we have a commercial account. for over 20 orders we received wrong parts. for the wrong parts to be picked up was a 2 month process. took us another many months to actually get credited back on our cc. one of our orders i requested pick up a dozen times. nobody ever came so i put in my car and took myself. i still haven t received refund for that. ridiculous. for commercial accounts, stick to auto zone, arch, northside, worldpac

My car ran out of gas right in front of this establishment, the gentlemen inside helped me get a gas can and then after I returned with the gas they helped me put the gas in my car. They were so kind and helpful, thank you again!!

I needed a bottle of ATE brake fluid quickly. I did not have enough time to have it shipped to me, and I could not find it at any of the large chain auto parts stores nearly. I went to Parts Authority in New Hyde Park. While they did not have the brake fluid I needed in stock, they were able to have it delivered to the store later that same day. Great service and very competitive pricing.

Staff is smug, non communicative, and on their phones. There is always 1 person that will be helpful amongst the lot. Bad part is, you HAVE to go there because no one else has parts

Great place to grab parts. Al was a super helpful unlike the owner who has an attitude problem. I will probably be buying my parts online after the owner got loud with me over his attitude. ( About half the cost if I waited an extra day when ordering online.)
