From start to finish I had such a wonderful experience. The Office Manager made the whole process so seamless between the paperwork to keeping me informed. The repairs to my car after a bad accident were top notch. So happy they got my car looking better than ever.

Quick service, ready before specified time. Handles the rental for you. Payment was quick ,easy, and reasonable. Will recommend and visit for other repairs if needed.

I am a satisfied Burnside Collision Customer. I walked in and was helped in a timely fashion. The gentlemen that looked at my car was pleasant as well as the two ladies that sit at the two desk when you walk in. I also left something in my vehicle that i needed they didnt give me a hard time to get it. I didnt have to wait long for my rental which was a good thing. My car looked liked nothing ever happened. It was also nice that i recieved my car back with a nice car wash and smelling good. I dont plan to have another accident, but if i did I would return to Burnside Collison.

Service was beyond I expected! Every one in the shop were nice, from the receptionist at the desk ,the uppraisers and the workers in general. All were very helpful.The job was excellent, felt like I just got a new car, all original parts , and the car was sparkling clean on the inside. They even did some paint touch-ups to some scratches I had without charging me extra.I would definitely come there if I need other services, and recommend this place to my friend and family

These people are so good to me and my vehicle! ! it s always a pleasure to deal with them when an accident occurs. They are speedy, reliable and don t give the runaround like most. This place is awesome. I just found out the car companies don t ship the new part and the damage Has to be repaired individually and painted so by far my car looks spectacular and this place is awesome from the receptionist to the paint to the brand new hood. I have been using this place for over 15 years and will always come back even from South Carolina which I have.

If I could give Burnside Collision endless stars I would. 10/10 experience from beginning to end. This is my 3rd time using them (I have bad luck with my car) and I will continue to go back every time! Susan and Lenny are extremely welcoming and treat their customers like family. The whole staff does amazing work and they get the job done fast and efficiently. My car is always returned in pristine condition inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent service from beginning to endAll the staff are friendly, hardworking and really make sure all repairs are done properly and as quickly as possible. Answered all my questions, super knowledgeable and patient, which is so important when dealing with the stressful situation of unexpected car repairs.Lenny was extremely helpful and immediately knew what to do both times I brought my car in. If I ever need anything again, I will 100% be back.

Burnside collision is the only place that will earn my business. My insurance tried to send me somewhere else, but I always insist on Burnside. At Burnside they treat you like family. Susan always takes care of me and my family. I don't know the names of the other gentlemen in the office, which is my fault, but the whole staff there is unbelievable. They do great work at great prices and your car is always returned cleaner than it was when you dropped it off. Love, love, love this place. Highly recommended by yours truly.

I often don t write reviews but after my experience at burnside I had to. My car was in bad shape from an accident when I brought it there for repair and from the minute I walked in everyone was so genuinely kind. The staffs first concern was that all parties involved in the accident were okay. Everyone I interacted with truly wanted to help me. It was convenient and easy to get to from Rockaway beach. I had a nightmare of a situation last week... my 12 year old daughter lost our only set of car keys and I had to go find the old ones and have the car towed to the nearest dealership so the old keys could be reprogrammed. I wasn't able to be at my house when the tow truck got there so had a neighbor meet them and give them the extra keys. The whole process worked wonderfully. The car got to the dealership, they handed them the old key fobs and I had one less thing to worry about. Definitely the best part of my bad situation. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was referred to Burnside Collision through my insurance company after a car accident. From the very minute I walked into this place, I felt welcomed. The staff is extremely warm, friendly and caring. Their customer service is exceptional. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and they even helped me with a rental car too. Their body work was spectacular. I interacted with with Suzie and Lenny. Both, awesome in every way. If I did not have a job (and of course if they would hire me), I would love to be part of this company. Very professional in every way. Brought in a dinged up 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and they were able to return my vehicle in pristine condition. Not easy when you have a Sunrise Orange colored car. The staff is Great and their shop is professional ad the workmanship is Excellent!!! mention this post and see if you can get 10% off. It doesn't hurt to ask. I am recommending this shop to all my friends and neighbors. Good Luck!!!!

I just had extensive work done on my vehicle here. It was done in the time frame initially given. They answered all my calls on the spot and were extremely kind and helpful. The work done is impeccable. The car that was extremely smashed up looks as if nothing happened and drives better than ever. Thank you Burnside Collision.

I really enjoy the service they gave me. Eventhough my car was not fixed there because my car insurance decided to write it off. It was the customer service I received they were willing to explained, took their time with me. When my car was not safe to drive they offered to towed it for free to my house it was very generous. The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming and Joe was very nice throughout the process.Gabriel

Huge thank you to Ronnie, Gus and the team at Burnside. Had my first accident and they walked me through everything beginning to end with insurance company - car rental etc. They worked quickly and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. My son who lives in Westchester had an accident in the Bronx. Because of Burnsides reputation I took the car there. All the communication with the insurance company prior to the repair was handled professionally Because of this my son and I had less hassles. Once the insurance was approved the car was ready in a week. I picked up the vehicle and it looked brand new inside and out. My son is very happy. I hope my family does not have anymore accidents. But if we do I definitely will bring the car to Burnside

Highly recommended body shop.The following are some money saving tips that I have learned over the years from my own experience:To save money on collision repairs, do not take your car to a shady collision repair shop that gives you a lowball estimate. If you are paying only $1,500 for the repair job, it's because you are simply getting a new bumper put on. Instead, you should get as many safety and security features for your car as possible, to prevent accidents and to hold at fault parties accountable. BlackBoxMyCar.com is an excellent website to purchase a dash cam from. GLM Security and Sound in Lynbrook, NY is an excellent place to get a dash cam installed, as well as any other safety and security features that your car needs.

Always a straight shooter no BS. Looks out for you and your cars best interests. They also do fast work and help you through each step of the process. This shop is also Gieco Certified. The head mechanic is basically a master class for most manufacturers, a Cesar Milan of the motor vehicle if you will. Whether cosmetic or mechanical these guys are the best.

Joe firbo the scumbag said the job would take3 to 4 days.i scheduled the job accordingly then i had a emergency so i resheduled, i was told the same thing (no worrys it will be 3 to 4 days max!) I should have gone with my instinctsWene i saw all the cars parked on the premises waiting to be serviced!based on his estimate i rented a car and dropped off my vehicle January 15thth got it back midFebuary.in between would go and check the status and would see it parked outside like all the other vehicles outside.it seems that they string you along and wene they get your car then all bets are off. They are such profound liars,con men!!the public should really stay clear of this place!!or it will cost your bottom line $$$your time,money.So my opinion is dont do busines with them or Joe compulsuve liar firbo! The receptionist is the only nice thing there.

I wouldn't bring my vehicles anywhere else, father and son buisness. Never left worrying about anything when I brought my truck or my wife's car there. So patient and considerate when it came to dealing with my accident. 24hr tow service. Not shy to say that this place is probably the best body shop in Ny or even the Tri state area.

I was so upset because I thought I had things stolen out of my car, but it wasnt. My car was actually ready early and cleaned! I apologize to Joe and the staff! I can't take my previous experiences out on you guys. You all have been nothing but professional, patient and sufficient!
