The service was good. My issue is that they charge 10% more if you use a credit card.

This is a bifurcation review.I was there today for a state inspection.The folks in the service department were very good and took care of me and the inspection.When I went to pay my bill for the inspection and new wipers I was presented with a bill that added a three (3) percent charge for paying with a credit card. To be clear this is reflection on management whom I've always had issues with since I bought our 2017 Corolla there. The people running this dealership as well as some of their administrative staff don't value their customers during and after their purchase. The three (3) percent charge is symptomatic of this climate.I was so annoyed by how I was treated there that I bought my 2018 Camry at a different dealer the following year.Credit cards are a convenience to customer and a cost of doing business.I will now consider using another dealer for the future that understands this.

I don t understand the way that many Toyota employees try to lie to there customers, the same way they lied to me . Offering me a package of 5 oil changes for as long as I wanted. It turns out that those offers ended in a determined time. That was something that they never told me Apart from that, they never repaired parts of my car that they broke. They had to order the parts because they did not have them in the dealership. This problem hasn t been fixed for more than two years. As of today, I still go to the dealership asking when they will fix my car. Apparently they keep saying that the parts have not arrived yet. Like, what is that supposed to mean?! The parts have not been delivered for more than two years? This is sincerely unacceptable

I took my 2021 Subaru Forester to Empire Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation. Richie C.took care of my service and I was in and out in 45 minutes. He is so kind and efficient and has taken care of my Subaru s since 2005.

Purchased numerous filters with a discount on my email but had to return with a printed copy, not the parts dept fault. Why pay expensive fees on simple engine air, oil, and cabin filter replacements when you can DIY.
