Fair price, great communication, fast turn around, and high-quality work. Nuzzi Auto Collision repaired my rear bumper recently and everyone I spoke to was accommodating, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They told me the car would be a day and a half to fix and sure enough, they made good on that promise. Also, when they returned my car it was immaculately clean -- I don't think my rims have been that clean since the day I purchased the car. I hope I don't have get body work on any of my cars done again, but if I do, Nuzzi is the first place I will go.

We have been using Nuzzi for many years and their work is exceptional. This is the only place to use when you need auto body work.There aren t enough words to explain how amazing Mike and staff are. They take pride in their work and it shows. This time my mind was blown when I picked up my 10 year old car and it looked like I just drove it out of a showroom. It was so obvious how hard they worked to fix the problem. It wasn t a simple change parts or paint the car, it was pure manual labor. Mike went above and beyond for me and treated me like royalty. They are professional, work hard to make you happy, answer your questions and are so easy to work with. You will never second guess your decision to bring your car here.Mike, I can never thank you enough for what you did.

My daughter's car was recently repaired by Nuzzi Auto Collision. They were able to match the three stage paint perfectly. Her car looks better than new. They are very efficient and professional. Thank you Leah and the rest of the Nuzzi team.

I just recently repaired my car at Nuzzi and was very impressed with their professionalism and quick, efficient service on fixing my car from an insurance claim. The service was done quickly and by the third day I had my car back. They also vacuumed my car and gave me a small bottle of touch up paint which was very appreciated. They also helped fill in a deep chip in a different area free of charge! I would definitely come back if I have another insurance claim.Service: Body & Trim

The best word to describe the work and service is excellence. My car was hit by a NYC bus, and I was sure that it would take forever to get an estimate and complete the work. The estimate was completed with the insurance in under a week. The work was completed in less than two weeks. Considering how busy this shop is, I was impressed. What makes the experience top notch is the communication with the office, and the respect and kindness of every worker at the shop. Mike and the whole staff have been wonderful ! We had to bring our car in from a minor accident and felt like we were treated like royalty. Lines of communication were always open so it was easy to get real time updates with honest answers. The staff were always professional and really exceeded our expectations as this was not the first time we had to work with a body shop. Definitely recommend !10/10

This was some great service! My car was pretty damaged and i came in and asked if they can repair my car. They did it in a really fast time and did a great job. Nuzzi was recommended to me by my insurance company and they did a great job fixing the damage on my car in a timely manner. Everyone was super helpful with the insurance and rental car process which I really appreciated since it was my first time having this happen. I got my car back in pristine condition both on the outside and inside. I would definitely recommend.

This body shop is Awesome. They took care of my car and the insurance paperwork. I could not have asked for anymore of them. As a busy business owner I have very little time to deal with insurance companies and Tony gave me no stress. The car looked batter than before and he did everything to perfection. I am very happy with my car and the service. The job was well done and gave me a piece of mind if anything should go wrong just stop by and let us know.I would recommend them to everyone.

Professional and timely are the best words to describe this repair shop. After a car accident Tony sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my car, made his estimate of the damage and got approval for the work from my insurance company in the same day! He ordered the parts and gave me an estimate of how long the repairs would take and finished in that time. They even took the car to be washed before I picked it up. They are conveniently located about two blocks from an Enterprise so you pick up and return a rental with ease.

Nuzzi did an excellent job replacing my rear quarter panel and even chased down an electrical / battery issue in the process. Friendly faces and fantastic results.

After looking at all the reviews about this place, I decided to get an estimate since they seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Armando was able to order the part and have my rear mirror installed in less than 20 mins. Best service I ever had and I won't be going anywhere else. Got me the best price as well. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I had to visited Nuzzi Bros Auto Collision twice due to accidents. Fortunately Tony was able to fix my vehicle like new again. He explained what it would take to fix my vehicle and when it would be available. Great job.

Came in for an estimate after we were hit by a rolling, stray tire/rim at an exit. Mike came out, took a look, popped out the dent so we could at least open the door and basically helped us get back on the road and saved the day (in the rain, too) .. No charge! Great repair shop. After the phenomenal work that they did, my car was making a noise so I took it back. The owner, who is very nice and knowledgeable, promptly kept it, fixed the minor issue and had the car back to me in about an hour. Would highly recommend this place!

I had to bring my car back multiple times for water getting inside my car through the HVAC floor vents, body panel alignment, headlight alignment, missing weather stripping and suspension issue that was not addressed. Ultimately, a few months later, I had to replace the end links on my front suspension, solving the problem I brought to their attention. I had to go to an online forum to figure out the missing weather stripping under the hood which was allowing water into the engine bay. The problems not addressed where not in the estimate leading me to believe insurance already cut the check turning the cost of overlooked needed repairs to the shop.

My car was damaged by a Valet attendant. Brought it into Tony at Nuzzi Bros and he did a great job. Tony is a man of his word and he handled everything in a friendly and professional manner.
