My first time going to Nissan of Huntington for service. Santiago, the Service Manager, Jennifer the cashier, and the team at Nissan of Huntington were very professional, helpful, friendly, and thorough. From appointment, to reserving the loaner car, to repair, and pick up, all 5 stars. I was very pleased with their standard of service. Thank you guys!!

of Nissan Huntington, one reason, . I've had wonderful experiences with Nissan Rt 46 in NJ and LIA Nissan in Saratoga, but Huntington staff was smug. Nelson in customer service, his head isn't in customer care, lacks empathy and interest in being there.He spent zero time discussing recommendations and pricing, he just handed me the sheets and escorted me to the payment desk. He skipped the courtesy multi-point inspection, billed me for the NY State.

Santiago and the entire service team are true professionals. They review your recent service record, suggest but don t twist your arm to do all recommended services and keep you informed until the work is completed. The waiting area is clean, has numerous snacks, drinks and coffee and free WiFi! What s not to like..

This is the second time Santiago has lied to me and I wouldn t trust anything he tells you. He tried to tell me that a tire leak was not repairable on a tire that was less than a year old and wanted me to replace it at $230. I went to All Weather Tire and had it repaired for $20. That was in Oct 22 and tire is still fine. Today, he told me my battery needed replacement. My husband replaced it less than 3 months ago, it was practically brand new. We took the car to the store where he purchased the battery and it tested fine. Zach was the only one there I trusted and it appears that he is no longer working there. I will be going elsewhere. It s sad, because they have potential to be a great service department.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

This was the most awkward & uncomfortable experience coming here which will 100% be my first & last time.It s not clear that you re supposed to pull into the bay garage area immediately when you pull up. I was under the impression a service worker would introduce themselves.So I then I figured out when a women had cut me on the way into the service bay that I was supposed to just drive in.I was upset and figured the workers would help me first since I had been waiting but they basically advised me I was wrong and then I lost my place in line. I was annoyed cause any business would have apologized and made the situation more clear and helped me first. They made me feel dumb and told me to wait my turn. Eve n thought it was already my turn?..I have a brand new 2023 Nissan rouge. The button on the wheel was broken. Instead of then quickly pulling up a spec sheet on the steering wheel and sending me on my way they told me It would take well over an hour to determine an obvious issue; that could be determined in 20 seconds.I had nicely stated that I don t have an hour of time to wait. As I was backing out, I can t repeat what was said on here but the one worker mouthed something about me in Spanish to the other person. That is very unprofessional, shady & controversial. I immediately stopped backing up and questioned what the worker had stated to me. His response was loose your attitude never in a million years has a worker from a store told me to lose my attitude I am so lucky I was on the clock or there would have been quite the battle between the gentleman & I.If you want to be disrespected & taunted, this is the place to have your car fixed! I had a way more pleasant experience at Legend Nissan on 200 Michael Dr. Syosset NY 11791! Ask for Vanessa! She will never tell you to loose your attitude.Next phone call is Nissan corporate!Thanks for pissing me off!- Andrew

I have to say that the experience with the service department from the women checking you in to Santiago who navigated what needed to be done, was THE smoothest and most stress free dealership experiences I've ever had! The job that was required in order to fix my truck was nothing short of Herculean! I don't respond at all to these type of things but I have to say how much I appreciate the job you guys did! The truck seems to be running like brand new again and I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you!

Every time I ve dealt with Nissan of Huntington I ve been pleased. The staff is wonderfully friendly and informative. My most recent experience with service was absolutely wonderful. I made a last minute Saturday morning appointment for an oil change and for them to address a few recalls on my 21 Rogue, I was contacted in a couple of hours within the timeframe quoted. My car was ready and parked out front when I arrived. The representative that assisted me (Zack) even saved me somemoney by applying a coupon I had no idea was available! Overall, I wouldn t get another Nissan at any other dealership or have mine serviced anywhere else. Top notch from start to finish.Service: Oil change

Honestly the customer service on the phone was a bit under par....I sent an online inquiry about service, the sales dept calls back and as soon as I say I was looking for service not sales the guy changes his whole demeanor and tone and I get disconnected. I call beck to service they pick up and hang up. I mean it's ok, lots of nissan dealers to go to but really....

Nick took care of a recall for me and then asked if we ever changed the transmission fluid and I didn t know. I called my husband and it turned out we didn t. The other company we took our car to never told us it had to be done. Well thank you Nick for being proactive!! He was great. Professional and friendly and you are lucky to have him!!!Services: Transmission, Brakes

The "service" dept., at Nissan of Huntington has gone from bad, to worse, to an honest nightmare and a constant fight against getting ripped-off.I have been giving this place the benefit of the doubt for the longest time; since they remodeled and "changed/improved things." - Their service has gone from an 8, to a 3, to a NEGATIVE 15; but I've had it with them and NEVER AGAIN!.I've been a client of this dealer for over 15 yrs and have gotten 5 leases from there, so I figured it's best to just bring the car there for routine service, even though every time I do, I CRINGE. - Every single time, they look for ways to get me to replace something. It seems there is always something wrong with my car, which barely has 25K miles on it.Last week a brought in my car for an oil change and inspection and the service rep (Santiago) whose attitude and lack of customer service skills just makes the experience a complete nightmare; tells me at the end that my inspection can't be completed unless I paid $49.99 for wipers (Wipers cost $20.00 at any auto-store and you can change them yourself). And If I didn't replace them right there, they'd have to fail the inspection AND still charge me for it. - NICE WAY TO TREAT A CLIENT OF OVER 15 YRS!! - He ended up letting me know to bring in the car when I replaced the wipers and I would still have to pay an additional $10.00. - I said fine. - So, today I bring in the car and surprise surprise the inspection cannot be done today because "New York State doesn't have any more inspection stickers left for December."! - Santiago really loves showing ME his terrible customer service skills. - I left and called two other local places to find NYS does have inspection stickers "left" for December!... Draw your own conclusion.My recommendation and reason for this review it's for you to think twice or brace yourself before bringing your vehicle to this place for service. - They're a bunch of crooks!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I loved the ability to drive up and be helped right away, they were very professional and had good communication. The job was done well, but took an extended amount of time due to them being busy. I recently had the pleasure of meeting your employee Zachary Medina at your service counter. I was up from Florida and came into your shop and was impressed by his knowledge and his politeness and the attention he gave me.I felt comfortable and reassured by him about my truck and all my issues were addressed by him.In today s society it is wonderful to meet a person of his caliber and believe me I ve already made plans to comeback and have everything else done on my truck at his shop! Nick assisted me the two times I used this Nissan Service location. He was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the reason I needed tire service was that this had been my third replacement tire in less than a year. I have been leasing vehicles since 2007 and only replaced 1 tire on one car. Have used Nissan Huntington Service Dept for many, many years. Feel they are honest, helpful and reliable. They also drive me to work and pick me up when I need to leave my car for the day. Often they have it ready at lunchtime! Highly recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Even though it was a last minute appointment, they took my car in serviced it right away. They found that I had a tail light out and replaced that as well. I was out in an hour and when I got into my car, they had vacuumed the interior for me which I thought was a nice touch!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They took me right on time for my scheduled oil change. They found a leak in the axle area. Upon learning I had to be somewhere else in a short time, they gave me a loaner car. Thank you! Thank you! I came in to have my front driver side liner replaced at 7:30am today, they had to order the part and I checked on the car around 10:12 and was told it would take around another 15 mins. I went to the extent to say I can come back later. Was informed it would be ready real soon the tech was finishing up. I checked around 10:45, was told the car was ready to go. I paid the cashier and figured I'm on my way, I checked the car over, the bolts to the fender liner is loose with spacing. (I can turn the bolts with my fingers)In addition, there's a slack and spacing. They had to take the car back to fix it the right way. I would think the highly trained technician would do a once over to ensure a serviced vehicle is totally up to standards before they release a car. What a lousy job.

I was called to bring in a leased Nissan Rogue for two safety calls, for which they said would only take 30 minutes over the phone. Upon arrival, I was told that the safety recalls would take an hour, to an hour and a half. I asked for a loaner, and was denied and told to wait. An hour and a half later, I asked for a status update and was told the safety recalls were only at 40% progress and they could give me a loaner now, but it the install would likely be done in 15 minutes. Not wanting to take a loaner after waiting an hour and half, drive home, and find out I have to come right back for the car, I requested a loaner, but also that they drive the car home and pickup the loaner since they had already wasted my time with a longer-than-expected service. At first they agreed, but the supervisor rejected the request "because of COVID" as if the dealership was taking COVID seriously in the first place (seats in waiting area are not spaced apart, nor were technicians and reps wearing masks for long periods of time throughout the service). The service manager then came by to quell my frustrations by trying to convince me that Nissan was making it up to me by completing FACTORY ISSUED SAFETY RECALLS free of charge - as if the customer would be responsible for a factory issue. Absolute joke of a dealership.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Took care of my problem and returned my car. The one issue I had was that it took longer then I was told. I will continue to use nissan of Huntington for all my service needs.

I had been in South and Northshore NISSAN dealers, those are the worst places to go, unprofessional, stealers. I did have to go through DMV complain to recover my money, since they didn t want to gave back.NISSAN OF HUNTINGTON, is the best place to go. Service on time, even though that I go sometimes without appointment, very professional customer service, they suggested you services but don t force you you to get. Waiting room is so comfortable, I have a good feeling around that place, I feel in a good hands. Love it !!!!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

This was HAND DOWN the BEST experience I ve ever had at any dealership EVER!!!Zach in service deserves an award!!!!I brought my car in because a different dealership (which I won t name) did not repair my car correctly and gave it back in a worse condition than I brought it to them in. Huntington recognized the issue right away and fixed it within a DAY!!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

This has to be the best place hands down. Anytime i call in to the service dept the girls answering the phone are super nice and welcoming. Oh and i travel here from nassau and literally have nearby nissan dealers.
