Worst experience of buying. They would not let us take the cars to a mechanic even two minutes away, which should have been the biggest red flag. We still ended up paying for a car and took it home same day. However, two days later the car broke down and the cost to fix it was $1500. While at the shop, the mechanic said there were a lot of things wrong with it, and it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. When I contacted the dealership, they refused to do anything to help and just said welcome to the world of buying used cars . Complete waste of money. Beware.

!!!BEWARE!!!Please completely avoid this dealership and continue looking for an honest shop. I purchased a car from here that didn t even last two weeks. Over $1500 in repairs and complete lack of care or remorse from them.

I bought a BMW 3 series from Elite Auto World. Hassan made the process of buying a car seamless. He is one of the best salesmen I ve encountered in the car business. Hassan answered my car related questions via text and call regardless of the time of day. Truly a talented and hardworking guy. I went back to the dealership to buy a car for my daughter and was upset at first when I found out Hassan doesn t work there anymore. But his former colleague Dan and the owner Ron provided exceptional service. They were thorough in explaining the financing process and terms since my daughter was doing it for the first time. Will come back to them for any car needs. Ask for Dan or Ron when you go!

For the last 3 months, I ve been searching for a car as a gift for my father. Upon a referral to Daniel and team at Elite Auto World, they helped me secure a Lexus NX 300 for my father at the best price in town, no gimmicks, no fast sales talk. Quick, easy transaction done in 2 days and delivered the car to my fathers driveway in Queens. Amazing! I ll be back to connect with this team to get a car for my wife in the very near future. Syed Hassan, I know you ll face your own karma. This is law of nature for selling me a bad car that I returned to your dealership since 3/22 I couldn t register the car; legally dealers should provide paperwork within 30 days you took 10 weeks and lied. You refused my request to exchange for a better car and yet you said nothing about my $8.800. Just want you to know that the day will come when you have to refund my hard earned money to me. I am sure your parents who d tell you that you can t steal this woman s money. No need to advertise my feelings, you know you are being unjust you don t need a judge to tell you so.

Danial was very honest and fair when it came to the pricing of the car. I just bought a used 2017 Honda Accord and it is in amazing condition. I would definitely recommend everyone to this shop for all mechanic needs and to purchase a car. Thanks again danial !

I didn't get the major world dealer kind of feeling these guys are very professional. I'm not sure if it is family owned business but they were honest for telling me a head of time if there is anything in the car that needed to be fixed. I needed a car for my wife and they made us very comfortable to ask basic questions and every details and gave us the full breakdown of the price. While my wife was trying the car and opening every door lolz, I was comparing prices online because I was not believing the deal I was getting. I think they are cheaper than any other dealers because they don't have a huge over head. I see only 4 5- people in the dealership 2 girl and 3 guys. Not like those brand name dealerships scams and want to charge us arm and a leg. And keep pushing the sale on us. I wish I had come here for my car too coz I had the worst experience and huge interest rate. I recommend everyone since they got all kind of luxury and regular cars. I just had to wait for a while because they had two other customers who made the appointment and we just walked in. So, at 1st I didn't like that part but then it was all worthed because less sales people, more discount for me. ;)

Bought a 2016 Mercedes E350 4 Matic. Got an Excellent Deal. No Hidden Fees. Very Straightforward people. not pushy at all. was in and out within an hour with plates and registration...Will come back for my next car...

Most dealers give you the impression of greed and dishonesty, but with elite auto world everything is legit and fast. They had the answer to all my questions and concerns. And most dealers throw your car in a cheap carwash, elite auto world actually gets it detailed thoroughly by professionals, especially with the pandemic going on. They didn't have my exact specifications on the car i wanted but they gathered my ideas and price i had of a vehicle and was able to find one for me fast!!! If you want it they will find it!

Absolutely horrendous treatment from this place. I called them 3-4 times previous to making a trip to see a specific car. I asked multiple times if there was any issues with the car and they insisted that there wasn t. I told them that I was taking off work and driving 3 hours to purchase the car. When I showed up, first of all no one was even there and the person that I had called originally didn t answer his phone. When I looked at the car, it was very obviously previously in a bad accident because the whole left side was poorly repainted and the windshield had been replaced. I completely wasted my time making the trip there to completely dishonest people who didn t even show up.

Bought a car from them about a week ago. Danial told me car was in excellent condition and sent me a false car fax with no accident reported but I just had to pay $1300+ the labor fee to put a new air bag in the car. Something isnt adding up??? They do bad business. Wouldn t recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would.Made arrangements to see a car, when we got there no car and they didn't know anything about it' I had talked 3 hours before! Then they said wait and we will see if we can get the car here The person in the office was more interested in eating hid dinner than a customer Run from this place as fast as you can, don't waste your time they don't take responsibility for their actions Try to tell you were dealing with someone else. Their location their deal!

Daniel s 100% legit, he ll sell you a good car for an honest price, he s friendly from the start to the end & really knows what he s doing. I recommend him to anyone who s looking for a car for a good price, no doubt the best experience especially because I drove an hour away

So I purchase a car from RON the Owner of Elite Auto World and Danial that advertise the car I Payed $4900 for the car however this evil man wrote a receipt for $3900 such evil and heartless man the car came with a Gas cap that I had to pay $200 to locksmith to open a day after I purchase the car about 3 days after the car engine light came on which causes the car to self drive and stop in the middle of a moving traffic I could ve died and I reached out to the dealer and they ignore me I had to keep pressing the issue. and I was told i m not getting back my money the car engine issue kept going worst as I drive it and i kept reaching out however when i was finally told the being the car in the mechanic did a diagnostic and said the car is bad and the cost to repair it was $1400 in total for parts only the owner of he dealer RON said he s not buying the parts I should but them mind y all i never have the car for even a month when i took it to their mechanic however I asked for my month and he said he s only giving me $3900 from the $4900 I had paid. I called the police on him which i was referred to take them to court after a long day i m gonna post all the response that they said I was threaten I was also told i m not getting back my money if I don t remove comments I post they still owed me my $1000.00 and I need it I Paid this man $4900.00 and God knows and I want him to refund me my $1000.00 PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS the inconvenience and horror they caused me I had to call outa work how stressed and depressed I was feeling knowing someone I paid my hard working money to and was supporting his business would be me so dirty SAVE Y ALL SELF THE TRAUMA AND AGONY
