I arrived at my 730 am service appointment a few minutes early, And it was pouring rain. The gentleman inside moved cars forward just enough for me to get my car into the Staging area. Thanks Fellows!! Walked up to the counter at exactly 730. I was greeted by Kenya Augustin Wow, what a special young lady. I was concerned that my parts would not be there. Partsdepartment Does not open until 8 AM, At 805 Kanya Informed me that everything. Was fine and going according to schedule. By 945. I was on my way with my new heated Steering wheel. Oil change and rear windshield Wiper Thank you to the entire service team at Empire Chevrolet.

I want to give a shout out to Kenya for her amazing customer service skills! I brought my car in to get serviced and she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I will be coming back to get my car serviced at this location because of my experience with her!

Kenya was the service associate who helped me she was very pleasant and spent a lot of effort looking up my Chevy rewards account. The service was done in a very reasonable time frame. Overall it was a very positive visit.

My check engine light came on while I was driving. I took the car to Empire immediately without an appointment. My car was taken in, serviced and returned to me within 2 hours. Empire service is amazing! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courtious.

I'm not surprised of the excellent service I got at Empire Chevrolet, Lucas Feinberg and team took excellent care of my truck, from arriving to leaving, I appreciate everybody works with me.I'm sure my next new truck will be from Empire Chevrolet, I recommend anybody to get a visit and will know what I meant.

I am in the automobile business but not with ChevroletWhen I noticed my tire was low ,I gave my vehicle to our service department. Five hours later they told me the did not have the equipment to repair my tireTHANK YOU EMPIRE I drove into Empire Chevrolet and although they were very busy they took me in, found the tire that I required and repaired my vehicle. I cannot thank them enough as once again they have exceeded all expectations.Thank you Empire Chevrolet

Service is always great but the wait ALWAYS kills me! I need to wait for my car and I always ask an estimated wait time, and I dont think it has ever been right. It is always a minimum of two hours-even for a basic oil change. Was told an hour and 15 minutes last visit and it ended up being 2 and a half hours +. It is just challenging wasting almost an entire afternoon for an oil change-may be cheaper and quicker to go somewhere else for simple oil change.

Noel had the tech check out a very slow leak on my R/F tire. No leak was found but he said to keep in touch with him if the problem persists. That is good service!

Mr. Sanjeev Noel was very professional and patient with me. I asked Mr. Noel how long it will take to service my car, and he said 11/2 hr, and if i will wait or he'll have someone drop me home. I said i'll wait!. My car was ready in 11/2 hr.

I brought my 2022 Corvette in for the first service. John Turano, the service advisor was very professional and explained fully what the first service included and there would be no cost to me. I then met Eric Romaine, the Corvette Tech who also was very professional and friendly. He also explained the first service and I felt very comfortable with Eric working on my Corvette. I told both John and Eric when I was leaving the dealership that I will bring my car to Empire Chevrolet in Huntington for all my future service needs and let my Corvette owner friends to bring their cars here for top notch service and very professional staff.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Serviced my car here for the first time.My service representative, John Turano, was super informative and courteous from drop off to pick up. My mechanic, Eric, was so knowledgeable and took time to go over my service with me. Meticulous! Great experience!

I was most impressed with the amazing service at the Empire Chevrolet of Huntington received at my most recent visit.... all due the amazing customer service off Katie Keller. For this visit I had to wait for the servicing of my 2017 Bolt EV and when I arrived at the dealer ready to work remotely until my car was ready there were no outlets available for me to charge my lap top. When I asked Katie for assistance, she offered an empty office for me to work in which was really helpful as not only was i able to recharge my computer and phone but i could have business phone calls privately. With representatives just doing a little bit more than expected made the biggest difference to me and will keep me always coming back to Empire Chevrolet of Huntington.Services: Tires, Battery

My appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 9am, I dropped my car off the night before, filled out the envelope and left my keys in the slot. I got a text at 730am from the service advisor and my car was completed very soon after. When I picked it up they were helpful as I had rewards that I was able to use for the payment. Everything was great,I'm just a little dissatisfied with Chevrolet as I got my car in July 2022 and I am still awaiting the heated steering wheel and rear assist chips.Service: Oil change

Had issue with c8 corvette not running right but no engine lite came They keep you well informed on.Service rep. Katie took me right in. also check wheels for alignment. Left vehicle there and offered ride home. Vehicle was done net morning any everything was checked and fixed. Eric the mechanic is great and has always got it fixed right the first time. This team is great and never have an issue. They always keep you informed. Thanks KServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

I brought my 2022 Equinox for a recall & routine first maintenance, there was a mix up in providing me with a promised loaner. Unfortunately a previous client failed to return a car timely. I admittedly had a minor(?) breakdown as I live about 20 miles away, am a diabetic and wasn t prepared to spend hours waiting for my car. The local dealership - Smithtown- refused to handle my recall service so needless to say I was already feeling put out. Katie, the service attendant, was great, kept her cool during my meltdown and did her best to resolve the issue. Then Lucas Feinberg, service manager, stepped in - he was phenomenal. Lucas tried everything to help me out and I have to say he went above and beyond - he ended up having an employee go to the previous client s location (also about 20 miles away) to retrieve the loaner for me. I have never dealt with such a friendly compassionate person in a mechanical service position - no condescending attitude at all. I would highly recommend this dealership.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This business did things that I have never experienced before. I was introduced to the mechanic. The mechanic came out and talked to me three times to let me know what was going on and asked questions that personalized my visit. This made me feel as though they were interested in me and my experience as a person. Thank you so much Rose and Eric.

Oh, we leased Traverse and this was first oil change.It was flawless !!This service person made me feel so comfortable and there was waiting area was so comfortable as well.He said it may took 1 and 1/2 hours but it took only little over an hour.And I felt they took only 20min.(But, I prepared myself with books and some work stuff)Best dealer shop !!Oh! the sales lady was superb!!
