My husband Honda accord broke down . Michael told me and my husband its was the Transmission and not worth to fix just basically buy a new car.In my opinion my be because my husband car was not a Maserati, Porsche, Mercedes Bens, BMW. I don't think he bother to ran a diagnostic/inspect to see what was the issues.We tow it to another auto shop. It was the left axel that was broken causing the car break down in the middle of traffic and the right axel was going bad car was repaired now running smooth.Transmission problems usually give some kind of prior warning Gears won't switch, Slippery Gears check engine, burning smell, Leaky fluid, Shaking and Kicking, and the list goes on. Car was not indicate non of these symptoms.I gave Michael 1 star only because he was pleasant greet us so nice. I will not go back or recommend any.

My family and I have been using them for many years. Most recently my wife s GL needed brakes and wouldn t trust the safety of wife and children to anyone else. The extra care that they take to make sure the job is done right is always appreciated. Great service This guys the are the best I purchased a used car for my son to drive to college and Lou and mike may sure vehicle is I perfect conditions for a first time driver also all repairs were made promptly I give this guys 5 stars thanks and making sure my son will be safe on the road

Mike is a master mechanic with knowledge that exceeds expectations every single time. He has been able to diagnose issues that multiple dealers weren't able to figure out. He's very meticulous and I trust him and no one else to my cars. His prices beat the dealers, and while I could probably save a few dollars by heading to my corner mechanic, I prefer to give Mike and his team the business because I know it'll be done right. Highly recommended. You seriously can't go wrong!

These guys are GREAT! Lou has always taken care of me and all my family. Quality Service @ very reasonable prices. Don't go to the money hungry dealers. Porsche charged me an arm and a leg and still doesn't match the service level & care I get here. Family owned and operated. The best on Long Island

They are very honest and very knowledgeable. They work on all types of cars but it's not unusual to see a Lamborghini Ferrari or Porsche having work done. That's the level of trust and value their clients see in them.

The guys here or excellent, organized and attentive. Only remember Lou by name. I limped off the road here on my evening commute home because something under my car started dragging. They were able to fasten it up so that I could get home. Will definitely return.

There isn't a car that I've had that I haven't brought to World Wide. They fix them all and they do an excellent job. Never had a single complaint and have been recommending them for over 10 years. They treat you like family and really go above and beyond!

Mike and Louie are totally honest This has been a family owned business for decades. I've been using them for 15 years. These are hard working men, fathers and friends to everyone they meet. I love them.

Attention to fine detail and excellent customer service. Family operated and very trustworthy. Have nothing but respect for these guys being that there are very few good shops and people out there. From oil change to major engine problems to they have always done a great job!

Mike always looks to take care of his customers it's great that he is a BMW master tech so I always feel safe leaving my BMW. Honest mechanics that knows his stuff.

They are not as honest as everyone says they are. I was quoted for almost $1000.00, I went to Smithtown autobody and instead was quoted at 600 dollars. They are not that honest I was about to get ripped off for a break job. Not cool.

My gf got ripped off $160, car got overheated in the highway, tow truck took it to their location they never check it they spoke lies saying nothing was wrong with it when clearly it got to their location in a tow truck and charge my gf $160 for not doing anything they are thief not honest people I will not recommend this to anybody please don't get ripped off here they will literally stick it ...... well you guys no Service: General repairs & maintenance

They performed a thorough and informative vehicle inspection of a used car before purchase and carefully advised on what to look out for. Really helpful and highly recommended.
