Depalos and Sons is an exceptional body shop that has consistently supported me and my family through various needs over the years. The team, including Vito, Phil, Kevin, and Margaret, excels in customer service, providing daily updates on the status of your vehicle. Their work is truly stellar once your car is returned, you'd never know it had an issue. Trustworthy and top-notch service! I wouldn t go anywhere else.

DePalo and Sons did an amazing job with crossover when I was involved in an accident. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I was concerned about not having a car to drive, and they quickly and easily arranged a rental car. I didn't miss a moment of work. They constantly kept me updated on the progress on my car. It truly feels like you're dealing with a family that cares about you. But the best part was my car - I couldn't believe how great it looked and drove. I've used DePalo before, and I won't try anyone else. Thank you to the DePalo family for making this experience an excellent one.

We have had our HUMMER detailed there a couple of times.Joe is superb at his craft. It's not just a compound and wax from the 90s. They use the most up to date products resulting in a fabulous job. They were kind enough to offer to fix my handiwork on my driver's door(touchup done poorly) included in the regular detailing.Very courteous. Very professional. Thanks much.

Everyone at Depalo was so nice & helpful! My car took a while to get fixed because they had to order more parts once they saw the damage on the inside but they kept me informed throughout the whole process!! Excellent service!!!

I took my X5 BMW there after an accident, and I have never been more impressed with an auto body shop. Work, kids, insurance paperwork, rental cars, and phone calls create added stress.Eddie and the team are attentive, diligent, honorable professionals who streamlined the entire process. They handled the insurance and rental car process but, more importantly, repaired the car to a new status and troubleshot any electrical issues. My brand new car was involved in a hit and run. The left fender and wheel were damaged. I saw the great reviews they had and I decided to trust them with my car. No regrets there. It s like it never happened. Although my windshield was damaged while being there (who knows what happened) they offered to fix it for me without making it a big deal about it not being their fault . All in all I would recommend them to anybody with body shop needs due to their professionalism and terrific customer service.

I had a front windshield replacement on our Audi A6. DePalo did a great job with the installation and calibration. They are professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion. I have recently used them on another vehicle for a bumper replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Five stars! Had somebody side swipe my Jeep, damaging my fender flare. I bought the part, had them paint match along with a full inside/outside detail. Came out good as new. Highly recommended!

Great body shop. The only place I ll take our vehicles. Very courteous staff and they update you on the status of you vehicle 2-3 times a week. They took care of the rental as well. The best shop by far in the huntington area.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My interaction with Depalo and Sons Autobody was five stars in every aspect. The thoroughness and promptness of their estimate enabled me to have my car repaired after my accident practically immediately. They kept me informed throughout the process by text and I felt that I always knew what was going on as to the progress of the work. The repair was technically perfect and the car looks as good as the day I bought it. I feel that the service I received was professional and of the highest quality. Depalo and Sons repaired a scuff on my rear bumper in 2 days. I m a car guy so everything has to be flawless on my car, you can t tell anything happened. DiPalo & Sons did an extensive job repairing my car following an accident with my front end. Their work was excellent. They texted me with details weekly on the status of the repairs. Even with many delays in getting parts (same supply chain issue with every industry)they kept me abreast of the status regularly.Good people to work with. Depalo consistently provides exceptional service and high quality professional work. The owners and employees at front desk and in the shop are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to help. I've used Depalo for many years for body and glass work on my vehicles and have never been disappointed. There were a few times where I was in a jam and needed help and flexibility for my repairs due to unforeseen circumstances and Depalo was there to assist. My car was hit, and Depalo & Sons was one of the companies listed on the insurance as a preferred/approved shop. I went online and saw all the positive reviews they had so I decided to go with them. I m so happy I did, as they did an amazing job on my car. It looks brand new like nothing ever happened. They set up my rental car and had a great online tool where I could check the progress of my vehicle. great communication and easy to get a hold of. I took my Toyota to Depalo & Sons to have front bumper and fender fixed after a minor accident. Entire crew was friendly and professional. They handled insurance paperwork and arranged rental vehicle. Workmanship was excellent. Car looked as good as when I first purchased it.

Service exceptional- car damaged going on vacation near home- car was taken to our home so we could unload & pack our other car- then taken to repair shop- all work done as promised & car detailed at no charge upon return- Depalo & sons went way beyond usual repair experience & I heartily recommend themThis the second repair by Depalo & Sons. Again, work done was exceptional & car looks beautiful. Due to supply chain delays & other issues the job took much longer then thought. I was kept up to date with texts in a timely fashion and always knew how things were going. All personal were polite & knowledgeable & treated me as a valued customer. The waiting room is clean and pleasant but you won t spend much time there as service is prompt. Staff keeps you informed throughout the process as circumstances change, eg response from insurance company, receipt of ordered parts, etc. My car looked like new when the work was completed. Depalo and sons was there when I needed help! While in NY taking care of my mom my car was hit. I was a bit overwhelmed as I had to return back to Maryland in a few days and my car getting hit was not in the plan. Luckily the person who hit my car left a note and my friend Doug recommended Depalo. He said to ask for Eddie or Vito. I brought my car in and they explained that they are a GEICO shop and the process of getting the car repaired under insurance was very easy. They were so right. I contacted the insurance company and they had a rental car meet me at the shop. Depalo kept me updated regularly on the status and did a fantastic job! Thanks so much to Depalo and everyone that made what could have been a difficult experience not so bad.
