HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AND SERVICEGoing back on my review because of how the treatment here is after buying a car. It s been 2.5 months. The service isn t great. Communication with the service department, the seating area and also the loaner rules are ridiculous. My car now has a drive train issue and I m receiving no help from the dealership.Got a loaner from them one time, took my dog with me and he is a Boston terrier that doesn t really shed and was only in the front seat for 30min. They charged me 250 and said I had the car extremely dirty and dog hair was everywhere. The lie is ridiculous and the fee is outrageous. Asked for the video that my dog s hair was everywhere and was never provided it.I also had an incident where I hit a Pothole on the front right tire and went in for a service for that. Was then told my rear shock absorbers are leaking. They refused to cover it after only having a car for a month. Got other professional opinions and they all said the leak wasn t from hitting the pothole.This place is horrible and treats customers like crap after the fact. Would never again. The buying experience isn t the only thing to be worried about.

If I could give it no stars I would. this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. It took them two months to do three hours worth of Labor and everything was a "can't do" attitude. Unfortunately there's not too many places to take your mini so you are captive to their incompetence. They're not big on communicating very well either. If I ever go back to habberstad it will be at the Babylon branch. I heard its better. Huntington is pitiful. I've had a check engine light on for six years and to get inspection becomes an incredible ordeal and almost impossible. They can't fix their own vehicles. They actually gave up but I would not give back the courtesy car until they got it fixed. I actually had to plead with them to figure out what's wrong and don't give it back until it's inspected.Who knows how long it'll stay off this time ...every year I go through this and it's costing me thousands. Never buy a mini ...after its three years it's a huge money hole and the service department is a complete disaster. Sell your mini and go elsewhere before it's too late.

I had to bring my 2022 JCW in for an issue and a recall as well as adding some carbon fiber exhaust tips and I have to say Wendi went over an above to make things right. Between new sales and service Habberstad is top notch!

Extremely slow service. Will not be returning to this service location ever. If you want your car back in less than a week, go to Freeport or south Hampton.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change
