I recently bought a Jeep patriot from Jim whites and Rich was so helpful in making the process not stressful and fast! I worked with Amanda at southern Chautauqua federal credit union and she made the process there amazing! I would 10/10 recommend Jim whites and southern Chautauqua federal credit union to anyone!

I have purchased many vehicles in my day but, this experience tops them all. Rich went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my new purchase. Never pushy and always transparent. Without a doubt, the most memorable vehicle purchase to date.A happier customer there never was : )

We bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma in Feb 2024 from Rich at Jim Whites!We went in on a Saturday and had our Tacoma by the following Wednesday. Rich was completely transparent the entire time about prices, timeline, and vehicle condition. He went through the Carfax with us, explained every contract, and hid nothing!He was open to us shopping around at other places, and made a lot of improvements on the vehicle before letting us drive off the lot. Ultimately, we came back to Rich because of his transparency and great prices! He is a stand up guy. Highly recommend

Went to Jim White's from a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Just had a mishap with my vehicle and needed a new one. He took the initiative to help do the best he could to get me the vehicle I wanted as well as the best financial options for my situation. Very clear, honest and never pushy. I am so very pleased with the whole experience and I love my new used vehicle. I will definitely recommend others to go here. Thanks a million!

We were looking for a safe and reliable vehicle for our son. Saw this vehicle on cargurus went to look at it and the description matched the vehicle exactly! Mint condition; low mileage; and rust free. Richard is very responsive with any questions I had before the final sale and has been able to answer my questions since I picked it up. Anything that needed attention - he addressed - leaving us feeling safe having our son drive this Jeep! I highly recommend this dealership - and will be back with I buy vehicles for my other sons! I recommend everyone to get a vehicle at Jim Whites in Irving. My mom just got a car from them and they were so nice to deal with. They took care of her with all the paperwork even though we had a hard time dealing with the insurance company but they were very helpful and professional.

I stopped by Jim White s in hopes of finding a vehicle. After browsing the lot for only a few seconds, Rich White greeted me with a welcoming hello. After a few exchanges of words, I knew Rich was the real deal.I was looking for a KIA and sure enough fresh onto the lot, a beautiful white 2016 KIA Optima EX. Rich along with the amazing Sierra of Southern Chatauqua Federal Credit Union, were able to get me on the road within days! Incredible people and incredible companies!

The other day, I came across an advertisement for a Dodge Ram pickup online, so I contacted the Dealership. I had a great, informative conversation about the vehicle with Rich. I explained that, I wanted to see more photos prior to driving an hour south to the dealer....Without hesitation Rich accommodated my request....But more importantly, the transaction was so easygoing, a pleasure, and very fair.....Unfortunately, this particular was not for me, but I never cared....." I was searching for a new vehicle. I came across Jim White's. They had the best prices around for the vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival I dealt with Rich. Rich was a friendly and honest guy. He made the buying process very easy as well as going above and beyond to make the sale. I ran into a minor issue that was no fault of theirs. Rich handled the issue without question. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Very satisfied customer and will be visiting again the next time I'm looking for another vehicle.

Another fantastic experience at Jim Whites purchasing my third truck from this company. Extremely fast service and just so happened to have the exact truck I was looking for even though he just got it in and wasn't even put on the lot yet. I was in an accident where another driver totaled my 2015 F-150 I purchased here about 3 1/2 years ago. I absolutely loved this truck to the point I couldn't see myself driving anything else. This was on December 19, 2022, and I was destroyed. Four hours after the accident I checked the Jim Whites website to see what he had with the assumption my best truck would be totaled, I was unable to find what I wanted. I figured I would call and ask if there was anything close to my truck that he happened to have that wasn t listed at this time and to my delight he informed me of a 2016 F-150 exactly like the previous truck that I had purchased. By December 20, 2022 everything was all ready set up to the point where all I had to do was show up and test drive the truck and accept the terms of the loan. Due to working out of town I was unable to get to the shop until January 2, 2023 and after the test drive I was now the proud owner of a new truck almost exactly like the previous one that was taken from me. I cannot stress how great the service is here and how it is to be treated like family, unlike some of the larger dealerships I have worked with in the past. Keep up the good work and I look forward to future purchases from this company.

My dad and I went in last week searching for a pickup truck. The moment he saw the truck he said I like it I want it and exactly just that. Within the next week it was his! Richard was very nice he provided all the information we needed, was very upfront about everything, and got back to us quickly. Overall I give it a 10/10 Thank you again!

This is a family owned and operated business & when you walk in there is no pressure like the large dealerships. So if you're looking for a newer used car like me and my husband that is fairly priced the owner and his wife will handle all your needs in this process be met with care and efficiency. You will not be disappointed.

I can't give a high enough review of Jim White's because there's not enough stars!My son was a first time car buyer and was over looked by everyone due to lack of credit history. Rich from Jim White's took my son under his wing and made it happen for him. They were extremely accommodating to his needs, communication was impeccable and they walked him through every step of the way.The car was a great price, clean carfax and runs like a dream! Thank's for getting me back on the road feeling safe again!!! I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie a few weeks back from Jim White's ended up having a Anti-freeze leak a few weeks after the purchase. So i called them up and they had me bring it in the next day, Replaced my Water Pump and hose clamps and had it back on the same day with no charging fee's..! Very Happy Customer, Great Staff Great people all around very down to earth. Would recommend them Highly for any Vehicle Purchase's.

My mom was in search of a new vehicle. When I called, Richard was so pleasant and willing to stay open late so we could come see a vehicle and test drive. Richard and Kathy made the purchasing process very easy for my mom. We had a slight delay waiting for a duplicate title but everything worked out and my we are very happy. We are pleased with the warranty offered. We hope to be return customers in the future! Highly recommend!!

Update 12/23/21 I just bought this beautiful 2010 Jeep Liberty from Rich White down at Jim Whites in Irving Ny. Rich was extremely helpful and kind. He was honest with me about everything and that means the world to me. I highly recommend that Anyone looking for a new used vehicle to go down and see Rich at Jim Whites.I bought my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country at Jim Whites Truck and Auto two years ago and she s still running strong with 140,000 miles on her. Haven t had any real issues with her other than normal wear and tear so I took my Mom down to talk with Rich White about getting her a new car and she got a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Rich took great care of my parents and I m glad to say I ll keep sending people their way because they re hard working honest people and I trust them fully to put anyone in a safe and reliable vehicle. Please go and talk with them before you go anywhere else.

Actually want to see a truck there I was able to speak with the young lady in the front desk who was real friendly nice took my information down my phone call was returned by Mr White set up an appointment with them went and looked at the truck I was able to purchase the truck able to work out a deal with him and my bank they also service Vehicles here for people. they do brakes oil changes they will service the vehicle that you buy from them too

This is our first time purchasing a car from Jim White's Truck and Auto Center. Rich was very helpful through the entire experience. We actually saw the car online on Tuesday, Scheduled to check it out on Wednesday Morning and by 3:30 PM the same day everything was completely finished and we were able to bring our new car home that same day. We had actually started talking to Rich last year when our car was involved in an accident and we needed a replacement. We love our new 2009 Kia Spectra and can't wait to purchase our second vehicle from Rich in a couple Months. If your in the market for a new vehicle for your family I highly recommend giving Rich a call because he will help find something that will fit your needs. This was one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences we have ever had. Not only did Rich handle everything for us within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeabe and allowed us to really check out the car and make sure it was a great fit for our family.

My son bought his first car here back in July and it was a fantastic experience. Smooth, simple, no pressure, and they really went above and beyond. Unfortunately the car was a total loss from a deer accident, and we found ourselves in the market once again. We knew right where to go! Same fantastic customer service and same fantastic experience. He test drove the car and we had it in our driveway later that day! Can t thank Rich and Kathy enough for another fantastic car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone!
