I ordered carbon fiber parts for my c7. The parts I received were an insult to my intelligence. I m borrowing that quote from another reviewer who put it better than I could have. The parts were of such poor workmanship I called Jersey the owner and tried to let him off the hook by saying that he must not have looked at these pieces because they were so bad. He denies any quality problems ( there was yellow plastic showing through the cabin fiber), and refused to refund shipping. I am out 500 shipping to send his stuff back. I have since found a vendor for half the price and the quality is great. Look on eBay and it will find him.Apsis is a bad joke. I saw some bad reviews and thought I would give him a chance because there were reviewers who wrote glowingly. Probably fake reviews. $500 lesson, I guess that s part of the corvette tax.

Stay clear of this guy, he sold us seats for our 2013 Corvette price of $5,500 in October 2016 seats arrived January 2017 one of the seats he sent was out of a 2003 an the other was out of a 2007 Corvette neither of which would work in a 2013 Corvette. The shipping cost to me was about $550 for the two seats.When I called him and wanted to return the seats he totally refused, said I should have the seat covers moved over to my seats, it cost me $1,275 to have the covers transferred BUT the zippers were of such poor quality they came apart and we had to have new zippers installed.I had the transfer completed by a local business who specializes in Corvette restorations, they informed me the seats sent to me by Jersey were of poor quality and would never work in a 2013 car, also one seat motor had half ass repairs made to the motor with hose clamps, did not have an air bag, no memory in the seat, totally BDD seats!It cost me an additional $385 to ship these seats back to Jersey, he did refund $1,200 which was agreed for the seat cores, but would not pay for the transfer of the seat covers which cost me $1,275He is a dishonest Mae, stay away!

Extremely bad business. I waited almost 3 months for 2 emblems. I sent the owner emails on a weekly basis asking for an update and rarely got answers. I told him several times how I wanted the package delivered and he messed that up too after he confirmed that it was all taken care of. Highly priced parts and horrible service. I order parts on a regular basis from high end companies but I ve never had such a bad experience as I ve had with Apsis.

My experience with Jersey Woo Owner of APSIS USA has been nothing but a disaster. I own a custom shop and every time we get something it doesn t fit or it breaks.His products are poor quality and most are made from China. He always ask for your core when you order real Carbon Fiber. Who does this? No one.We ordered Carbon Fiber Vents for a C7 Z06 and had a GM Dealer to install . They are more than qualified as they install these quite often. Certified Technician calls me said Donnie this will not fit they are larger than most and bulkier they are not the same.I go there and take pictures, sure enough that are fatter and heavier than OEM and supposed to be Carbon Fiber which are lighter.We contacted the Owner Jersey Woo and he says oh no way this has never happened to him. LOLJust look at the horrible reviews on this company when it comes to poor quality, china made materials and getting refunds back.We shipped back at our expense money lost on shipping from and too. He now says a part we shipped back is damaged and cannot refund on one of the parts , the parts are defective and cannot be used anyways. He will try and resell to someone else. He has a track record here just review all the bad reviews all over the internet.We see him at shows and people say stay away. We are well known in the show industry and we will never refer him to anyone.

Stay on email with him. Be sure to shop around for better prices. Watch out for hidden surprise shipping and handling fees after you place your order. He is out of control. BRACE FOR ALL CAP email responses from this character.

Unfortunately I relied on the services of Jersey Wu / Apsis USA Inc for a wood restoration service. The parts were damaged during the service, the wood was not polished, and the packaging was insufficient, causing a long dashboard trim to be broken during transport. We as customers (Euro Parts West LLC from Scottsdale, AZ) filed a claim for damages, for which Apsis USA Inc received a refund from FEDEX, and did not informed us about it! It was until our monthly statement arrived, that we noticed the claim had been settled and paid for. Truly, the least respectable business I have dealt with in 15 years of trading. Please do not give this man and business any of your money, so we can send him to bankruptcy and spare future customers of such issues. Enrique Vazquez Martinez.

Carbon fiber parts. The carbon is delaminating. Apsis will not refund. Have had 3 different parts replaced, two of them multiple times.
