I have been with Fred Northup at Allstate for years. I've added new cars, sold others, even 2 accidents although minor... thank God!I'm always able to communicate on line and get things done. I get a statement that tells me the scheduled payments amount and when the payments are due. I'm set up with automatic withdrawal which I love. I highly recommend his office for all your insurance needs!

I have been with Allstate for over 40 years. Twenty five and counting with Fred Northrup. I am very pleased with my Home & Auto coverage and service. Till death do us part. I love this agency.

No complaints,...what so ever. Ya don't change something that works.All have been there for me. Especially in hard times, such as now with this CaronaVirus ..so, thank you for minusing a few dollars off our normal monthly payment /billing . It actually helped me put more gas in my car. I valued it, so,... (No kidding )!

Everybody at the agency is very knowledgeable and helpful. I saved almost $200 by switching to Allstate. They found me a great rate and their excellent service makes for a winning combination!

Employees of the Frederick Northup Allstate office in Ilion, N.Y. has consistently provided me with comprehensive information about my motor vehicle insurance.They have also assisted with securing affordable and comprehensive homeowner's insurance too.Each time, I talk with employees at the Ilion office they have extended themselves to assist me.For example, they searched and found a homeowner' insurance policy and had the policy completed the next day after I came in late in the afternoon the day before.They have also provided me with information concerning additional benefits and coverage regarding my motor vehicle insurance such as Allstate Roadside coverage and layered insurance coverage including towing and glass replacement.I have been a satisfied Allstate Insurance customer with the Frederick Northup Agency in Ilion, N.Y. for more than the last 25 years.

My agent is actually Christy Garcia, but I deal with Fred Northup more often due to their location. The staff is very helpful and professional.
