Fantastic service. Went in for an oil change and a quote for a loose splash/mud guard and they helped me with the guard in the same appointment without any additional cost. Very affordable! Will definitely be coming back again and referring friends.

Since Franco and his wife have taken over this shop it has been one of the very few places left on Long Island that are good ,honest ,and fair priced. Not only is Franco an ex Honda mechanic he s very meticulous about cars in general. Everytime i come here he lets me know up front what s up and how long it will take. He keeps detailed records so when my cars come in he knows what was done in the past and what s due. He s even offered me rides home. Few years ago i moved to East Northport and i still travel the 15-20 min because Aloe is where i will continue to bring all of my vehicles. Whether it s an everyday driver or you have a collector Aloe treats you with kindness, respect and care for your vehicle. Wife brought her car in for NYS Inspection. Inspection was quick and no additional charges. However, it was pointed out that tires are cracking because of age and they should be replaced in the near future. We knew we needed tires soon. Very happy with AloeTech Inc.

I was looking for a good local mechanic and this place came recommended from a family member who has used them many times. I needed a second opinion after going to the dealership and being told I needed $1300 worth of service. They are very honest and fair and needless to say I spent far less here and my car is running better than ever. I will be using them from now on .

The whole staff is very friendly and professional. They listened to all my concerns and gave me honest feedback and suggestions. Finding a good, honest mechanic is hard, but I know I m in great hands with these guys! They even delivered my car back to me when I was in a pitch, amazing customer service!

I've brought my car in twice so far for a couple of different jobs. They've been very quick, open and respectful with how they do business. Their prices are fair and I've never needed to wait more then a couple of hours to get my car back

Rarely write reviews, but my experience with this shop was so positive I had to break my rule. In short, they saved me from making a four thousand dollar mistake when they inspected a car I was thinking of buying in advance of the sale. Besides a written report, they provided a couple of photos of the under-chassis showing severe corrosion, which told me the whole story. The mechanic was genuinely concerned that I not go through with the sale and share lots of information as to why. I found him honest and helpful in his remarks. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Franco & staff are incredible!!! I will never go to another mechanic because I have full trust in Franco. He is extremely quick to respond and happily takes time to explain all of the issues and possible options. He takes preventive measures and lets me know what to look for in my car to spot issues before they arise or get worse. His prices are fair and in my opinion, well worth every cent! He, his wife, and his staff welcome me as if I was family and truly go above and beyond with the value they bring to the table. I would recommend to not just friends and family, but anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic. A++

Franco his wife and staff run a superb shop. I've had two cars brought to them on different occasions and in both instances Franco worked to get me the best price and even fine tuned some things at no extra charge. Very honest group of mechanics and equally knowledgeable. I can bet there are no better mechanics around.

Excellent experience here. Came for a routine oil change, and got the sense that they are efficient and professional. I appreciated that they reset the maintenance warnings in the car computer system and communicated what they did and why. The driver s seat was covered in plastic when I picked up the car, which shows attention to detail.

I am writing this review to show my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Aloe Tech. I originally decided to used Aloe Tech 1st based on the shop's distance from my residence and 2nd their positive online reviews and testimonials.When I called Aloe Tech to make an appt. for my limousine state inspection, the owner Franco Aloe, was very helpful and informed me about the new NYDOT regulations for limousines. Which I was clueless. He answered my questions about getting my acquired personal use and not for hire limousine inspected at his garage.He told me I needed 'an exempt letter' from the NYDOT. Then he pointed me in the right direction on what I needed to be able to do this. It has taken me a minute (approximately 6 months) to get the required certificates and documentation I needed from NYDOT and for them to send me an exemption letter that will allow me to get my personal use limousine inspected at a garage.Recently, I made another appt. at Aloe Tech with the necessary 'exempt letter' and I was able to get my limo inspected. Throughout the process it was great communication with Franco, Steve and Greg. Super responsive. I can t rave enough about them!!Service is OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this auto mechanic shop to anyone, looking for a local auto repair and maintenance shop. Aloe Tech is now my go to mechanic repair shop for all my future 1996 Lincoln Town Car Limousine maintenance needs.

After searching for a new mechanic and reading the reviews online, I used Aloe Tech for the first time recently and had a very good experience. I definitely recommend this auto repair shop. They have an overnight vehicle drop option, the manager communicated very well, and the repairs were done quickly. A++

Awsome fast working and comprehensive staff.I may be bringing a BMW there soon to sort a falsified part of another region on the country, minus the axle hub, that was just a loose bolt.Unparalleled diagnostic services, I would travel 350 miles to get pizo gauge done by verified bmw parts anytime! baby!
