Steven Alvarado was very helpful, thorough, and a true professional. He kept me informed with the latest updates with my services vehicle. His maintenance staff was also very knowledgeable and provided detailed information that allowed me to be a more informed consumer.I ordered a car on Carvana and they gave me a thorough rundown of the red flags with the vehicle. Their advice and guidance allowed me to save a $30k headache down the road.Great job Steven and the rest of the Huntington Land Rover team. That Steven is going to the top. I recently purchased a new Supra and sold my lease car in same the same day with Omar Emam and had an outstanding experience. The service was exceptional, with staff members being both professional and friendly. The entire process, from selecting the car to completing the paperwork, was impressively quick and efficient. Most importantly, the pricing was very fair and transparent, offering great value for a reliable second-hand car. I highly recommend Land Rover Huntington to anyone in search of a trustworthy and affordable car-buying experience!!!

I cannot thank the lovely staff at Huntington Land Rover/Range Rover for their excellent service. I brought my Range Rover in for emergency service and didn t leave with an expensive bill of unnecessary repairs. They were honest and held true to their promise. I didn t spend a dime as promised. If I could give a 20 star rating that still wouldn t be enough. Thank you guys for taking wonderful care of me.

I recently took my Velar in for service and I have to say that I had an outstanding experience. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. They kept me informed and continued to ensure me that I was going to be in and out! Steven was exceptional, as well as Carl who made my entire buying process easy and transparent. I would like recognize Mr. Kevin sales person who helped me getting my truck from this dealership. He is very professional with his word and showed me respect. I was very happy buying my truck from him. Manager also helped me correcting an invoice error. Finance manager Tareq helped me getting a lower rate from the bank. Overall I am very happy with this dealership and recommend to check them out for your next purchase.

Our sales guide Mel Schifano is a dedicated professional, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Mel made the last minute/end of year purchase of our new Defender seamless and effortless. From the first time we walked into the dealership, the staff at this dealership were a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, accommodating, answered all of our questions, and made it feel very stress free. Not used to that when buying a car. Then there were a few things they had to take care of before delivery, and we were leaving for vacation in a few days, and somehow they came through and made the delivery happen in time. My salesperson Mike was truly a superstar, as well as the whole staff we dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

I had an incredible experience with Mel when purchasing my car. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, genuine. He does not try to convince you to get anything you do not feel comfortable with, and is truly honest and open to getting you exactly what you want and when you want it. My sister had an incredible experience with Mel and recommended him to me when I needed to purchase a car, and I am so glad I did. I am very appreciative and happy with how everything has gone! Always a great experience. Recently had my brakes done, two tires and rims and got a loaner as I always do. My rep, Steve A. Who by the way I always go to, stays engaged throughout with any and all updates even if they are minor!!I will never drive another brand car again and I will always use Huntington Land Rover!!Thank you

Update to this fabulous dealership!What a great service team. Steven Alvarado my advisor has truely done his expertise with providing outstanding service! Wow, I had an amazing experience at Land Rover of Huntington NY! If you're in the market for a new car, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. The staff was top-notch and truly exceeded my expectations. But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by John Laguerre. He was an incredible salesman and the dealership is extremely fortunate to have him on their team. I am definitely returning to Land Rover of Huntington NY for any future car needs. They didn't try to oversell me, and they were incredibly respectful to me and most importantly, to my wife. It was a truly enjoyable experience, I highly recommend this dealership!

I found the exact make and model I was looking for with every option I wanted. My salesman was extremely educated, professional, funny and kind. I spent much less on my preowned vehicle than any vehicle offered for sale at the dealer, and yet I was treated with the same respect as a customer purchasing the top model that they offer. Took my vehicle home the same day and walking around the dealership, waiting, all of the employees greeted me with a smile. Definitely not what I expected from this dealer. Great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone - not only for a Land Rover/Jaguar. They carry top-of-the-line preowned vehicles as well. Well done Land Rover of Huntington! Much appreciated!

I was in interested in a Range Rover Velar and my friend recommended Richard Cohen from Land Rover Huntington.I'm so happy he did because he and his great customer service are just one word..."incredible!"He made everything so pleasant and communicated every step of the way.Richard is a great guy all around!, honest, super personable, stylish, easy to talk to and a great communicator!He didn't just sell me a car, he's now a friend as well.If you're in the market for a Range Rover or Land Rover, he's most definitely the man to see!Thank you Richard!

Kevin and the entire staff at the Huntington dealership are outstanding. We live in Huntington but due to the limited number of new hybrids available, we ended up buying our car on line from a dealership in Kansas. When we contacted Kevin to let him know we had bought a car out of state, he offered us a walk through on our car at his dealership. We got introduced to our car from Matt, Huntington s incredibly knowledgeable and personable on boarding specialist. Kevin, Matt and the Huntington tea. are true ambassadors for Land Rover Huntington and they have made us a lifetime customer of the dealership.

Going into a car dealership, in my mind, is never truly a pleasurable experience, especially as a woman. You feel like someone will try to deceive you or take advantage of you. However, it is my pleasure to relay that my experience at Jaguar Land Rover Huntington was pleasurable and was my best dealership experience yet.Luckily, I worked with Salesperson, Mel who was so friendly, courteous, down to earth, transparent and just an all around great person. He really listened to what I wanted and what you were looking for. He walked me through the process and explained everything. He helped me walk away feeling like I made an informed decision that worked for me.Also, Product Specialist, Matthew was beyond helpful and really explained my vehicle to me and was so responsive and professional.I highly recommend Jaguar/Land Rover Huntington and applaud Mel and Matthew especially. I had a STELLAR experience buying my pre-owned car in Dec. Carl Merz could not have been a better salesperson! Excellent communication. So personable and knowledgeable he put me right at ease. We had to drive 3+ hours to get there and he accommodated all my requests during the buying process: extra pics, videos, can I hear the engine, show me the roof. AND...Best part, when the day finally came to get my car, we were in and out within a very delightful hour!! I've bought many cars in my life....but this is the only time I felt no stress and a red carpet experience. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase and would 100% make the 3 hour drive again to buy a car from this dealership and from Carl!

I just purchased a used 2020 Range Rover SVA from Land Rover Huntington and it was the most pleasant process and experience! I've been around the block a while and probably purchased over 35 vehicles in my life time and some of the dealers I've been to were a doozie. No games, no back and forth, no bait & switch and no crazy mandatory add-on fees. Their standard fees were very reasonable and I've walked out on some crazy ones where they were not even negotiable. My salesperson Omar was awesome processing the deal and everything went smooth. Vehicle had a couple little issue no big deal and he made sure those issues were resolved even after the sale which usually rarely happens with other dealers! The customer service factor after the sale at Huntington Land Rover is phenomenal! I would definitely purchase my next Land Rover here again and they were almost a 4 hours drive for me!

I just purchased my wife a 2023 Range Rover. Eric the sales manager and Ronald my salesman were fantastic. The wholeProcess was nice and smooth. They answered all my questions and had another gentleman I can't remember his name go through the whole car with me till I was comfortable leaving. Steve is hands down the best!!! The man makes magic happen every time I see him. No issues, no problems no bull. I had issues with a prior sales associate who didn't know how to properly handle my account and Steve stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. Steve you are the best and I will ONLY deal with you. Thank you for always making it a pleasure and handling my car with the most care I have ever had with dealing with Land Rover.Land Rover should be giving this man a raise for the amount of work and care he puts into his clients and there cars.Thanks again Steve!!!

Excellent service and attention to detail. The service dept and Darlene Scalcedo were very professional and courteous when my Land Rover was serviced. I felt I got more for my money getting my Land Rover serviced here than any other service or repair shop.
