My experience at Mavis - 710 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY was superb. Both front desk employees were knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to educate the client via pricing and breakdown. There were no hidden fees or agenda. As a female I felt utmost comfortable and in the best hands. They did not try to take advantage of the situation via car, bald tires, etc. My tires were absolutely bald with the metal showing (see photos) and now they re absolutely new! Thank you so much for all your help, it s very much appreciated!

This is the BEST Mavis location. I had Antony greet me at the front desk, he was so helpful and then as I was waiting I had Cynthia to keep me company, she is so friendly. I could tell all the staff works together well and their is such a great environment they created. Come to THIS location! Do yourself a favor.

Best Mavis location on Jericho Turnpike. I got tires mounted a few times at this location and a four wheel alignment. They want your business and staff wants to work. This is how businesses are suppose to operate. Appointment times are always honored and I even did a walk-in a couple times before closing. They never turned me away. Highly recommend.

My daughter went to this shop just to get new tires, wiper, blades and a back light bulb. She drives a 2006 Toyota Camry that has all original parts and as you know New York roads and years on the car stuff began to fall apart but the manager noticed that there was some unsafe parts and decided to bring it to our attention. He was not pushy just honest recommendation which was in fact urgent for her safety. As a young woman they did not take disadvantage of her vulnerability but instead took very good care of her and made sure they took extra in making sure we are satisfied. I live out of state so you can imagine how concerned I was but Bobby- Manager made sure the job was priced right no hanky panky. My daughter is satisfied, I am satisfied and her daddy is grateful for the service she got. Thank you Bobby, Anthony and Dinesh- mechanic for being so honest and caring. My daughter will definitely be returning to finish what is left to be done on her car.

I had a nail stuck in my rear tire. They were extremely quick to help me even though they had a bit of cars. It was almost there closing time and they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for your time and assistance, we greatly appreciate it!

So far every Mavis that I've gone to in Nassau county the air pump doesn't work for the tires big fancy company like this. Thumbs down ...... See the photos here of the two last locations of Mavis and Nassau county with the pumps that don't work!!!!!!!

I had gotten my tire changed, in October of 2023, couple months later i had realized i never checked to see it the put my spare back. The next day i came to see what they could do about it they made it an easy and smooth transaction . Paid nothing. Great experience.

The new management has really turned this location around. I used to have to wait 2-3 hours for an oil change, and lately I have been in and out in 30 minutes.

Cyantia and Anthony were amazing! Cyantia is very sweet!! The customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating and informative with my break and suspension system. The wait was not long and continuously was updated about my service. Would definitely come back again!

I have had issues with other Mavis' and I shopped around until about 3 years ago, I came into contact with bobby, the store manager, at a different location. Even when he moved to this location. I moved as well.They listen to your concern and take care of it while still trying to give you great pricing and highly favored customer service. I love them and I'm not going anywhere. They're unmatched.Very satisfied customer.Gilly

Staff at this location are very helpful and the service is always prompt. I am always impressed by their professionalism and expertise.Update June 2022 - still great service. Had to replace my two front tires. The staff was super helpful in picking the right tires for me. And Cynthia is the best when it comes to customer service.

The girl in the front is very nice and informed me about everything I needed to know about my tires! The guys in the garage did a thorough inspection on my car when they were working on it and made me aware of things that need to be fixed!

I had gotten my first flat tire and as a girl everywhere you go they ll overcharge you. I met with the store owner Bobby and he was very fair and polite. He made sure to give me the best deal I could get and I called my friends to make sure I wasn t being robbed and they said it couldn t have been a better deal. Bobby and his workers are very nice and they treat you with nothing but kindness. Everyone there is lovely and I m thankful for him and his workers. If I ever have a problem, there s nowhere else I d choose to go to. They re honest with you & will do their best to help you which is what I love! They won t turn their back on you and will make sure you re leaving with a good car.
