Love going to RedZ for all my car needs. I have BMW, not M. Doesn t matter if u have exotic car, super car or base model they show same love care and Respect to all cars and WILL GET U RIGHT! Mechanics are super knowledgeable and always willing to help. Owner Red is a humble super awesome dude that gets his hands dirty and works on their own cars. His wife has superior customer service, she is very patient and always willing to answer questions or concerns. Really feels like a family vibe here and is the BEST alternative to expensive dealership services with same quality.

I tried Redz Shop because of good reviews, and boy the reviews are right! Redz shop is one of the best! The scheduling is top notch, spot on time. I scheduled for full exhaust installment in the morning and it went smooth from beginning to end. They work fast! I met the owner Red who is kind and friendly. He also gave me a discount which is nice. I will come back again for more modification. Business is good! 5 star experience

They're fine for typical fixes, maintenance, mods. I wished they torque my wheels properly though. I almost busted a blood vessel removing my wheels after going to them. Either they torque them to 300ft/lbs or they do infinite UGGA DUGGAS.

Had a really bad accident recently and decided to go with Red for my repairs. The work speaks for itself but I m not kidding when I say it s as close to perfect as it can get and in good time too. I am very picky about who I let touch my BMW build. Once I find somebody I can trust via a friend or a ton of research, I give them a shot on an easy job. I approached Redz shop with the same technique. Let s just say that the shop blew my expectations out of the water. The owner, Red, is very caring. His workmanship and his employees are unparalleled. They are all very knowledgeable and seem to treat customers cars as if they were their own. They treat their customers as if they were family even if you just met them! Very fulfilling to get some work done on your baby and be put at ease knowing that you re being taken care of. Thank you so much, Red! My experience at Redz Shop was phenomenal to say the least. I had a 9am appointment on a Saturday and they promptly took my car in right on time. They have a nice waiting room equipped with various things to watch like Netflix while you wait. The Shop reflects the quality work you receive as the inside is very well maintained and clean. The mechanics/techs there seem very experienced and knowledgeable about the vehicles they work on and they diagnosed some faulty tie rods I had that prevented / made it very difficult to get an alignment. I would highly recommend this shop to any of my car enthusiast friends and family / friends for any type of work. Definitely bringing my vehicle back when I need to get work done.

Reds Shop is one of the best if not best shop in Long Island. The owner Red is a very genuine down to earth guy who is honest about what a car needs maintenance wise and provides the best advice for future maintenance. His mechanics are all very skilled, his secretary is always extremely friendly and respectful as well as clear about pricing and labor. If you want a trusted mechanic who gets the job done quick and perfectly with no issues look no further I will continue to give my business to this shop and I recommend anyone who has foreign or domestic vehicles to bring them and service them at this shop, especially if you re picky and passionate about your cars like me and all of Reds customers.

This place is top notch, staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I got rear control arms and coilovers installed here, they made numerous adjustments until the fitment was perfect and exactly what I asked for. This led the staff to stay an hour after closing, I even offered to come back the next day but they made sure they did everything right and sent me home happy the same day. 10/10.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Redz is very knowledgeable. My first app he took me right in. Showed me and explained to me in details what I needed done. He's the only guy I trust working on my car. Great communication skills and costumer service. If you need anything done to your car. Trust his knowledge and experience. Redz is a great guy. I have been around the car world long enough to know when someone loves what they are doing. Correspondence the day before was prompt, we set a time and he was ready at the shop the next day. The car needed an alignment but also needed a ride height change and figure out why the suspension was slightly off on one side. He reviewed the car thoroughly. I am particular about my cars and I take good care of them, so when I let people work on them I look for people who appreciate vehicles like I do. Redz went the extra mile with the car and the suspension and finalized some things that were not originally planned, I noticed that and why I am here writing this review. This is definitely an Indy shop for car enthusiasts. The girl up front running the shop with Redz is super nice and professional. All the mechanics were super busy and focused on their tasks at hand. The shop was efficiently ran. Very fairly priced. If you like iconic level cars and ATV s you will love the shop. I will be recommending them to all the car people I know.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Their secretary is also the sweetest, she s constantly calling you giving you updates and answering all your questions. Highly Recommend

Came to get 2ndry dp and xpipes done. Could've been out way earlier, but there were some hiccups with the parts which led to the job being an all day job. Still got the job done by the end of the day. Very polite and patient team, definitely coming back again!

Only shop I trust with my car! You can ask anybody who goes there. When he takes your car in, he treats it as if it was one of his own. He doesn t want your car there to stay, once he notifies you of your car issue he gets to work and wants you back on the road. Also will send pics and proof of your work being done. I had my rods, valves, throttles, dct, diff, rack and pinion and much more work with his shop showing the work being done on the car.
