Chris and his crew do a great job with my car when I bring it in. They pay attention to detail when it comes to their washes. I don t mind paying a little extra knowing my car is going to be cleaned thorough inside and out with no slack. Plus, it s a hand wash I don t have to worry about my paint getting destroyed. Totally recommend them if you care about your cars shine and paint.

I am honestly floored at the work Chris & his teammates did on the detailing of my car. I had high expectations and they absolutely exceeded them. I have a 2011 VW Jetta and it was disgusting, I mean 10 years of buildup, dog hair, dirt, I mean I didn t let people in the car it was that bad. The car looks brand new. I almost started crying. Beyond that, I was humbled by Chris and the receptionist Jessi!!! They were so accommodating and kind and it felt like a family shop. I will be back for all my car needs. I m so happy.

Website is not updated, you get there and pay $40 for a basic drive through car wash! Save your money! Back of trunk was still filthy, paid extra for having a jeep and for an undercarriage wash, seats not wiped not vacuumed nothing. It was an absolute joke and my cat was washed two weeks prior, def wasn t a hard job. Owner is greedy and has workers trained to wipe and send you on your way once your car comes out the wash.

I brought in my BMW with severe water marks and scuff marks on the hood, which I didn t think would come out. Kris said he would do his best to make it look good. After picking up the car just now, Kris work exceeded my expectations! The car looks brand new. The detailing work was amazing from the tires to the engine to the door jams . all above and beyond. Had a freak accident where I lost my oil cap while on hwy and had my whole tank leak out all over my engine bay and inner hood. Chris hooked me up and detailed my engine and whole car for a very reasonable price. My car never looked so clean before and that shine is unrivaled. Highly recommend for any type of cleaning and/or professional service! Was looking for a good place to get my car cleaned as the amount of dog hair and dirt inside, it was time to get it professionally done. Called the office and said bring it down and we can take a look for options on what can be performed and review pricing together. I worked with Chris, and he was bale to meet what I needed along with my budget. Dropped the car off the next day, and was completed by the afternoon. It was fast and reliable service, and the results were amazing. I will be using Cavalier again for my future detailing needs. Bought myself a retirement present, an 02 Jag XK8. Everybody kept telling me how beautiful it was and that I should show the car. Had Cavalier do a total detail and took it to the 2021 Concours D' Elegance. Came in 1st in my division. Worst Car wash ever dose not even deserve one star do not go here cup holders left dirty mats in car not fully vaccumed I had to ask them to do it again and he just took a cloth and wiped it without vaccuming. Everything was left dirtybut I wanted my car clean not left dirty.. The cashier was very rude just threw the reciept at me. I never write bad reviews ever but this experience was very bad!! DON WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Really outstanding experience with Cavalier. My 2013 Range Rover looks brand new after paint correction services. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Very prompt service and excellent communication from start to finish. Cavalier staff is very professional . My car was given a prompt appointment for an exterior detail and minor body work. Cavalier exceeded all my expections! Their work is exceptional and they threw in some extra minor body work for free. Just had my 2016 Escalade fully detailed with paint correction and with 7yr ceramic coating. Very Very Very Satisfied! My Escalade came out looking brand new! Thanks to Chris and the owner. Read all the reviews was super excited to come in for an express detail. Not only did they add scratches to my hood from the extra 20$ bug cleaning effort this photo is of the passenger side wheel. Was in a hurry picking it up and didn t give it a once around .$100 plus 20$ tip wasted!

Today I took my BMW X5 here to get the headlights polished/restored, and I'll put it this way: I was speechless when I saw the result. My headlights looked showroom quality. From the very beginning, both Chris, the manager, and Veronica, the receptionist, were incredibly friendly to me and made me feel at home right away. They were very honest with me and patient when it came to answering all of my questions, which says a lot about their character.I could not believe how amazing the headlights looked when Chris showed me the final result. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future. In fact, I plan to schedule an exterior detail for next week. Excellent work Cavalier Auto Detail!

The folks over at cavalier detail did a phenomenal job detailing my car. It looks absolutely amazing. Everyone I've interacted with at their shop is top notch and highly professional. I left my car for the day to get a detail cleaning. Chris was the one that I met at cavalier and talked about how to get scratches off my car also how to fix the front of the car because I ruined it trying to park close to the street,but he was able to fix it as well,he did a wonderful job with my car,he told me what can he do to get it cleaned up,I have a 2015 GMC -Acadia,now it looks like brand new,he get rid of almost every single scratch the car had,He made my day that day!! Cannot recommend Krishna, Veronica and the team at Cavalier Auto Detail highly enough for all your auto detailing needs. They took a car that was neglected for over a decade and restored it, including removing all exterior and interior mold. They surpassed my already high expectations.They'll work with you to put together a package that makes sense. They won't be the cheapest but I don't know another place in Suffolk that will meet their professionalism and output quality. The one place I trust to bring my car every time. Wanted to get a ceramic coating on my Dodge Charger 392 for quite some time, and Pete was able to guide me through the whole process and make my car look better than ever. Awesome shop and experience. They were able to fit me in for a light paint correction on Saturday and even had the car back to me hours before scheduled. I'm extremely particular with my cars, and Pete and everyone at Cavalier went above and beyond my expectations and left me feeling less anxious about leaving my car. Great facility, great work (as evidenced by all the high end dealer work), and even greater people. I brought my Dodge Ram in for a much needed detail and also had my windows tinted. Peter and his team provided outstanding service and the finished product was great - get the ceramic wax, it s worth it! They even gave me a space to work and take conference calls while I waited. Did I mention they also have free coffee/espresso? Do yourself a favor get your car done here.

Cavalier is top-notch. I had 2 cars brought in to have scratches removed and they did an unbelievable job! The cars looked better than when I drove them off the lot! There is a great staff and a immaculate shop. I trust this shop with any of my automobiles, and intend to return there to have my cars washed and detailed on the regular. If you're on LI and need to get your car detailed or have scratches removed, definitely take it here. Prices are good and staff is great.

Peter at Cavalier was extremely courteous and honest about what I could expect from my detailing experience. I wish I had the before and after pics of my Chrysler Pacifica that had been heavily used by my 4 young children but even pics might not have done justice to the magnificent job done by Krishna and his team at Cavalier. I had the exterior and interior full detail package and the car in all honesty DID look like I just received it from the showroom! I have never been so ecstatic picking up my car from a detailing job. I really don t get the opportunity to write a review with my packed schedule but I had to squeeze in some time to write this review so that other busy professional moms might be able to achieve the peace of mind they deserve when handing over their family car to be detailed. This is a business that truly cares about the impression they make on their clients....they event left us mints in the car as well as a beautiful key chain. Well done cavalier
