I made an appointment to get my oil service done.i wasn't able to wait outside because the manager said because of the pandemic. I had to come back. It was alright. I did some shopping. Within 30 minutes my car service was done.The manager made sure my brake lights were working. I really appreciate the consideration they show to me. They also inform me that my car need back tires as a precaution to be safe. Now

Went here for a noise I was having in my brakes. As I thought I needed new front brakes and rotors. Mike the manager took extremely good care of me as did Melissa the receptionist. They got my Honda back to me in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable and fair. Great work guys the truck never stopped so well.

This place is sucks. They are cheater like a hell. When you go to them they talk lots of good things, lots of good offer of products and services. But when at the end they suck your pocket and take big bucks and that not ends, later on you finds that their products and services are lowest quality as it can be because it it dose not last long. You have to go again and pay for the product and services they did.I will never go back to them again. I suggest nobody should. Last time when I went there I saw there are two more customers fighting for the same issues with the manager.I bought 4 new tiers and within 1 year it making squishy sound like hell. I requested them to check and see the tire need to be replace or fix. They said we don't do anything with tire. And I found they gave me non-brand tire that I cannot call any manufacturer. When they gave the tire said me that any problem bring it in we will replace. But now they are denying everything. They are cheater.

The first time I've been here to get oil change done. I didn't have any appointment so just walked in but all the employees were friendly and nice. when I got here, a couple of cars waiting ahead of me, they were on rush for me. I love the way they always smile their customers. it is worth it. there is seats to wait for your car. great! My score is 10 out of 10. I will recommend here and come again!!!

Friendly and accommodating is how I would describe the staff at Auto Expo Service Center in New Hyde Park, NY.I came by late a few days ago for an oil change, the shop was getting ready to close and I was a little annoyed. However, the staff suggested that I make an appointment and the receptionist did her best to find me the right time slot that would fit into my schedule. I truly appreciated that, because my days are usually busy and packed. When I got here, it was a little early. To help expedite my service, the Manager took the time out to check me in, rather than letting me sit and wait for the receptionist. Not only did they do my oil change which I purchased from Groupon, the serviceman ( who made me feel like he was an old friend, rather than a just a mechanic) did an over all check of my car for me. Alerting me to some issues that will be fixed. This place is awesome and I would recommend service here to anyone reading this.

Great dealership, very clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful. This was the only dealership on the island that had the color, model, and upgrades that I wanted, for a very good price with extremely good mileage. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.***Edit, I read some of the "not recommended reviews" and I do agree that they did add $100+ to my monthly payments compared to what is shown on their website. However, I have little to no credit so my payments would have been this high no matter where I went. This was just my personal experience.

I purchased a Maserati from here about 6 months ago. Had a small dent in the front bumper. They said they fixed it as best they could. The car now has paint peeling in that exact spot. Instead of doing the job correctly they did what they could to maximize profits on their end. Not happy.

DO NOT VISIT FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE. Came in with a BMW 428XDrive that had experienced a battery malfunction and stalled. The serpentine belt was also making some noise, which I assumed needed to be replaced so I added that to the service request. A brand new battery was bought, installed along with the serpentine tensioner and serpentine belt. Upon pickup, I drove less than 3 miles before a loud banging knock started coming from the engine. I returned swiftly for an explanation and for the mechanic to diagnose this sound. I was told that, that noise had nothing to do with the parts that they had just changed, although the vehicle engine had never previously made ANY loud banging sounds. After little to no concern, and being told Well, I don t know what to tell you. Our guys are not really specialized in BMW I had my vehicle towed and parked for 3 weeks until my appointment with BMW of Brooklyn, when surprisingly on the morning of, after having the car idling for few minutes the battery charge low warning appeared AGAIN, car switched to park and cut off. This is the exact issue I initially carried the vehicle to be repaired for! It s a brand new battery that! What kind of diagnostic was done!? JOKE of a Service Centre, with limited experience or expertise with European cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Bought a groupon for an oil change & had a 10/10 experience which is a big deal because most auto shops are (in my opinion) kinda sketchy. I originally made a 2:30 appt but called the day of asking if I could come in a couple hours early and Mike obliged. I came in & they immediately documented my information & started working on my car. I was in & out in less than an hour! They were personable, efficient & fast! No complaints over here lol

This place sucks. I bought a Mercedes Benz GLE from them. I told them I ll get the SUV if they re willing to change the tires. They agreed and here I am now 7 MONTHS LATER! Still no tires. I call Ron, one of the finance managers, he doesn t answer. I call the the service department, they give me hope and now they just hang up the phone when I give them my information. They screwed me over big time. I do no recommend this place to anyone. Josh my sales rep, asked for my phone to give himself that review. Don t get me wrong he was an okay guy but he doesn t answer the phone to help me with my tire problem either. I ll give them zero stars if it was possible. What they re doing should be illegal. They re scammers.

this is my first time come to this place for oil Change and inspection. The staff is great and very helpful. They even assist you get coupons. The technicians are freiendly and quickly on the job. i am out for both services less than 35 minutes. Since they are very busy, please call to set up appointment.I recommend this place to any one.

RUN AWAY! My wife and I saw a car on their website we loved , and I called to see if it was available. Once I was told it was I put a $500 deposit down through email. After driving 2 hours to get there the car was not there. The manager came over and said we won't let you leave without a car today. I looked at their inventory online with the salesperson and manager and they had a car with more mileage than we wanted but it had the equipment. We had specified AWD only since this car would be used year round in Connecticut. After over an hour and a half they brought a car up and my wife and I quickly inspected it for condition and equipment and went on a test drive. We were never taken to the highway and only did the route the salesperson told us to go. We were rushed into signing papers since it was getting close to their closing time and off we went. Once on the highway there was a vibration at 65 mph and a brake pulsation. I called and the dealer told me to bring it back and they would fix it. After looking it over I saw it was not even AWD! I called and told them on the third day we had the car and they will do nothing. They are absolute crooks! We now have a car we can't use in the winter and they refuse to help. I hope everyone sees this and stays away from them. NY law does not allow a rescind either!

I went to the Auto Expo Service Center in Mineola/New Hyde Park and it was the worst experience I ve ever had. I drove in Thursday for scheduled maintenance work that was covered under warranty. My engine oil & brake fluid. They proceed to do both but tell me that they also need to replace the brakes & rotors. They somehow fail to remove the wheel lock and after sending it back to BMW to have them fail as well they ask me to come back Friday so they can try again... I obliged. Friday morning I stroll my giddy self up at 9:30. They send the car to BMW, get the car unlocked and it was back to the service center by 12:00. They say that BMW sent the wrong front rotors and called back for the new ones. After a 5 hour wait, at 5:00, the women at the front desk Besy (who was amazing) got in contact with the employees delivering the rotors who sounded confused we didn t have them, told us they would resolve the issue. They said they would be there around 5:50. The manager of the shop then refuses to stay past closing (6:00) to put on the rotors and allow me to drive home and work the next day. I explained I work past 6 and wouldn t be able to pick up the car until next Thursday. After making up a bullsh*t story of why he could not stay and offering me a rental to advertise their company. I am now forced to walk home and find some other way to transport until the following week.

Jessy the director or manager has got to be the worst of any service part i have ever dealt with. My car goes in for a check engine light. Simple spark plugs and coil which i new im a mechanic. Get the car back now its leaking oil. As soon as i get the car back not a week later the same day. Now this fool gonna tell me i have to pay another diagnostics fee.

By far the best Service center I ve been to, they have the utmost respect and appreciation for their clients, I went there for a regular service and found out I had more problems than I thought thanks to Mike and his crews expertise and commitment to go over and beyond the regular Service procedure. I d recommend these guys again and again without a second thought, I m definitely going back after I take my wife s and my moms cars... thanks guys...

I would highly recommend Auto Expo. I purchased a used car that needed some service. David was extremely helpful and effciant in getting the job done and making sure I was happy with the service. He followed threw with phone calls to make sure there was nothing else that we needed. And gave us his personal cell number if we needed him in the future. Thank you david and Steve at Auto expo for your exceptional service.

Fantastic and precise on the dot service!!! This is what I can say to summarize my experience. Usually for the past couple of years, I have always taken my car to my local Toyota service center, being that I own a Toyota sedan (Avalon 2011). So far, I never had any issues with my Toyota service center until a few weeks back when my car was due for NYS inspection. To my shocking surprise, my car was deliberately failed an inspection due to a bogus explanation by the Toyota service rep. that my aftermarket HID lights were too bright and not street legal! After researching online, no where does it say that and despite the fact that my car had previously passed the inspection from the very same location with the very same HID lights!! I then came to the realization that they were trying to make a quick buck on me by insisting that I go back to OEM dim yellow lights! Go figure!Anyway, I was dismayed and after looking online and through Groupon, I found this service center which offering NYS inspection for way less than the regular price. Since I was only available to take my car during the weekends, the receptionist at Auto Expo squeezed me in during Saturday morning time slot despite being crammed with previous appointments. I showed up at 10 am sharp and they promptly took my car for the service and inspection. The receptionist already knew my name and addressed me personally in a very friendly and pleasant manner. After a 40 minute wait, I was very glad and relieved to discover the new NYS pass sticker on my windshield. I then proceeded to retrieve my keys and receipt and conveyed my gratitude for this astonishing level of service to the owner, a very kind and professional gentleman.Well guess what...bye bye Toyota service station, you lost a business from a loyal customer who had previously spent thousands of dollars on repairs and maintenance work.From now on, I will be coming here for my future servicing needs!Don't get ripped from your dealer's service station, this third party service station is highly recommended no matter what!!!

I took my car to repair it to Autoexpo service. which damaged it, then I took it again to repair the damage. And they didn't want to repair it. The manager is so disgusting that the police called me, so now I have my damaged car. Jessy is the manager and he told me that he is the owner, but it's not like that. He works for Auto Expo. The owner of this company already knows it because I have not been the only person who has said the same thing

1st things 1st if you don t have any customers waiting you re not worth the wait... These guys are always busy but they ll take good care of you...Mike and the crew are awesome, went for an oil change and got more than I bargained for, they re very knowledgeable and spend quality time on your vehicle like it was their own, I m definitely coming back, Service and staff is excellent what more can I ask for...Thanks again guys and Mike you re great... if your shop isn t busy you re not doing good service ...

Great service, staff is very helpful and friendly. This is the first service place, I went too that I can honestly say I will come back. They especially have the best deals on Groupons. This is now my service center.

Nice receptionist, but slow service. Oil change appointment at 9am, didn't start it until 10:30am. Total time for an oil change was 2 hours!!

thank Madina. AutoExpo changed brake pads and rotor in the car under warranty. one downside is that you have to wait a long time. waited about 2 hours.
