Amazing first impression!Speaking on the phone with Nick, he gave me an immediate price quote on front brakes, and continue to let me know he had them in stock. Most shops request an appointment. I asked Nick if by chance they could install my brakes now? He said why not? Customer Service was great. The manager, Mell insured, a price match, which left me completely satisfied. They also informed me that they are a shop that does more than just tires, brakes, oil, changes, many of your basic car and maintenance needs. I will certainly be back. Customer service at this level today is rare.

I had a great experience visiting this location, Manger Shabbir was very welcoming and helpful he ensured that my car is ready on time as promised. I will be definitely going back to this location and highly recommend this location to everyone. Ask for Shabbir he is really experienced and honest person.

Called in advance and got a quote of $20/tire to mount and balance 4 new tires. When I got there, the guy told me it is $35 each. He adjusted the price back to $20 when I told him about my previous qoute ove the phone. He said it will 60-90 min to get the job done. Today (2 days later) I see the lug bolt on the ground. I got lucky the bolt was in my driveway and was not lost. They also messed up one of my bolts. The checked all the bolts and nothing else was loose, but this is pretty sloppy work.

They were so wonderful. They changed my tire quick even tho they were so busy. I had a hole the size of a gold ball on the side of my tire so it needed to be completely replaced. Got me in and out. Very nice staff, very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this location. Look at the picture of my tire they replaced.

Came here for an inspection and they did it very quick. Waited only 10 minutes. Freddie was really friendly and answered any concerns I had with my car. Will is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and got the indicator for the tire to go away when the previous mechanic I went to couldn t. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back. Trustworthy

Nic was an amazing help! Came in with a nail in my tire and not only was he able to help me save the tire he took care of it in less then 5 minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a LONG time. Definitely a amazing help and would without a doubt recommend this location and come back myself anytime I needed help with my vehicle. 5 stars all the way

Mavis told me when to come in & approximately how long the inspection would take. They completed the inspection earlier than promised. they also checked &filled my 4 tires with air at no cost. They served me promptly, courteously & professionally. I would highly recommend friends to my friends, family & readers. The manager, Dabir, was especially helpful, courteous & professional.

Postive experience! Front desk guy was very helpful. Gave us good advice. Very good professional service.They have free air pump station outside. Very convenient to come and check your tires pressure.

Shabir is Mavis!Every shop corporate puts him he turns it around. Service is excellent. Shop very clean and organized. Bathroom Is spotless. Work is always excellent.Mavis should use his enthusiasm and ways to model after.

Very nice place. They get the job done well. Shabbir is always attentive hard working and easy to communicate with as well as the more new employees like freddie. All the guys in the back are no slouchers either, always providing speedy service.

I have to say it was a great experience for them first of all to be there to help during this time and on a Sunday I needed brakes on my car. I was in at 9 my car was done before 12 on a Sunday. It would have been done faster but they were given the wrong parts from the supplier so that's what took extra time. And they explained everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. The staff Freddie is very friendly and professional... As well as the person who worked on my car. I Appreciate the fact that you were there on Sunday! Thank you Geraldine

Made an appointment today for an inspection. Arrived to be told they don't do inspections on Wednesday, and this happens all the time. Contacted the District Manager for Mavis. I explained the issue. His response was to go to another store and he would look into it. He did not ask for my name or number to follow up with me on a resolution or try to fix my situation. Feedback from the mechanic is this issue has been going on forever and I had to call a District Manager. Expectation is nothing will change and very poor customer service even at the District Level.

I would definitely avoid this location. If it was a rating of zero that's what I would give. I recently took my fleet vechicle in and had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I got there to be told that they do not do inspections on Wednesday or Sunday. Well if that's the case then that online appointment setter needs to be UPDATED. I had my whole work day planned with this appointment. Ok so next my brakes can not be done the same day. I was told I have to bring it back other day. Ok well can u please do the oil and tire rotation . which they did. I made an appointment to bring it back another day. I did confirm the appointment with someone there before bringing in the van again. Not to mention the bottom of my van was crushed by not beinging properly placed on the lift. So moving forward now I'm here another day appointment was confirmed also I walked through the door at 8am when they opened. I meet Mr. Shabbir who told me they are not doing any auto repairs today he is only doing oil changes because there is only 1 mechanic today. I expIain to him what had happened the other day with the damage and repair. I asked him again then he spoke to me in a condescending way saying well if there is no mechanics how am I going to fix your van at the same time people are going in for repairs and inspections .Meanwhile there was otherMechanics and they have six repair bays. I explained what had happened the other day again he acted as if he could careless and said if I was here I would have not took your vechicle. I said well my vechicle has been serviced here before and your name is not on the shop. I mean if u have a customer that was already not taken care of last week and then they are scheduled to come back and u have to deal with this lazy guy who picks and chooses what he is going to have his team work on. Also he shows no empathy . I'm not sure but Race might be a factor who knows. Mel seems to be more easier to deal with and more welcoming. But I will not bring my personal cars or work vechicle there again. Also im reaching out to my campanies business legal department about the damage that was done to the .

There is a great team here at this Mavis location.Clearly they all work together and all feel that the customer is important.I have read other reviews on this Mavis site and I too had Allie take the lead on all the needs for my SUV including to be sure to keep my SUV safe over night while I waited for my special order tire.Also Allie found the most affordable price for my tire selection.Really amazing service at this location !!!

Mavis Discount Tire at 20 W Jericho has truly been a blessing for me. All the mechanics there are genuine, trustworthy, and caring. It has always been difficult in the past being a single woman seeking services at a mechanic shop. Many times, I got the feeling mechanics would get over on me because I am a woman that s not well knowledgable about car impairments and repairs, but I am SO HAPPY with my experiences at Mavis.The mechanics ALWAYS explain everything in layman s terms, excluding unnecessary jargon. They are always smiling, and give you confidence that what ever issues your car has will be fixed in the most convenient and cost friendly way. They go the extra mile for customers. I am always happy when I leave the shop, and my car is running very well. Thank God for them !!
