Excellent work. My big thing was that they kept us informed of the status of the car. That s big with me. The car looks good as new and still handles great. Kudos to a great crew.

Carstar Northside serviced my Honda Civic Type R and did a wonderful job! The whole process was smooth and they repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner as well. Repairs were of a broken taillight & bumper/wheel well damage. I ve used 3 other body shops for the same repairs or similar. Who as which have all not communicated, or done something wrong like painted the bumper wrong and so on.These guys though kept me update, had my truck cleaned and ready 2 days earlier than expected.Happy and will recommend to everyone.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement

Northside Collision replaced driver side rear quarter panel on my 2021 Honda Civic after I was involved in a accident. Work was performed in a timely manner, panel replacement and automotive finish was professionally done. Well known business. Fair prices. Honest work is amazing. In a day or two, my own vehicle will be there brought back to its state of perfection. My vehicle was brought into their repair bay....and in just a couple days was returned. Fully repaired clean, buffed to like new perfection. 100% satisfaction. Owner had dealt with all insurance issues. All I had was the deductible.

Northside collision did really well on my chrysler 200 after a deer hit the front fender and crack my windshield. They took the job after a place in utica try to say that the car was total which that was a lie. I know if I ever need anymore boby work done on any of my vehicles they are the place to go. highly recommend to anyone that wants honest people and good quality work done

Drove to Johnstown to pick up my car. Estimate of repairs was timely and work was completed before schedule. Will definitely use and recommend in future if needed. Staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Recieved an estimate from them in October 2020 after my truck was hit while it was parked. I had a check for the the estimated damage in less than a week. The check was printed in my name and Northside Collisons name. Was told, "give me a couple weeks to get the parts together". After Two months of waiting I called, and the owner said we are way behind, can't get parts, etc. Two months later I called again, and he said the same thing. Today I called(4/11/22 Ive patiently waited 6 months after the estimate) I said my name and "I've been waiting six months for you to fix my truck? Are you still behind?" The owner said "yes, I'm just finishing my lunch, I'll call you back". Amazingly he never called back, he's not a man of his word.I have to jump through hoops now to get another estimate and a check reissued. I'm completely understanding of all the delays on parts, and labor shortages, but 6 months and then act like im bothering him? I'll never go back under any circumstances.

Friendly quiet atmosphere..The owner totally takes his Business very seriously...I needed a side view mirror replaced due to a sideswipe upon our Yruck and it was ordered and only tok a week for the part and 15 minutes to replace.....very satisfied..ill be back when necessary.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
