No other place I would trust my vehicles with! Would give them 6stars if it was available. I've been using JP for over 25years has always done great work and trustworthy which seems to be a rarity in this day and age! Everyone in the frame auto family is exceptional! This is why all my family and friends use them and refer them with complete confidenceThank you for all you guys and gals do.

From beginning to end, Frame Auto made my experience a great one. Imagine walking out to your car and seeing the back end of your car destroyed from someone smashing into it. Yup! That happened to me. My anxiety was through the roof! JP and his staff really went over and beyond to turn that horrible experience to a great one. They put me at ease by handling everything from the insurance, to setting up a rental and getting my car back in excellent condition! I couldn t be more happier with the work that was done. It s very hard to find someone that stands by their word and does the right thing. I wouldn t trust any where else to go when it comes to future work. Thank you JP and all of Frame Auto staff a million times over for making me a very satisfied customer!

Johnny is a gentleman and a stand up guy. Car got damaged in parking lot and Frame took care of it at a great price. A mistake was made but Johnny took care of it without a problem. Great trustworthy business in the area.

Horrible Horrible experience 20k and the car was fixed with after market parts. Things not reset and car sat for a year. With lies and excuses giving the complete run around in the end Insurence paid 20k for me to have to take the car else where to get the job done right on my own.

I thought it was a great work done by the crew here with my No fault car accident, Joe here had said they went above and beyond even detailing my car. This much was true, but the bumper is misaligned (I only noticed this weeks later) and they never cleared the codes that came on during the crash. I d say they do a great job if you go in with a hard understanding of what you have to get done, but if you re a newbie to cars and working on them/taking care of them, like almost any bodyshop they will rip you off.

I'm usually skeptical about all auto repair shops, but everyone at Frame is extremely helpful, genuine, and simply good people. They did an amazing job on my beat up car for a really good price. I would definitely recommended this place for anyone who needs work done on their car. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and with the staff. It was overall just a wonderful experience.

Frame was excellent! I can't say enough about their work. My car was side swiped and it looks like new! The staff is knowledgeable friendly and courteous. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I will be a repeat customer.

I locked my keys in my car while the car was running the other day and they came so fast and opened my car quickly! I can t thank them enough!! I had my 2 year old with me and I didn t know what to do!

This place is the best! They ve fixed my car twice. Everyone who works there is so nice! They came and towed my car within an hour and had me back on the road the next day. Great service and great prices. I will be going back for any car troubles I have. They are the best! Thank you guys! You guys are awesome!

Unable to put into words the mix of quality detailed work, value and trust I have in this place. They make it so easy to work with feel fortunate to know when unlucky auto events happen, Frame is here to make the repair pleasant. John & team are amazing people.

OK, so the car took longer to repair and the final cost was higher than the original estimates, but...The car we got back was cherry. It looked like it just arrived from the factory. Inside and out, it was cleaner than it has been in years. The people who run this shop went well beyond what was expected, and I cannot thank them enough.

This people are magicians, i drop my truck with serious damage on the body do to in accident. Frame auto collision it was able to change all the damage part and Mach the colors on the truck, they also polish the vehicle and terminal cleaning the truck. The vehicle looks like the day I got them from the dealership ( brand new). I am very great full for the job Service: General repairs & maintenance

Im extremely happy with the job done on my 2010 GTI, the entire staff is professional, curtious, friendly, and just awesome all around. Im an aircraft tech by trade so im very meticulous and detailed oriented about my job. That said im very maticulous about my car. This makes me very uncomfortable when some one else works on my car, but I have to say this shop made my experience a very comfortable one, they certainly exceeded my expectations. Just awesome people and work, thanks again.

Jp and Brian saved me and my car from another shop that was custom painting my 96 Impala SS.They took my car and treated it and,myself with tremendous proffesionalism.They never took advantage of,me,and gave me back a sick custom paint job.They are awesome and I live in Dutchess county and will def use them,again.

The people here are honest and knowledgeable. I was in an accident an hour out from where I live. My car was towed to their shop and I m grateful it was. If I ever end up in their neck of the woods again, I d go back to them for any auto needs. Good people.

Beware! They use aftermarket parts for repairs, I did a collision repair in 2016 and my condenser got leak this year. I had Honda extended warranty, but Honda said since the condenser is aftermarket part extended warranty won t cover the repair. Also front end of the chassis/body where repair was done is super rusted, Honda recommended to do a anti rust coating other wise things will go really bad.

Recently used Frame for body work & to be towed. Came and rescued me during morning rush hour, dropped me off at home, later that afternoon my car was ready for pick up.. thanks again, appreciate the help.

I had my car repaired there it came out great and the staff was excellent accommodated me in every way possible through the hole ordeal if I was to find myself in this situation again I would definitely bring my car back there thanks a lot frame Collision
