This is the WORST auto shop you can ever go to. I paid nearly 500 hundred to still have the same problem. The owner would not tell me the price until after the job was done after I said I wanted a price first. My car kept misfiring. This company do not know how to conduct business. A thief and will still have an issue with your car

This shop is very clever or maybe they are unaware of doing bad business with thieves and possibly getting paid off is BAD FOR BUSINESS. THIS REPAIR shop did the inspection on a vehicle purchased at REIS MOTORS LLC which is literally 100 feet away from their shop. They cannot tell me they have nothing to do with that used dealership because the cars i went to look at that day were on their lot and shop. They passed a inspection on a car that had no windshield wipers and a broken housing block for the antifreeze system and leak. I dont know how a vehicle can pass inspections with no wipers i assume the weasel salesmen at reis motors llc is paying this shop off or has an affiliation with them for sure!.. anyway im from nyc myself so i know mechanic shops that just pass you even though your not supposed to pass inspection... the point is this was a used vehicle purchase and this car broken down within two days of purchase very dangerous and very dirty business.. thanks for passing a car that broke. To prove there was no winsheild wipers here is the receipt showing I had to buy them myself.

Absolutely furious with the service. I should've taken the time to tow my car to Brooklyn. Have dealt with Ari before and the service was reasonable. This time I was blind sided. He took my car in with several minor issues but he over charged me 3xs what my mechanic would and without first confirming the price of the job. He billed me twice in the SAME visit. I need a refund!!! You can have your parts back I want my money back. Wouldn't release my car for service he already did when I did not tell him to proceed without a price! You should NOT conduct business like that. It is very unprofessional!

This is one of the very rare mechanic shops wherethe owner is highly skilled and you can trust thatyour car is in good hands, unlike other experienceswith repair shops my car was fixed right the first timeand did not get ripped off on price either, very fairand so happy to find the right place for all my car services.don't know what any negative reviews are about butcertainly wrong and trust the experience for yourself.

These guys are total scam artists, I only regret that I did not read reviews on this site before I went to independent Mercedes. The guy Ari is a crook he will look you in your face an lie to you with out blinking. I went in for one problem and left with two problems , excuse me I left with the same problem which I went in for plus two new headaches. I showed it to the mechanic Ari and he denied he caused them . I had to take my bmw car to the dealer for them to fix the problem this idiot caused. Stay away !!

Had a good experience at this shop while I was vacationing in NY and borrowing a friend's car, which to my bad luck broke down while in my possession. They were able to get me backup up and running, and back behind the wheel in a very reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable cost. Would do it again...

Went for a wheel aligment told them my steering was off a little wobbly they aligned the car without replacing faulty parts even though i stated it to them, had to go to other mechanic to fix the issue and get car realigned. Go up the block other mechanics are more honest.

It's very difficult to find someone that actually cares, Ari does. I have been going to Ari for 15 years to fix our cars. He has been in business for over 40 years and is very knowledgable about all cars. Sometimes the guys working there are a problem. But trying to get good knowledgable mechanics is very difficult. Ari is the one to go!

I took my car there and was very Happy! The dealer wanted 3 times the price to repair a wiring problem. Good guys to deal with! TY

There is a reason they have been in business all these years. If you have a Mercedes, or any car for that matter, these guys know what they are doing. They have always been professionals and have had the expertise to do whatever I ve needed done. Don t think twice, this is the place to get it done!

Worst place. Go in with one problem comes out with another one. My friend paid him almost 1300 for a job and he ended up using used parts! Instead of being professional about he treated him very rudely. I only went to him once and was the worst experience ever! You go there at your own risk!

I've been to a few garages, and this was the only place that resolved my problem. It took only half an hour and the price was reasonable.
