Went in earlier today because my battery died. They installed a new one and checked my alternator, which was the culprit. Angie and Steve were very helpful and friendly. However, the company needs to make the customer's purchase history visible to all stores. This just delayed the process and had me worried that their was some glitch that erased my order history(it is Mercury's retrograde after all) I was going to give this trip 4 stars but this location's rating shouldn't suffer because of a company wide flaw in their customer service.

Only auto store I ll go to! Ron and Steve are always there to help out and save me money. They both looked through the store coupon book to make sure I got the right parts with the best deal.

New driver here!!! I recently came into this store and needed new wind wipers. The employee Sammie was so helpful she even changed the wipers for me. I had a few questions regarding my car and when and how to do oil changes Sammie we able to answer my questions and directed me to the oil I ll be needing. Definitely will keep coming back. Thank you for help Sammie!!!

Came in to return a battery that had a guarantee.and the customer associate was not attentive and was very sarcastic. Was not helpful at all and was on his cell phone the whole time I was asking for help. The manager was great and resolved the situation in an attentive and timely fashion, but the customer associate with the name Ron on his shirt was not welcoming.

My mechanic asked if I could stop in and get a headlight bulb yesterday (Friday 5/13) around 5PM and when I went to check out the lady cashier said that I would need bulb grease and just scanned it without asking me so I assumed it was free. She was v persistent about getting me to buy insurance on the bulb even though I said no several times and that my mechanic usually has a bunch of them but he just ran out. I'm returning it because I didn't need it, my mechanic didn't need it and he was annoyed that she pretty much had me buy it even though she knew I was bringing it to my mechanic. Not that I care about the $2, but it's the principle, DON'T JUST SCAN THINGS WITHOUT ASKING PEOPLE FIRST? Thanks!

Great service. They tested my battery before recommending a new one and then did a full diagnostic test after installation to confirm the starter and alternator were in good working order. Sam was very capable and knowledgeable and she was a pleasure to work with.

The good news is that the folks that work here seem to be well-meaning and eager to help. They definitely keep the store clean. Overall not a bad store at all, but there is room for improvement. The catalog to look up your oil filter was missing and I hate to ask for help to look up something I can do on my own.

They were very rude to a customer because of the new CDC mask guidlines, and management was hostile towards him as well. I understand private businesses can decide on their own, but they were unreasonable. I would opt for a different store that supports personal liberty.

First it was giving me the wrong size oil filter. Second was giving me high beam headlights bulbs instead of low beam bulbs and then don't accept returns even though it wasn't my mistake. Staff doesn't know what they're doing. And if you ask a sophisticated car question they say wait till the manager comes but he's always late. Never coming back.

i had the pleasure of having Farrell help me yesterday on checkout when i had a problem with my speed perks. Farrell was extremely professional and sorted out the problem immediately. He seems to really care about customers and knows the automotive business.

Great place I came to New York all the way from NC to pick up a Car for my boss when I realized the Trailer wires weren't the correct ones so I'm 800-900 Miles from Home and I don't know anything about the place I'm at so when I came here these guys and Girls did everything and I mean everything possible to help me out just wanted to say thanks guys you were a huge help you have no idea.

As I came in to order a part for my car I had a young man name Kevin help me he ordered me the part and when it came in a couple days later he gave me a courtesy call to let me know it as arrived and as soon as I come in he recognize me i did not have to tell him what I needed or who I was. This was the third time I have been to this advance auto parts store they really do greatest customer service there.

Rude employee was more concerned with trying to rush out of the store when they closed in a half hour rather than provide good customer service!! Will be calling corporate in the Morning if your store is open your obligated to serve the customer until the store is closed .

I like their free battery check and free windshield wiper replacement. Good service. Very convenient and this location has a large parking lot.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable of finding the right part for your car and can even help you install it if it s not a major thing like wiper blades.

Very helpful staff, I needed a quarter of oil so they put it in my car for me & A few months ago I needed Windshield wipers so they put them on my car for me.
