Chris Gross sales specialist was great to work with. An honest and sincere person, no gimmicks or games. Chris gave me the best options and all applicable discounts as well as finance options in a nice summary sheet. I was able to make a final determination on financing and warranty options after a full review of the information he provided, and the process went very smooth. Chris is also very responsive and responded to each of my emails helping me feel more confident that the decisions I was making were the best decisions for me. In addition, I need to mention that Jason Jautze the Finance Manager was well prepared. All services and options chosen were accurately and easily presented at time of signing and the entire process and time in the dealership was just about an hour. I would say that both gentlemen are a credit to their trade and their firm Empire Ford of Huntington. Kudos to Chris and Jason, I look forward to working with you in the future.

I went to empire ford to get a new mustang and couldn t have had a better experience. Both Chris and Christina helped me get a deal that worked for me. They made it very easy which is not common when shopping for cars. I could not be more satisfied and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to go see them.

I drove up to a smiling, welcoming face and the pleasant experience continued from start to finish. I ll be honest, my last experience with another salesperson at Empire Ford was not great. Why give them another chance? Because one bad apple doesn t mean the tree s no good. The tree is solid. This is my second Ford from Empire Ford.Philip Venturini was my salesperson and I never felt pushed or coaxed. I also never felt indifference on his part (my last salesperson 3 years ago acted like she didn t care if I bought a car or not.)So it s a fine line and Phil walked it well.He was professional and attentive and respectful and knowledgeable, and took the time to show me everything about my new car. And when he didn t know an answer he didn t pretend to: he asked someone who did. I appreciate that honesty.Overall an excellent experience at Empire Ford. Plus I got a brand-new badass Bronco.

After being burned consecutive times by dealers charging thousands more than what they advertised on cargurus, I was skeptical when Empire Ford advertised that the price you see is the price you pay. But once Gary showed me the bill of sale I was forced to be a believer. I bought a rav4 Prime xse for literally thousands less than anywhere else I looked. Gary answered all my questions and even checked in with me on my long drive home(10hrs). If I were to nit pick. Gary originally said the vehicle would be ready in 7-10 days and when it wasn't ready then(due to money still being owed on the car) I could've used a little more explanation as to why since I'm not a seasoned car buyer. But man overall I feel like I got a great deal and great customer service. I would but from them in a heartbeat.

Whenever you're looking for a Ford product, Empire Ford of Huntington is the place to go. It was a pleasure to work with Philip Venturini. As a representative of the product, he is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The calm demeanor he exhibits is refreshing, especially in this industry. Very pleasant, knowledgeable about the vehicle, allowed a test drive and most importantly did not try to sell me things I didn't need. My salesman Tom let the car sell itself. He even picked me up from the train station the day of the purchase. Now that's service! Tom took me to the car and showed me everything and worked with me until I understood what I was doing. He also said if there were any other questions to call him and ask. He is the best salesman I've ever had. Thank you Tom.Not only was Tom amazing but the rest of the team was kind and seemed genuinely happy for me that I got the car that dreams are made of.I would definitely buy for Empire Ford again and in fact have purchased a car once before.Am 100% satisfied.

Let me start off with. I am not one to leave reviews, but in this case it was a must. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from Empire Ford from the moment I walked through the front door to meet my salesman. Any staff member that I passed greeted me With good morning good afternoon .I met my salesman for the first time his name was Christopher Gross. He was actually the first salesman that I ever met that didn t start the conversation with Are you ready to purchase today?I was undecided, whether to lease another vehicle or purchase the one I had even though I didn t lease the vehicle I owned at Empire Ford. He was still willing to help me and do all the paperwork for me if I decided to purchase that vehicle. Christopher explained the pros and cons of buying out the vehicle and leasing a new one. We both decided what was best for me the customer to lease another one. Chris made this leasing process what it should be a great experience for the customer. If you need any type of Ford vehicle do yourself a favor and go to Empire Ford of Huntington. After having several disappointing experiences at other dealerships in the past, I can t tell you how happy I am that I found Empire Ford! My goal was to get my daughter into a Ford Bronco Sport, Big Bend model.My overwhelming feelings were put to rest immediately thanks to Brand Specialist, Tommy Sclafani. He went out of his way to be as accommodating as possible. He was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and above all fair.Tommy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made our overall Ford experience a smooth one. He wouldn t make the sale unless we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, color, and most importantly, the price. If you re looking for a great buying experience, this is the dealership to go to. David Mamonov helped me out for the start. Knew everything about the car and showed me only what i was looking for. Helped me get a great deal for the car too! Didn t have to waste any time and set up everything with finance to be in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend using this dealership.

Purchasing a new car from Jason at Empire was a great experience. Jason was very helpful and at no time was there any pressure. The entire process took about 4 hours, 2 to make the decision and 2 the day of pick up.I am also very happy with my choice of a 2023 Lincoln Corsair plug-in Hybrid. I was a little unsure if I would like an electric vehicle, and the control panels of these newer vehicles can be challenging regardless of the engine type. But the car is great, I really like to smoothness of the electric ride, and the controls are pretty intuitive once you get used to them.Five stars each, Jason, Empire, and the Corsair.

Top of the mark!!! These guys are wonderful. I have purchased my third car from them last week, and it was a painless process. Now truth be told the Bronco was ordered some time ago, but that is a problem with the manufacturer. The guys at Empire Ford (Shout out to John M) kept me updated throughout the process. We did as much paperwork as possible over the phone and via email and so pick up was a breeze. These folks are people of their word and an absolute pleasure to do business with.

So I bought a pre owned 2018 f150 with around 40k miles from them. They spoke very highly of the truck because it was one of the employees truck. I had to bring the truck back to the dealership very shortly after getting the truck after I noticed the truck leaking coolant and oil. The thermostat housing had a Crack in it along with a cracked valve cover. After their mechanic took a look at it he said he didn't see any leaks so I had to specifically let them know the exact locations of the leaks. They took care of it no charge. You would think when they looked over the truck pre sale they would have resolved these issues. They also claimed to change the oil which they did not because I changed it myself a few days later and me being a mechanic for over 15 years I can say for sure it was not changed. So this was the beginning of the problems. The front wheel bearing needed replaced a few weeks later. One day on a heavy rain I had a pool of water on the passenger floor from the sunroof leaking through the headliner. Now it's cool in the morning so I put the heated seat on that I find out doesn't work. Just add it to the list. The truck also has the wrong size tires on it. The sunroof has gotten stuck open multiple times and I physically have to help push it closed. The fact that it was a employees car tells me that they knew the truck was a junk box and had no problem pushing it on the someone else. Do not buy a used car or truck from them because it could be another junk box like mine. Almost 40k for a daily headache.

Submitted online request for information on a Ford SD. Never received a reply. Did receive a text from "Catherine" so I replied to her text asking for a price. She replied with the MSRP Sticker price. I said this is a 2023 leftover what is the asking price, NOT the MSRP which clearly no human being on planet earth would pay. It has been 24 hours and still no reply. Look for a more transparent dealership and NEVER pay sticker price.

I tend to do a lot of research when buying a car. I found the vehicle I wanted, a 2020 Explorer, but it was 90 miles away at Empire Ford. I had never purchased a vehicle that far from my home AND in another state. Well, I had NOTHING to worry about! From the moment that I began speaking via text to James from the Guest Experience Team, I knew that I was working with a professional dealer who cares about their customers. James answered all my questions and even sent me extra photos of my vehicle to make sure my ride to see it would be productive. When I went into Empire, I met my salesman, Gary Reis. He was laid back, answered my questions and let me take a test drive immediately. I loved the vehicle and the rest is history. I can't say enough about how Gary stayed in touch with me through the entire process even on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! He took care of everything including making sure my car was beautifully detailed and ready to be registered in my state. To this day, Gary is in touch and Empire REALLY stands behind their vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend Empire Ford, James, Gary, Christina in finance and everyone who made my buying experience PERFECT!

I have to take a moment to thank everyone at Empire Ford, especially Mike D, my salesman Phil, Jason in finance and everyone else for the way that they treated me in purchasing my new Bronco. I never felt rushed, never felt like I was being pushed not even in the slightest. The people here at Empire Ford really know how to treat people, even after I picked up my truck. If it wasn t true I wouldn t be writing this. I was only this happy one other time and that was when I bought my Tahoe from Empire Chevy in Hicksville. I m really blown away at how people at Empire treat people. If you wanna be treated like a person and not a number then give Empire Ford a try. I can almost guarantee you will be happy that you did.

After checking various options, prices and models, I decided to pay that extra money and buy my vehicle from an official dealer, assuming that the vehicle would meet a minimum of reliability, well, it did not, I bought a 2014 Ford explorer Xlt with 78,000 miles The car looked perfect, when I got to the dealer they showed me the vehicle with a newer 20" model rims, well it didn't hurt me, after two weeks I noticed a coolant leak so I had to take it to the technical service where they replaced the water pump, after 6 months the tires had irregular wear and I decided to replace them, the technician could not align them since The vehicle was destroyed both in the front end and in the rear end. That repair cost $4,200 plus tires (could that be why they changed install another rims and tires? It was cheaper for them than fixing it?) the miles had just reached 80,000. At 85,000 miles the steering suddenly became hard and was very difficult to maneuver. According to the mechanic it was due to excessive rust in the lower part of the vehicle. When I changed the oil for the fourth time I saw that I only removed 4 quarts, I lost two quarts. and to my surprise the leak came from the area near the liquid gasket that they used when changing the water pump (Empire Ford), I decided that it was enough and that after 16,000 miles with the vehicle and $6,000 plus in repairs, I had to change it, That's when I realized what kind of business they do. When I handed over the vehicle I proudly said that it was the second owner and it never had an accident. Well, the Carfax said the opposite... Today I am happy with a Toyota. and I never want to own a Ford again or do business with this dealer.

I worked with Fred Marotti to special order a 2023 Maverick. Fred is a friendly, easygoing guy with a lot of patience. I appreciate him so much for how easy and stress free he made the car buying process for me.When updates came in, I was notified quickly. If I had any questions, Fred always had an insightful answer. When my Maverick came in, it had a small issue and Fred personally drove it to the service center to make sure it was fixed before I took delivery. I couldn't recommend him more as a salesman.Jason was working with me on my financing, and he took the time to make sure I was understanding all the paperwork I was given. He made sure I test drove the truck before I signed off on the paperwork to make sure I liked driving it (Mavericks are hard to come by; no dealer had one I could actually test drive). There was no pressure to purchase any extra packages from him day-of-signing and I really appreciated that. I felt like I was in good hands.The dealership itself is clean and spacious. Even on the phone they are friendly and informative people. I highly recommend this dealership for people looking for a new Ford.

Just picked up my 2021 F 150 from Empire Ford. Empire Ford was great. When I searched and found a truck I was interested in online, I made an appointment to take a look at the truck with Gary Reis. Gary was great from when I first meet him to test drive the truck to when I picked the truck up the following week. Gary was patient with all of my questions and didn't try to push me to make a sale. We agreed on a price right away. He made buying a truck very easy. When I picked up the truck, Brandon Wall, took the time to show me all of the features of the truck. ( There are a lot).Brandon helped me set up the FordPass app on my phone and linked it the my truck. Brandon really knew all of the features of the truck. He was great. He saved me a lot of time trying to figure the features out myself. Jason Jautze, the finance manager, was great also. He explained all of the options for an extended warranty for my truck. He didn't push me to buy one at all, which is rare when buying any vehicle. Jason was polite and answered all of my questions and wrote down all of the options I had for the warranty. He explained I didn't have to buy anything now, which is very rare. I would definitely recommend seeing Gary, Brandon and Jason at Empire Ford.

We had a great experience buying our bronco at Empire Ford. Our salesperson Chris Gross was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He went above and beyond by staying in contact with us by phone and text- even on his days off.Christina DeVita was also very helpful and awesome to work with. We forgot some items in our trade-in vehicle and she was more than gracious by going out of her way to personally drop them off to us.We would highly recommend Empire Ford and would definitely buy from them again!
