The team were amazing. I have a Tesla without a key. We were able to remotely start the car. They did all the necessary work. No hidden fees. Honest and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Setup an appointment at 9 for a simple service on car. Waited an hour and they haven't even gotten started on the car so I just left. They had walk ins that came after me and had the service completed and didn't even begin on my vehicle. What is the point of reserving a time slot when you don't honor it? Terrible service and a waste of time. Go somewhere else

The air pump in front of the store never works got me so mad to the point where I drove all the way to Huntington station. And I spent my money at SEASON. Tire. . I called in advance they had exactly what I wanted and I was maybe there 2 hours. Mavis you got to wake up your tire pumps don't work.... Just an observation

First and now second time coming to this location has been a pleasure! Both times that I needed service, all staff were super helpful and clearly communicated to me my optionsI was always kept up to date with the latest status of my car and both times had it ready earlier then expected (awesome!)I would definitely come back to this location in the event I need more service done to my car!

What a great experience! I was overdue for my NYS inspection and worried about getting a ticket, but Mavis took me right away. From my phone call at 8:05 am with Bobby, I was in the door by 8:20 am, to the service by Manny, very quick, efficient and friendly, I was out the door by 9:20 am!! I was in a time crunch because I had a client at 10:30 am and they got me out of there in plenty of time to see my client. They didn t try to sell me anything or upgrade the service or buy new tires or change oil; they understood my need and were very good at getting it done quickly!! I would highly recommend Mavis NHP for your next inspection. Thank you Mavis!

I would give a 0 if I could. How pathetic. Almost 4 hours to fix two flat tires. 4 guys looking and pacing the entire time. What a waste! I was completely disgusted. After the 4 hours one guy came out and said that the tire was n good.

I will not be returning to Mavis after my experience today. Their careless actions were considerably dangerous. I went for an oil change but they don t even know how to change the oil & filters safely. I went to pick up my car, but all the oil had leaked out. They didn t properly assess the issue and didn t bother to come up with a solution. No one even informed me that the incident had occurred and they casually dismissed the issue. I only found the oil leaking once I started the car and a sign popped up saying the oil pressure was low.

Very Poor Customer Service Experience, I ever had in my life! I been to lots of tire shops, but this was the first time like this, My Tire was flat, went to the shop, they told us its very busy there, as they have 3 cars, and told us 1.5 hours, almost around 1.5 hours, i went back to the shop, as they didn t called us whats going on, and when i went there still i waited around 20 minutes, and told us to change the tire, and i told ok! Still i waited for 1 hour to get my car done!It feels like they dont want to work, and keep showing they are busy!Dec 17, Sunday, 1.pm and i got the car around 3.40, almost more than 2.5 hours of wait! It felt like they wanted me to wait, as i was supposed to drive to torontoI never had this kind of experience!I have to add some more issues, which was faced by me, due to their lack of accurate service!I took my car with a nail in my rear tire, they told me to replace the tire, as the tire is not good! Thats what they said, As i need to drive from New Hyde park to Toronto, ON, Canada, i followed their instructions and changes the tire! Which cost me $124 ! And they gave me all season tire, all other 3 tires where winter tire! Thankfully i took my old tire to canada, and checked with the place where i do my regular tire service, the shop told me! The tire has no issues! It has only a nail on the tire, and they fixed it and put the tires!SO BASICALLY THE MAVIS DISCOUNT TRICKED ME INTO BUYING A NEW TIRE! WHERE THE CAN MAKE MORE MONEY !!!!
