Bought a catalytic converter. After 6 months check engine light came on. Called them for a replacement the owner or manager barry, very rude guy and doesn't wanna give me a replacement. I have been doing business with them for 6+ years at 5 different locations. BARRY said, " STOP ordering from US I'm doing a lot a business with party Authority I don't need you guys". They use to be very good not gonna lie very good service and great people but within the last year or so they not the same. Very Disappointed.

Bought a catalytic converter from them and it was much smaller than the one needed in my car and the light came right back up for the catalytic converter which was the only problem in the car, called and the owner and he starts giving me excuses, said no warranties or exchanges, despite the fact it was my first time dealing with them. There quick to sell you something and don t even disclose there s no warranty until the part is purchased. Sorry but horrible place to deal with.

I Called August 4th and spoke to a gentleman who was extremely polite and helpful. He knew all the parts i needed without even describing them was which was extremely helpful. Then he shipped out my order the same day and i got my package the next day. Very trustworthy and great place to get car parts. 5/5.

Didn't even know this place existed but glad I found it. Offered some of the best prices on parts and accessories I've come across.(I bought a muffler and converter). Staff was friendly and they seemed to have a lot of selection in the warehouse. Will definitely use them again.

They do a good job of providing the parts you need. Especially if the part does not fit they will expedite a replacement part with a one or two day turnaround receiving time frame.

Be careful on NY converters-They have no problem selling parts that are illegal in the state. When NY catches up to California inspection regulations- the cars with illegal converters will fail and need to have the part replaced at their cost.
