handle the repairs and exceeded my expectations with regards to the job and delivery of my car which was earlier than I expected.The shop s office offers a well kept welcoming environment with a selection of complementary cold and hot beverages.My entire experience was A++.Thank you all at Pumas You rock Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This auto body shop just gets it. It s so turn key from the minute you walk in their office to the time they hand you your car keys back it s just stress free. My 2006 BMW needed rear end repair I met with Christine she was so kind and helpful she introduced me to Matt he was the one who did the repair. A couple of weeks later they called me to come and pick up the car it was done. They did a beautiful job on my car in the process offixing something happened to my splash shield under the car Matt replace it no problem he also clean my headlights which was not a part of the repair, now they look brand new (I want thank you Matt and Christine ) you guys did me right I will recommend you to anyone ( THANKS AGAIN PUMA S FOR THE GREAT JOB Service: Body & Trim

This place is really great. So professional and absolutely stress free. They take care of everything for you from beginning to start. Insurance, rentals , questions, everything. And then they handle all the in between too. The women Christene really knows her stuff and literally takes care of everything. I ve brought my car there quite a few times for detailing and some body work and every time I get it back it looks and feels like a brand new car. I ve recommended a lot of people there and everyone that leaves is always happy with the work. I never leave reviews but I felt like this place truly deserves a 5 star review. They really know how to keep their customers happy and keep them coming back. This place knows how to run a business for sure.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this collision shop. Got into an accident one week before my cruise. I was worried I wouldn't be around for the processing and repair of my vehicle but they reassured me that they would handle everything while on my trip. They put me at ease and told me to enjoy my vacation. When I came back I went to pick up my car and was completely satisfied with the workmanship, dealing with the insurance co, the rental car and the quick service. I felt they really took care of me. Truly genuine people working there who care about their customers.

Had to get my rear bumper replaced because someone crashed into me. Puma really took care of me. They put on a new bumper, painted it, made sure to blend it correctly and it looks like if nothing happened. Absolutely blown away by Everyone over at Pumas. I got into an accident on August 7th. It was minor but my brand new car took a decent hit with damage. I was referred to Pumas by family and I am so glad I listened. They stayed in communication the entire time they had my car. They dealt with the insurance company for me from communication to payment. I live an hour away so I was nervous about using them. I Shouldn t have ever worried they drove to me picked up my car and dropped off a rental. When it came to my car being done, they contacted me and worked with my schedule. They came to me and dropped it off while picking back up the rental all from my jobs parking lot. My car looks like I just rolled it out of the dealership again. Great job repairing my rear bumper after a (relatively minor) fender bender. They fixed the damage nicely, matched the body color perfectly, and even buffed out some unrelated scratches on the quarter panel at no extra charge and ArmorAll ed the tires so that when I picked it up the car really looked like new. The work took a little longer than the initial estimate, but they had a rental car ready for me so not a big deal. They handled all the communications with the insurance company, which made for a hassle-free customer experience. Finally, they offered the lowest quote (by over $100) among 4 different body shops I consulted... not a primary consideration in my case since the other party s insurance paid, but definitely a factor if you re paying out of pocket.Body shops are like dentists and lawyers... everyone avoids going there, but when you need one it s great to have a place you really trust. Based on the quality of the work, the customer service, and the very fair rates, I can definitely recommend Puma s and would patronize them again.

Enough positive words and appreciation cannot be expressed about this magnificent family owned and operated car care center- whether your wheels are new, leased, used or "inherited." They treat every customer with dignity & respect, listening carefully to every customer's needs- both car and human! The end result is pure perfection and satisfaction above and beyond everyone's expectations, even insurance adjusters! We are repeat customers, referred by someone who was told by other body shops that they could "safely" fix her car. They are honest, fair and only do the work needed and agreed upon by the customer- no hidden costs or surprises. They give you a realistic time frame and will do everything in their power to fulfill this, except if it would risk safety. They handle all your insurance needs- all calls, forms and adjusters. They even pick you up and drop you off so they can star work on your vehicle and you can have a stress free experience from beginning to end. Thanks, Puma family!!!

The staff is terrific...responsive, and were excellent at guiding me through a repair with my insurance company, and then obtaining a rental car immediately. I cannot thank them enough! Absolutely the best! The service is white glove at it's best. They did an amazing job fixing my car. So good, my wife thought I bought a new car when I got it back. Hands down the best body shop in Nassau. I drive all they way from Farmingdale to get my car fixed there, it's that good. You will not be disappointed.
