Car shopping is a hassle for me. So a friend recommended Convenient Car Service. It was a great experience. I made one phone call, told them what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes, I got a call back, and the deal was done. They did all the work, handled any issues with the insurance company, constantly kept me updated, and delivered the car to my door. It couldn't be more convenient. Christina was great to work with. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL! THIS WAS THE MOST CONVENIENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! Christine & Rob got me the best deal on my brand new 2022 BMW X3 M sport. They took care of absolutley everything! All I had to do was sign when they DELIVERED me the car. Very responsive to all my questions. The whole process was smooth sailing. I ll use them every time I get a car now!

This was the easiest car experience I have ever had! I found my dream car (jeep wrangle) with their help and they guided me through the whole process. When it came down to returning my old lease and getting this, the process was SEAMLESS! I was actually able to get my Jeep and still pick up my daughter from school because I wasn t sitting in a dealership for hours waiting. I can t say enough good things about the concierge service they provided. I will never go back to my old ways of leasing/financing a car! Can t thank them enough!!

Just used Convenient Car Experience. I have never used a car broker before and I was skeptical, but the whole process was easy and, like their name says, convenient. I got the car I wanted (Chrysler Pacifica) it was delivered to my house, with all the paperwork, including insurance. Highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd time dealing with them. Christina is so easy to work with.I expressed the Jeep Compass was for our daughter and what we were looking for. Got me the same deal as dealership plus an extra 1800 safety package added on all for the same price. Started on Monday they had what we wanted in our driveway by Thursday. Talk about service and very friendly too. I will use them for all my future cars or trucks in the future.

Being this was my first lease I was very nervous of what to expect. Christina and her team could not have been more helpful, professional, and kind. I was informed every step of the way, and they truly went above and beyond to get me the best deal. Everything was very clear through out the entire process so there was never any confusion. Christina and Regina were so helpful with finding me a new lease in my price range. My lease was up on my previous car and I new I couldn t afford the same car. Christina within 2 days was able to find me a Nissan Rogue that I was able to afford. Regina then made the rest of the purchase so easy. I had been recommended to use Convenient Car Experience from a very close friend of mine who has been using them for years buying hundreds of cars, so i had called up mark and explained my situation that no one before has been able to help me with. Mark and his entire team was completely understanding, patient and most of all CONVENIENT!!! They helped me into a situation that is only beneficial to me unlike other dealers and scams out there. Recently my car was totaled and unfortunately right after that I was diagnosed with covid. I was sitting at home with no car and I was given marks contact information to help me find a car. This man went above and beyond to find me a car. I didn t want an ordinary car and this man went out of his way to find my dream car. Mark and his crew are friendly and by far some of the best people I have ever dealt with. I wasn t able to leave my house and within a few days I had a new car in front of my house. I had an amazing experience starting with Dar a very humble and knowledgeable person, he initiated the process, then Cristina arranged everything so quickly I was surprised with the turnaround time and last but not the least Regina handled the closing so well. I still cannot believe it hardly took a day and half from the beginning to taking the delivery of the car. Mark was incredible. I was unsure of what kind of car I wanted and probably went back and forth way too many times but he was understanding and patient and really just wanted me to be happy. I had NO IDEA you could lease a car like this, what an unbelievable pleasure it was. I got exactly what I wanted, a Toyota Higlander, at a price that blew away the 2 other dealers I went to, wasn't even close!
