The service rep was timely, informative and appropriate. Updated were as requested via text. Overall I am very happy with my visit although my car was left dirty with mud slung over the side of the car and the plastic coverings from the seat and floor of my car were removed by me.

The service was completed in an hour. Kelly who was my service manager was as usual outstanding. She s friendly, courteous and is very knowledgeable. I had a problem with something in my account and she took care of it quickly. I appreciate her kindness..

Excellent service!! My sales representative was Justin Almonte, he was professional and easy to speak to without any issues. Made the transaction real comfortable and I will be going back for future car purchases. I highly recommend this location. I traveled 1 hour from QUEENS because of him.

I bought a car from Huntington Honda for the second time. Alisa was an outstanding saleswoman who earned a perfect score 10/10. She was friendly, professional, and well-informed. She gave me a great price and excellent service, including financial advice. I strongly recommend Huntington Honda to anyone who wants a Honda car. They are the best dealer on Long Island.On the other hand, Honda Finance was terrible and deserves no or 0 rating. They were rude and unprofessional

Arranged to purchase a vehicle. Vehicle was posted on line before it was ready to sell. I explained our situation that we would be coming from out of state to purchase and the condition was very important to us. I asked for pictures. Giovanni the Sales person sent the pictures as requested. I saw some scratches in the pictures. He stated that the vehicle had not gone through recon yet and the scratches would be repaired and repainted. After 2 weeks he let us know that the car was ready. He sent more pictures but seems to have been from a distance to hide the fact the "repair" was a crappy job. He said it looked good. Putting our faith in him. We made the 5 hour drive to thier dealer. When we got there the "repair" was like they hired someone off the street with a rattle can. Could see the sanding marks and the original scratches under the paint. Other areas of the car had other very low quality repairs. I was very disappointed with the communication and felt like they didnt care that we had our concerns met or the quality of the vehicles being sold. Still waiting for the refund of deposit. Waist of time.

Buying a new car is a process and comes with its stressors. From start to finish, Leo has been nothing but professional, accommodating, and very helpful in the entire process of purchasing our new Honda. He is very insightful and direct and doesn't beat around the bush where, as many other sales consultants do. He even helped us switch to a new auto insurance company, and we saved money. The whole process was super easy because of him and the team.We are very grateful and appreciative and will recommend this dealership to our family and friends!!Huntington Honda got it right! Dealing with Huntington Honda was nothing short of wonderful. From the greeters to the salesperson Matthew who was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was a salesperson who was not pushy and listened to my requests and made a sale based on my needs at the time. The Finance department went to great measures to make sure that I got a lease that fit my financial needs. I would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

My son purchased a new Accord and was treated fairly and courteously by TeShawn and that s who my wife and I went to to buy a new CR-V. We got the same professional and courteous treatment as our son and are very happy with our purchase. I also would like to mention that the gentleman who handles the financing, June Torres, took very good care of us as well. It was a nice experience overall.

Friendly and customer oriented business deal. It was a pleasure to deal with Justin Preval, the salesman. There was no pressure or uneasy feeling in searching and selecting the vehicle that I needed. Everything was completed in a few hours and I drove off with a new vehicle the same day. I never had such a quick business deal. Judith, the finance manager was also very pleasant to deal with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin from Huntington Honda to purchase my brand new 2024 Honda CR-V. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process seamless. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, showed me various options, and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). Justin was patient, professional, and never once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. His enthusiasm for the car was contagious and made me even more excited to take my new ride home! I have been part of a prepaid maintenance service when I bought my car at a location Honda years ago. I have since moved and use Huntington Honda for my service appointments including oil changes (which is what is covered by my prepaid maintenance) for years. I have always given the correct information to redeem this and I was told this week by an associate I will no longer be able to do so because it is too much work to call for the reimbursement . Once I pick up my car I noticed a simple thing like my windshield wiper fluid has been left empty when all fluids are meant to be checked and refilled during a maintenance service. This leads to insecurities in trusting that other things I paid for and may not check were actually completed including the oil change/filter replacement itself and a brake and transmission fluid flush. Poor service.

We were looking for a new car at a time when dealers were charging a vig. Huntington Honda was straight forward and there were no surprises and of course no vig. Had an early Saturday morning appointment. Got right in with no wait. Left the car and a few hours later got a call it was done. The service folks are all great to work with with a shout out to Kelly who is terrific on all the paperwork and made it easy. Could not have gone smoother.

This was an amazing experience! Both my sister and I were able to leave the dealership with new cars. Not only did the salesman and finance guy stay late to accommodate my sister and I due to our work schedules, they also made sure we left with a deal we were both comfortable with. Nothing but respect for what you want and your privacy at this dealership. Make sure to go to JB, he s truly an amazing salesman who listens to what you want and definitely delivers! I m honestly convinced there s Honda is the only car out there for me at this point!

I have been going to Babylon Honda (6 times) because that's where I bought my car and I avoided the $100 extra deductible. Well, never again. I will pay extra to go to Huntington Honda! Their customer service is amazing, the Head Mechanic took a ride with me, explaining what was causing all my concerns, they gave me a loaner car, it was fixed in a few hours (not days, like at Babylon) AND I am pretty sure it's FIXED this time! The facility is clean and the staff is super nice! Highly recommend Huntington Honda!

This was my 3 dealership I went to and third time was a charm. I checked two different CR-V s. Then they gave me clear pricing. They handled everything in house the called my insurance, financing. Mind you it was a Saturday and after a few hours I was able to drive my car home. They made everything go smoothly. Thumbs up for the whole team and especially Glenn and Kendall

Honda called me to set up a VIP appointment to discuss purchase of an SUV and financing matters on April 15, 2024 at 3:15 pm, I ran a little late called to inform that I would a little late and would come at 3:30 pm. Ms. Amenda, who picked up my call, told me to come as it would not be a problem. She was very nice and professional over the phone. I got at Huntington Honda at 3:30 pm, went to Amenda, again she was very nice, she told me to wait and went to Managers Desk, where one of the Managers was on the phone and other two were just standing. Amenda came back and told me that all managers were busy and can t see me.I was never even offered any other appointment.I told that I had a question about zero percent financing and want to see a finance manager but I was not given an opportunity to see any finance person/ manager.I know one salesperson Preet there, I went to him but he was with a customer and promised to call me later.I believe the company ( Huntington Honda) is trying to bring people in but these managers are too busy to see customers and attend already set up appointments.I have bought three cars in last 15 years, two Accords and one Pilot. Mr. A.K used to be my sales person who is not there anymore.It was really shocking and insulting for me.

Service writer Jonh was great. In for oil change, recall issue and an update to the system. Again for the second time the update WAS NOT COMPLETED! The message is still coming on when I shut the car off.

Honest, the best deal, car was ready for pickup when promised, very friendly, easy process, no automatically added cost of thousands of dollars above MSRP like Toyota. Great machine! This has been my 2nd purchase from Huntington Honda.

Huntington Honda has no morals.Called to make a same day appointment to purchase a vehicle from them. They confirmed over the phone that the car is available for sale. Huntington Honda took my info and said they are going to get it ready for me to buy. Drove 90 minutes to see it. The car salesman told me it was sold the week before.They truly don t care and appreciate how they do business. I don t know how people feel good about them selfs lying to others.

Worst service wouldn t ever go back to get a other car from this Honda location they consider a car ran with 3k plus miles new, not only that June the finance worker tells me later, that there s no problem he don t know why it s a big deal I can give it back right after when I m done with my lease ? When I told him specifically what I m looking to get my self into lease to buy. Crazy how they supposed to help us get what we want, never thought I would have to realize miles on a car when it s supposed to be brand new ? I don t recommend coming to this Honda dealer never seeing me and my wife go there again even worse to speak to June the financial worker.

Unbelievable salesman Teshawn. Busy but made us feel like we were the only customers he had to deal with. More but the box is too small. Also June made us feel comfortable. Surprising. I went in ready to fight. Usually the worst part of buying a car. Both made the experience of buying a car great. And I used to hate buying a new car. They made it so easy. We bought two!

Service advisor was very nice and polite and they took the car in right away and I came around 2 pm. Was out by 3:30 and they ordered a part that was under warranty on a 20 year old vehicle, it was a seatbelt part that has a lifetime warranty on it.
