Such a pleasure to deal with this business when I am at my place in the Hyde Park, New York area. I have been doing business with them for a few years now. The owner, Shawn, actually listens and takes the time to understand what needs to be done with my car. He is trustworthy and honest and has never tried to overcharge me. His prices are very competitive with prices in the area. Most of my friends from the Hyde Park, New York area, take their cars and trucks to S R S Auto Repair. And they too, rave positively about this shop.

Shawn and Adam are great they know their stuff and are very respectful. Shawn works with you and is very reasonable. Takes the time to explain what is wrong with your car and does what he says he is going to do. Shawn is a stand up business owner. He is very trustworthy and only repairs what is broken or related parts that should be replaced. I work on my own cars but when it's something I can not tackle I only trust him to work on my vehicles. Stop in and get all your routine maintenance and major repairs done here. He works on everything from foreign to domestic. Need something fixed he is your man for the job.

I bought a car from one the mechanics named Adam Lancaster, he assured me the car has no issues. After purchasing the car I realized the transmission slips going into the last gear.After I confronted him he told me the car never had any issues, a few moments later he mentioned it shifts hard. He ended up blocking me from any contact, shiesty move. This is why no one trusts mechanics, if SRS allows people like this to work there then I would never do business with them. Check your employees, this was a private deal but when he represents your business you should really know who you have working for you.

Was referred here by a friend, they are friendly, but I've definitely had some issues. Turn around time and communication being two that should be easy to fix. Results of work.... Well hopefully that's just my cases.
