This is the 2nd time I ve used Tip Top Auto Body to fix my car. 100% satisfaction rate! Their staffs are friendly, helpful with my questions, efficient, and fast service. My car looks brand new! They worked well with insurance company and rental car company.I d recommend this company to anyone.

was going through insurance for a claim and State Farm suggested this place because they work with them and whoever the lady is who answers the phone yikes. Not nice at all and seems mad about answering any simple question. Solely because of this encounter I chose a different auto shop to work with. I don t even know anything about cars so not sure on their product service but their customer service is pretty bad lol

Do yourself a favor, research and study about your Car issue before going to this workshop. I went to this workshop 3 weeks ago to show them a ding on my car door ( literally a week old car from the showroom). For obvious reasons I was anxious and excited to keep it new. The guy there came out to look at the ding and then looked at me as if I was a fool sweating over such a minor issue (Yes, I was!) He quickly made up something in his mind and said Ohh! I see the problem is with the cameras in side mirrors, I can't fix it without removing door and that he will have to open the whole thing, fix the ding and paint the whole door!? In my mind, I laughed and wondered if the guy was really a stupid service guy in this business or if he thought I was a complete fool who would believe him. I had already done my research and had found Dentless Repair workshops but they were all far, so I chose to walk out saying I will live with it. I got it eventually fixed, 'The Dent Guy' fixed it in 15 mins!!! He drove to my place for extra $20 but it was worth it.

I was not informed my car will be sent to an auction place to be sold. Also when I ve sign to remove my belongings from my car I was not informed I won t see my car again.

Do your self a favor and do not go here. Particularly this rep Avi is unprofessional and a con artist . I don t know about the other staff there but this guy will come up with million excuses and argue with you on every thing . Terrible customer service. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had at TipTop Auto.TipTop was recommended to me by one of my patients and I'm so grateful. My Jeep was damaged by a tow truck and I had to file an insurance claim for the repair. The front desk was understanding, kind and professional. They walked me through the whole process and helped me get a rental car through Enterprise. Having Enterprise on-site was a huge advantage. I'm a super busy, single working mom and every minute counts for me!! I was able to drop off my Jeep on a Friday and the rental was waiting for me. I was out with the rental in about 30 minutes. They said the repair would take about 2 weeks depending on availability of parts. I was surprised to get the call a week later that it was ready early. The Jeep looks good as new. I was able to drop the rental right with them and pick up my baby in less than 15 min, as I was rushing to work, of course. A few days later, I realized there was an error in billing and they quickly refunded me the money owed without a major hassle. I have been through my share of auto repairs in my life and this was by far the quickest, most professional and easiest. I highly recommend Tip Top Auto.Service: Body & Trim

I would never use this place. They tow for the Floral Park PD. They charged my son over $400 to get his car back. They picked it up Friday afternoon and we re closed until Monday. Even though they were closed they charged for Saturday and Sunday. Places that operate like this shouldn t get anyones business.

They did a fantastic job to my car a month ago. Lenny is the best there is. Very straight forward and business-like. I would highly recommend this company. Melissa the receptionist is also very professional and welcoming. The job was completed on the day it was promised.

Great service, amazing staff and repair. Kept me informed about my truck the whole way and it looks just like new again. Liberty Mutual preferred shop, Enterprise rental on site, super easy and the only aggravation free part of the whole accident.

Was involved in a crash and needed a new passenger side door, my passenger front fender and rear quarter panel needed to be fixed. Decided to go to tip top auto since the insurance company worked with them. Biggest mistake ever. Since my car was going to be at their shop getting the accident fixed, I figured that since I wanted some other panels repainted on my car eventually, I might as well do it now and at the same time. (payment out of my own pocket) Took these guys ONE MONTH to fix the accident. (Entire passenger side) You can repaint the entire car in less than a month. Not only did it take them a month just to fix the passenger side accident, they completely disregarded the extra work I wanted done out of my own pocket. Here's the best part. I get a text saying that my car is done, go there and find out they didn't do any of the extra work I wanted done. Decided to open my trunk and Inspect, they completely took apart my trunk cargo net and subwoofer that I have in my truck and never put anything back. Everything was loose and the clip that held my cargo net was put in the wrong place. I had to take everything apart and fix everything myself. The screws that held my subwoofer to the car were missing and I had to ask the shop for screws back. I fixed everything in my truck myself which was left a disaster. Another thing these guys did was that they took apart my front bumper side marker light and didn't install it back properly. The light bulb and wire were behind the bumper and not put back to where it was suppose to be. Once again I had to fix this myself. I would of gave this place one star, but their body work was actually satisfactory. Will never use these guys again. With the amount of money this place charged the insurance company, I should not have had to fix things myself. ShameServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience ever! From the time the car was brought in to the time of pick-up, everyone was extremely friendly, kind, caring & very professional. The work is amazing-perfection-you'd never know my car was in an accident! And it the work was completed sooner than promised! They pick you up, drop you off, whatever you need to make it less of a hassle. To top it off, attached to the invoice was a scratch-off lottery ticket! Such a sweet & fun gesture. I highly recommenf Tip Top.

I had Richie as my tow truck driver yesterday. Broke down on the LIE. He was friendly, helpful and careful. Did a great job towing my car off the expressway! Five stars!

They are so great!!!! A branch hit my car and I was really shaken up but they were so helpful and kind! They were very sympathetic and supportive! They also reassured me that I will get my car back in timely manner. Excellent service!!

Lenny and everyone at Tip Top are amazing. They took really good care of my car and went above and beyond. This is my go to shop for any auto body work. Tip Top also works closely with Geico and Enterprise so you can get everything done with your claims and a rental all at once after an accident. Tip Top stays in touch via text message updates every step of they way and my car was ready earlier than expected. Thank you again. I'm a happy customer!

Using Tip Top was a much better experience than I was expecting considering the dread you normally feel when having to get damage from an accident repaired. Geico made it easy to schedule and the adjuster and repair shop worked really well together, keeping everything smooth and efficient. The repair took exactly as long as promised and the shop was in regular touch by phone and text with updates. The car looks great and the warranty details seem comprehensive. Overall, great service for a complicated experience.

So I got into a fender bender earlier this month due to someone rear ending my new 1 year old car. I went to Tip Top auto body because they work with geico.. I met and spoke with Lenny who took care of my car like it was high priority. He answered all my questions thoroughly (I was that annoying customer who wanted to know every detail about my car). Since I was away in school, he called me when he had to to keep me up to date with my car. I am fully satisfied with how my car was fixed (which was minimal anyway) but it looks like there never was any damage to it. Also I was very pleased with how fast the repair was since I was without a car in upstate, NY for a week. The front desk staff was also very nice and attentive. I would greatly bring my car back here if anything were to happen again.

Had a unfortunate car accident and took my car here because it was kia certified. Lenny made sure all my issues were addressed and took his time to explain things and not give us false timelines. I was happy with the service received and would recommend them to family and friends in the future.

I highly recommend Tip Top Autobody for your car repairs. After my car was significantly damaged by a drunk driver, Tip Top got me in for an appointment and immediately provided me with a rental from Enterprise who has an office right in the shop. Although my repair took longer than expected, I received updates every few days via text keeping me completely up to date on how repairs were progressing. Tip Top also worked directly with my insurance, and I had to do no work on my end. Upon completion, they hand washed my car and went over the repairs with me in person. The staff is friendly, they followed up with me a few days later, and chatted with me about conversations we had a month ago from when I first dropped off the car. If that isn't personalized care and service, then I don't know what is!

Brought my car there after an accident. The people there are nice. But service is ok. Thought i have to go back three times for more issues after repaired. Make sure you take pictures of your car inside out including trunk. My mats in the trunk was missing after repaired. They claimed they never seen it. Beware.

Please stay away from Tiptop auto body if you care about your car. I went to the shop because my car was rear ended and it had a dent in the bumper and it needed to be fixed and repainted. I dropped my car off to be fixed and my car was ready to be picked up the following day. Obviously that was a rushed job to be finish the next day which would have been fine if the job was done good. when i picked up my car and went home i realized that the paint on my bumper doesn't match the paint of the car. The representative handling my car also agreed with me that the job was bad and offered to fix the problem. They claimed that my car color is hard to match and that they had a similar problem with another car my color. The shop claimed they would have to paint into the quarter panel of my car to blend the paint in order for the bumper to match with the rest of the car. I didn't agree with this option but i had no choice because i went thru my insurance and my insurance said i had to allow the shop to correct the problem. So the shop repaints the bumper and quarter panel and calls me a week later saying that the car is ready to be picked up, i pick up the car and the paint job was horrible. It was very noticeable that the car was painted and my car was two different colors. I wasn't happy with the job so they decide to get a independent paint representative to check it out, which i was not too happy with that idea cause i knew they would bring someone they knew to check it out and they wouldn't be independent. I was already suspicious because the paint rep came all the way from the Hampton like there's no local paint rep. So paint rep comes and first thing he says is i been working with this shop for years, so i already knew that he was going to tell me there was nothing wrong with the paint job, which that was exactly what he said. So the insurance rep at the shop told me they couldn't help me. The insurance rep at the shop has no idea about cars and being painted and is very disrespectful. So i decide to complain to my insurance and told them how bad Tip Top Auto body service is and how I am not satisfied with there work. My insurance allowed me to take my car to another shop to get there opinion. I took my car to Don Joe Auto body shop and they said that the paint job was cheap and a cheat job. Don Joe Auto Body corrected there horrible job. So stay away from Tip Top Auto Body and go to Don Joe Auto Body if you want your car fixed the right way. If i could give Tip Top Auto Body zero stars i would.

Brought my car in for repair and they truly went above and beyond to help me. They were honest, prompt, courteous, and professional. The final cost was even less than the estimate they had initially given! Would highly recommend and would go to them for all my car servicing needs.

I was planed to give them 5 stars, but after I spoke with my insurance agent, I changed my mind. because of their dishonesty and unprofessional work.1 extra star only because they done the work before the estimated date.I had car accident 2 weeks ago, then I went to my insurance company(state farm) to do the estimate, they give me 1100+ after $1000 deductible; I took the check, then I went to Tip-Top to the the repair, but the end they had the estimate for $1900+ in total, 200 less than the insurance estimate, fine, I left my car there and wait till they finish.Yesterday they called, said the car was fixed, so I decided to pick it up today, also I can deposit the check after, because I didn't have time to go the bank.I went to the place, said I'm here to pick up the car, the girl front desk looked at the document, 1900+, then she noticed the insurance quote is 200$ more than that, so she asked me whether I have the insurance check with me, I didn't really think about that, I said yes, so she asked me for the check, she said sometimes it may happened, but you don't need to worry about it, we will take care of it; she even asked someone else to conform with that, It was raining and I was in hurry up, so I didn't think about it at all, I signed check and left.after I finished my work, I start to re-thinking the whole processing, I feel weird of what they have done, so I called my insurance, told them the whole story; they told me that whether they do is not right, they should not took that check; second, since my car already fixed with the lower amount of money, they will stopped the payment on the first check, and reissued another check to them which will be 900+.after all, I feel I was cheated, no mater what amount I had, it is the money that insurance company paid to me, not to them, I could save $200 from the case, just because I never had any experience with car fixing, so I did whatever they asked me to do; Tip-Top auto body as a merchant, they are dishonesty and unprofessional, they tired to steal every single penny from their customer's pocket!It's almost 2018, cheating and squeeze every penny from your customer is not the way to earn your money; there is auto-body shops everywhere, you would be better respect your customer, so you can keep your customer in long terms; if you don't care your relationship with the customers, you only get money from short terms, but lose more in the future.P.S. hope someone else that is new to the accident fixing, learn from me, deposit the check asap, so they can't steal your money.

Had my car fixed there after a collision. Had to bring back numerous times to get properly fixed. Owner has a bad attitude. Not sure why Geico has this as one of their repair shops.
