There are no words to describe how pleased I am with Cavalier Auto Body. I got into an accident and my car is so old (13) that the insurance company totaled it. I decided to fix it anyway and had Cavalier do the work. I went to pick it up this afternoon and almost didn't recognize her. Not only was it fixed, it look good as new. Everyone at Cavalier is so nice and helpful too. I would not even think about using someone else.

I can't begin to applaud the fantastic work from Cavalier.I have been a customer of theirs for >20 years. And, always been ecstatic over the quality of their work, turn-around speed, and over-delivering by doing some additionals that weren't caught, but they didn't want to delivery the car "that" wayHarry, Scott and the team are 5-star!!!I highly recommend them - You won't be sorry...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Met with Harry and he could tell I cared more about my car than the average customer. I never valet and leaving my car somewhere always causes stress. We discussed the car and he went through the whole process with me. I felt very comfortable and was further elated to see the car at pickup. Great job and fantastic bedside manor. Pricing was reasonable too.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Cavalier s work and all of the staff. Harry is amazing at what he does and I wouldn t go to anyone else for my car needs. It s definitely higher quality work than some other shops that I ve been to in the past as well. Cavalier goes above and beyond for their customers, doesn t miss a single little detail, and I couldn t recommend them enough.

Rachel was a huge help from start to finish. She walked us through the entire process and made sure we were taken care of. We will only be going to Cavalier from here on out! Oh, and the car looked amazing too. Absolutely no trace of the previous damage. Good as new.

After a hit and run in a parking lot, I needed to get my car repaired. Auto body is always a concern because you wonder if the car will ever be the same. After researching a number of places, I decided to go to Cavalier. Not only were they incredibly professional, they made me feel as if I was a part of the team. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and even offered to negotiate a nice rental car from enterprise for me. After the repairs were finished, I was overwhelmed with joy. The repairs exceeded my expectations and the car was better than new. Harry even gave the car a nice detail which was icing on the cake. I appreciate all they did for me and will continue to do business with them whenever I'm in need. When in doubt, think Cavalier Auto Body. They make magic happen! Thanks Cavalier

Could not be happier with the treatment I received from this team. From the moment I met Scott, I knew he would be an honest and straightforward man. He gave me the best price and turnaround time than the 10 other shops I went to. Not only that, the quality of their work is unreal!During stressful times such as dealing with auto body damage, I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

They did an amazing job at removing two large scratches on my driver's side front and rear doors. I can't thank them enough. They provided a very courteous and professional service. I'll highly recommend them to friends and family.Here are the before and after photos.

Had a really bad scratch and dent on my sonata, went to Cavalier on an early Saturday morning and they did a great job. My car was finished by Wednesday. Harry was very friendly and helpful. Price was decent, results were great. Definitely recommend them!

A pickup truck lost it s front driver side tire. Unfortunately, My little Kia s tailgate found it. . My local body shops weren t able to fix the damage before sometime mid-august . Cavalier was able to fit me in, and fix it while I was on vacation. When I got it back from Cavalier s auto body and detailing shops, it looked better than it did when I drove it out of the showroom. The time and attention to detail they spent on my car was well worth the drive from West Virginia(family in the area)!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was recommended here by numerous people and they were right, the quality and service is top tier. Just my luck I had to come back a second time and it was even better than the first, they remembered me as if i was just there yesterday and treated me like family. Harry really worked on getting me a price I was comfortable paying and still delivered a flawless repair. Thank you

Exceptional customer service and Excellent work! The staff is very helpful and supportive every step of the way. In the 2 accidents I had over the years they went above and beyond and made things stress free for me from start to finish..they deal with the insurance rent a car etc..I ve used them for scratches, upholstery and dents. My brand new car was side swiped and they made it look as though it never happened. Repairs were quick and everyone was so helpful through the entire process. I took my BMW X5 to Cavalier Auto Body to get the area around my headlights touched up/polished, and both Harry and Scott were extremely helpful and made me feel at home right away. Both Harry and Scott were extremely friendly, patient, and answered every single question I had throughout the entire process.Harry and Scott instantly made me feel at home and greeted me with a warm welcome when I had entered the store. What also stood out to me about Harry and Scott is the fact that they were honest and gave me an incredible deal to get the area around my headlights touched up/polished. Harry and Scott even went above and beyond and further polished & restored my headlights, which was such a courteous and very kind gesture. When I finally saw the final product of their work, I was truly amazed. The car looked showroom quality and truly amazing thanks to the help of Harry and Scott.I will absolutely be going back here in the future, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for honest, friendly, and top-of-the-line quality services at a very reasonable price. Excellent job, Cavalier Auto Body!

A moment agoStart Your Engine and Speed on Over.. OR in my case my car wasn't driveable after my accident so I had my car flatbedded over to CAVALIER where their customer service is just as good as their body service.. Perfection is key coming from our car loving family and they did just that! You can not even tell that I had work done! I was nervous about my paint color because it's unique not just plain black and their match identical! I will recommend CAVALIER to my friends and family for sure!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want your car to look like you just drove it out of the showroom then definitely take it to Cavalier.They'll make your car look like new and leave you speechless with a huge smile on your face.To be honest I didn't want to use them at first because a family friend recommended someone else but I couldn't be happier that things worked out the way they did.I brought in my Porsche 911 to have some body work done and to get some things in the interior fixed.The car was ready on time and when I went to pick it up, there was a *small* and *honest* mistake made when they were putting the Porsche emblem on the back.All I did was point it out and they immediately fixed it, covering the cost of the new parts out of their own pocket... this just proved to me they take ownership of their work and they prioritize world-class service above anything else.If you have a vehicle you need work done to then reach out to Cavalier ASAP because nobody will treat you as well as they do and they'll treat your vehicle like their own.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Having a brother from a NYPD family, we've had some doubts about body shops. Our family is also from NYC. My brother has seen and heard everything. However~ Karen and Scott took care of us with paperwork/insurance/rental from beginning to the end. They are both the friendly/genuinely nice type of people. Everything was just simple which I loved. The repairs were great and the car looks brand new again. I do plan on being a lifelong customer here for our 2022 Benz and future models. Glad to have found a great body shop that cares about their customers.Side note - When I was taking the car seats and other stuff out of the car, one guy from the shop offered to help in the middle of his work. :)Services: Transmission, Painting, Body & Trim

Harry and his team are truly outstanding in every way. Courteous, prompt, clean and his work speaks for itself. I've had work done on every member of my families cars for one reason or another. He never disappoints and I don't post reviews frequently. This review is well deserving.

Harry is a great guy who cares about customer service. Whether it's a $10,000 job or a touchup, he and his entire staff aim to maximize customer satisfaction. And their work is the highest quality. I can't say enough about this company. They are far better than competitors to the east on Jericho Tpke. Wherever you are on Long Island, it's worth the trip to bring your car to Cavalier.Just went there again (3/29/24). Service still incredible and people just as nice. They will always try to figure out a way to do a quality job at minimal expense.

If I could give ten stars I would. My brand new 2023 Mercedes was hit by a shopping cart at ShopRite. The cart did a lot of damage. I was upset and thought my car was ruined. Lucky for me, Cavalier worked their magic and no one would ever know. My car is perfect and I mean perfect! The owners and staff were efficient, helpful and true professionals. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Cavalier Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into a small fender bender, and I knew exactly who to call. That day I drove into Cavalier , and Harry instantly took care of me. Harry was able to order and receive my bumper in less than one day, and that very next day I brought my vehicle in to be worked on. I have an extremely busy work schedule, and Harry assured me that he was able to work around this. Harry and his team, exceeded my expectations, and as promised, were able to repair my damages in only two hours. The work done was exceptional.Cavalier is extremely reliable, works around their customers schedules and is happy to do so, and does a pristine job. Harry delivered his promise of a timely repair without sacrificing integrity. I have come to Cavalier 2 times now and I have to say it has been the best experiences with an auto body shop. I was involved in a hit and run car accident and Scott over at Cavalier took care of me and the car looks brand new again this is my 2nd time using them for an automobile accident and they didn t disappoint thank you again.

This is long overdue. Cavalier auto body shop is the most amazing shop. I brought my car there a few months back. I was referred by a friend. My whole front was damaged and Harry went beyond helping me with my car. From making sure I had a car for weeks while the car was being repaired to handling all the insurance claims. My car was so beautiful and restored to new and most importantly drives amazing. I was busy so I wasn't able to write the review and I felt so bad because this shop and Harry deserves it. They treat you like family and made me feel so comfortable as woman to help me out and look out for my best interests. Then this weekend I had a flat tire and once again Harry and his company went above and beyond for me to make sure I had my car repaired and picked up so I can go back to work. I am so grateful for Cavalier and Harry and I would recommend anyone and everyone to use Cavalier.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I had my first accident and never brought my car to a body shop before. They thoroughly answered all of my questions and even helped me fix another area (not caused by the accident) for a great deal. They were incredibly timely, incredibly professional, really well priced and just so easy to work with. Not once did it feel like they just wanted to make money..they genuinely wanted to help and honestly restored my faith in mechanics! Originally the back panel of my Nissan Altima coupe was beyond destroyed, and now my car looks BRAND NEW.. no exaggeration. I could not be more thankful to Scott and the entire team. Cavalier Auto Body is amazing! They recently repaired my brand new 2019 SUV, and I am extremely happy with their work. The work was done promptly, the car was delivered on time, and it was immaculate when I picked it up. Harry and Sue are a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional, calm, and reassuring. When I arrived, they sent me next door to get a rental car, which was very convenient, and they helped to ensure that my insurance claim was processed quickly so as not to delay the repair work. That really helped make the process a lot less stressful for me. The repair work was flawless. They replaced the passenger door panel, and it looks like brand new. I highly recommend them!!

An excellent shop! Harry and Scott are very professional yet friendly. Repaired and delivered my car right on time, and most importantly, they did an excellent job replacing/repairing/painting my doors which were severely dented from a hit and run. I knew they were good from my past experience, and my insurance adjuster basically confirmed it when he told me this is one of the very few shops he would bring his own personal car to.
