The best FORD Service on Long Island; Great service and awesome staff. Ford Advisor Gus took note of everything I needed to be serviced, gave me paperwork on everything to be serviced. I waited in the huge waiting room, where Gus came in and advised me of the status/updates of my vehicle. This has been the Best Ford Service location I have ever been to. I received my paperwork detailing everything that was completed on my vehicle. Great Service location, I'm definitely going back to this location again. I highly recommend using this FORD Service location.

It might help if the service center returns your phone call to book a service but what do I know about the car business. When I was looking at a fords and wanted to look at the Lincoln s it was the same experience at this place. I thought I would give them another shot because they are located close. I guess not.

Really great service at Empire Lincoln Service station. They were very accommodating with my schedule and finding a time that worked for me. Their staff is so friendly and the waiting room is really comfortable. Gus, the service advisor, was great to work with! Thanks for fixing my Corsair!!

I am so impressed with the Service Dept. at Huntington Lincoln, it could be the reason I might renew my lease when it ends in June.The team that I have been dealing with, Josh Gorman, Laura Werner and Patricia (Trish) Fasce are awesome! Every time there was an issue with my vehicle they were right on it! The girls always made arrangements as quickly as possible to get a loaner vehicle to me, no questions asked, as I Iive a distance from your shop. They always were helpful and patient with me when I called.Josh was always available to answer questions and concerns I might have had. He called me to keep me updated on the progress of the service and took his time explaining everything to me.I want to thank you all for being the best service group I have ever dealt with!!!This team should be applauded for the job they do with gold star excellence!!Thank you!!Cheryl

The staff are honest and truly work with the customer to ensure the best servicing for their vehicle. I have been coming to them for years, and my vehicles are always in tip-top shape care because of their workmanship. Also worth mentioning the quality of their courtesy wash and cleaning services is appreciated.

Empire Lincoln service is top notch. Very friendly staff (Josh was great), very clean and open waiting room, easy to make appointments, and they make every effort to get you out of there as quickly as they can. Josh explained very clearly the expected work and associated charges. He gave me frequent updates and I never felt like he was going to try and force unnecessary maintenance on me. I don't have to go too often but they've always been great the few times we've been.

My first visit to this service center. The staff were professional. Clean environment. My car service issue was resolved to my utmost satisfaction. I will return to address any future service needs. Lincoln cars are the best choice for dependability and style.

THANK YOU Empire ! You are by far the Greatest dealership I ve been to and I ve been to so many through the years ! Robert ( Bob ) Corrado is a straight shooter and puts himself out there and goes above and beyond to be sure his staff is providing excellent customer service while confirming the technicians are doing all they can do to diagnose and repair the vehicle THE FIRST TIME ! His staff is highly educated and extremely personable. We were lucky enough to work Robert Ciaccio he was so patient with me at write up and was sure to ask the right questions to get my vehicle diagnosed correctly he kept us in the loop the entire time. I greatly appreciate you ! The ladies in the cashier were so wonderful and sweet when I was set up with the loaner vehicle all the way to when I paid my bill at pickup. Lastly the drivers who drive up the vehicle are GENTLEMEN. Looking forward to seeing you all next time. Thank you again for making this visit so quick easy and efficient !!!!!

I almost never write reviews, but I genuinely had a great experience with the Empire lincoln service dept. Gus was great. They brought a loaner to my office, took my car, serviced it, and proceeded to keep it for an extra day to get all of these tree seeds out of the paint. All without giving me a hard time over it.

Service center was accommodating and honest with my truck service needs. The service provided to my Lincoln was very fast. They also accommodated us with a comparable vehicle as a loaner vehicle. They washed my Lincoln when I picked up the next day. The loaner process was seamless and quick. Always take my Lincoln here for service. Now we may be looking into an updated Navigator. I had my car serviced many times and most recently detailed at Empire Ford if Huntington. My 2020 Aviator looks brand new again! Excellent service too- they picked it up at my house and delivered it when done! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience as always when I take my Lincoln Aviator in for routine service. My service advisor was Robert Ciaccio. He provided excellent and courteous service and ensured my car was serviced quickly as I waited.

I have a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus with 15,000 miles with a front engine cover oil leak. I was told by Empire Lincoln it was a 16 hour job. I was very pleased with Empire scheduling the service and providing a clean loaner car for the duration. I got the car back in 3 days and the leak is fixed. Nice job !

Have to say the whole team there is great! That said, Gus Vasconellos has taken customer service to another level. He is concise, expedient and a straight shooter with a smile. Getting your car serviced can be difficult but Gus makes it a pleasure. I continue to seek out his services and highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Ford Lincoln service department. My Appointment was on time, my questions and concerns were answered. I was asked if I wanted additional services with the respect of any decline . The services on my Lincoln Corsair was completed in a timely manor. The cost was affective and Robert Ciaccio was a complete gentleman while taking care of me. I enjoy my Lincoln Corsair and will continue to purchase them.

Made an appointment for 10 am, arrived at 9:45, they took me right in for the oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation. No wait line ! I recently had a service done by Empire Lincoln. I showed up without an appointment and my service advisor Ricky Persaud was able to get me right in. The work was performed quickly and my issue was resolved. Ricky then had my Navigator washed by his great team and since my vehicle was covered by warrantee, I had no out of pocket expense. I recently switched from another dealership and I'm so glad I did. Empire Lincoln does a better job!

I went in for an inspection. Gus Vasconcellos took care of my car with excellent care. I always go to Gus because he really treats me and my car well. I know there is only a five star rating but if I could give Gus a 10 star rating I would. He is so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Gus is my go to person. Thank you for service on my car. 1st, working with Gus was great! I had the pleasure to work with him in the past and again on this recent visit; I was in and out fairly quickly. The car is running smoothly after the service so I m a happy camper. Owner of a 2022 Navigator Black Label. The sales and service department are Fantastic. Rob Caiccio the service advisor was very professional and He treated Me as a top client. I was provided with an Ultra clean loaner vehicle. When I picked up my Navigator after being serviced it looked like it came from the showroom- In and Out. Exceptional treatment and service like this is why I will return to Empire every 3 years and buy a new one. Job Well Done!!Services: Electrical, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was very satisfied with my service experience at Huntington Ford Lincoln. My service advisor, Ricky Persaud answered all my questions and guided me thru the correct services needed. The work was completed within the time Ricky said it would be done. All other service personnel were curteous and friendly. I would refer this dealership to a friend.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
