Catt-Rez is consistently better priced than most of surrounding gas stations. There are plenty of self-serve and full service pumps. Attendants are readily available to serve for the same price as self-serve. They offer a wide variety of fuel products, including diesel, propane and Non-Ethanol. I do find it ironic that they have their fireworks shop adjacent. Catt-Rez

The people that work at this place are very unfriendly and rude and this place doesn t have any good customer service. Their prices are always higher than the other reservations that are around. The people that work there look like they hired homeless people and the store looks like it s barely standing. This place is awful and I would advise to NOT go there at all!!

Decent selection of Hyde and Elfbar. My only complaint would be that the current stock of vapes isn't directly visible to the customer. Meaning; you have to look at a list of vapes, and then repeatedly ask the cashier 'do you have X flavor in stock?' which obviously is inconvenient for both customer and staff, presumably.Pizza by the slice is really good, for a convenience store.

The nastiest girls behind the counter. Pump 5 broke which the girls were well aware of but won't put an out of order sign up. I stopped pumping at only 11 cents because pump leaks the fuel straight to the ground. Run inside and tell them it's broke and I need to switch pumps. She counted out 39.89 to give back to me not my full 40 even tho she knew pump broken and spills fuel to the ground. Don't care about the 11 cents but I do care about their pettiness and disrespect. I've been a customer for years but will not come back again

Loved coming here for gas and smokes. However, someone somehow charged me for an extra carton of smokes and another $52.75 $77.70 in total. They refused to give me money back. The "manager" told me she was instructed by the owner to tell people to dispute it with their card company. No empathy, poor customer service. Apparently they have been having this problem for sometime and don't care. If you shop here make sure it is with cash. Even having my receipt did nothing for me...customer service sucks!!!

I have come here multiple times per week for over 10 years. Unfortunately, for the last 3+ weeks, every time I have tried to use the drive-through, I've been stuck waiting 10 minutes or more while other "customers" park in line and chit-chat with the people who work here. If I had to wait because the store was busy, that would be one thing. But its not that, it's that people park in the drive through and have full-on conversations with the employees, while cars are backed up and waiting in line. One night I watched the car in front of me buy one item for $20, get cashed out, then buy the same exact "item" (which was something tiny wrapped up on loose-leaf paper, which seemed extremely suspicious and unnatural), then another, then a third, then a fourth, then a fifth, all while the rest of us who were ready with our orders had to sit and wait in line while they screwed around. That night I waited 18 minutes because I was trapped in the line. I have since started spending my money at other smoke shops where the service is better and the customers only use the drive through when they intend to make a predetermined purchase, not to sit and chit chat with their friends while they're supposed to be working.

Just got gas. $4.17 unleaded. Would give it 5 stars, but the pumps are frequently out of receipt tape & thus was one of those nights. Don't appreciate having to go to the business for a receipt after pumping my own gas no matter how low the price.

Will never forget or shop at this place anymore. Been stopping there for awhile now but after today I'm done very rude people called my wife a theft and a lier shorted my wife several bags of cigs and took her money before she could count them when she came up short the boy said she took them out and hid them. The he proceeded to call he a lirer and theft riped her off over a hundred dollars never stop there again. Very Bad place to deal with !!!!!!!

In normal times this is a good place for a break. These are not normal times, and so the building is currently closed, with portajohns outside. This won't be permanent, of course.It turns out (as of June 2023) that the portajohns ARE permanent, as the rest of the building appears to be dedicated to tobacco sales. As we don't smoke, I doubt we'll stop here again.

Great prices, recently bought a hyde and it leaked all over in my mouth, so now I'm with inhaler until my throat inflammation is down.. I suggest to stop smoking hydes if you have severe asthma

So I have been coming here to Catt rez for a few years. Great place, very nice people. However on this day 2/6/2019 I came to get gas and cigarettes. I bought the 100's full flavor in the bags. I asked the girl if someone had mentioned to someone higher up about the filters coming off the cigarettes. This is what I was told word for word. "If you don't like the cigarettes here, you are free to shop elsewhere. The cigarettes in the bags are cheap, you get what you pay for". I will not be coming back!

Sadly not impressed. 1hr ride to get here and all for cheaper cigarettes. Inside is closed not sure why ??? Also gas isn't any cheaper then in the city so not likely to return will just save the gas and try a different place.

Ridiculous that it's 2022 and you still have to use the walk-up window if you want to buy anything from the store. And still no bathrooms. Yes, COVID is still a thing but other stores have learned how to adapt and allow customers back inside.

I have been going there for about a month now since I recently moved to the area from Miami. Nearly daily I been topping my gas off with $20.00 I been doing the same driving and know $20.00 will just about fill it back up. Today I went inside to buy my gas with my card that I been doing with no issues. Today the blonde girl refused to use my card inside to pay for my gas and told me that if I didn t want to use my card at the pump then I can go somewhere else. So that s what I did. It s too bad because I really liked that place but I guess I can just go elsewhere.

You guys are great! Only one problem. The bagged cigarettes you sell for a good deal. They're almost scary to smoke! They separate from the filter!..making smoking while driving quite a experience. I've burnt myself, and my carseats.

Very lazy rude workers.after waiting in the cigarette line for 10 minutes the 50 year old lazy woman makes us 3 cars all pull ahead to the other window my son said are you kidding me we have been in line for a long time so we pull ahead then the laughing hyena girl at the next window says she was called and will not serve us.we will stick with signals

They messed up on my cigarettes and they need to hire better people if there council finds out that the store is taken money for smokes and messing up the orders they will not be happy

Do not buy the CBD smokes made by them. IT'S nothing but cheap tobacco. No hemp is used. I bought two for $10 each. What a waste of money. They Should be ashamed to sell this product!!!Would never go here again. Find a place that respects their customers !!!!

Went here for cigarettes at the drive through, waited in line over 5 mins then once to the window the girl wanted us to pull up to the other building behind four more cars. Won't be going here again.

50 dollar limit on cards here at the pump. If you have large tank enjoy swiping your card 3 times to fill up

Wow my boyfriend bought a carton of smokes and it was missing pack and then he when back in and the guy at the counter told him no it was not missing. Wow for a $3 pack of smokes will now cost $200 a week in lost money we will not spend in that place. We will never go back and how dare the cashier said we probably took a pack out. I will let everyone know of the bad business

Although the prices of gas and cigarettes are good it's very pressured and i feel rushed there. I've got cigarettes other places that are just as cheap and not so stressful

Gas level in my car was exactly half full, my car takes 17 gallons of gas so it should ve taken only 8.5 gallons to fill up and instead they scammed us for 12 gallons... shady place, huge two story gas station just screams dishonesty.

They seem to have lowest gas prices compared to all others on reservation. We stop everytime when traveling back and forth to Buffalo from Jamestown NY ...where our gas prices our higher than many stations in Buffalo NY. Filling up here makes the tolls on the NY I-90 more palatable.
